The place was clean with a beautiful view. My family and I had a great time on New Year’s Eve bringing in the New year. The fireworks were easily visible from our view as well. It’s also a great location for walking distance. While I enjoyed the place, there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. \nUnfortunately we were super cold most of the time, the heat seemed to toggle between on and going down.. Also, it would have been nice to read that the jet tub is not included. I was told the tub is still usable but the water was cold, while the shower and sink still got hot 🤔. Then the window blinds seemed to temporarily stop responding to the buttons. The team was responsive and quick to provide maintenance. \nThank you

El apartamento es muy cómodo, se encontraba limpio y ordenado. Es muy iluminado lo que lo hace muy acogedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La vista es hermosa. Somos una familia de cuatro adultos y estuvo perfecto. Recomendación deben informar mejor sobre el estacionamiento. Nos ofrecieron una opción cerca por 35 el día, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad y tuvimos que usar el valet del edificio por 50 el día y estuvimos un par de noches.

University of Miami parents weekend Property is clean, beautiful views! Awesome pool area and restaurant on the 15th floor. Excellent communication with property manager. She was sweet. However, traffic is awful and way too far away from the University. My biggest and only complaint would be the parking situation and the amount of money we had to spend.

Stunning views in modern building We loved the spacious apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. My son enjoyed looking out at the skyline and counting all of the pools he could see from the windows. I love the hosts welcoming us with a chilled bottle of wine and water. Check in was super easy. The street right outside of the building is very busy and I didn’t expect that but once I got used to the city, I enjoyed stepping out each morning. The location is next to the top restaurants in the city and the fun brickell city center. We had a great stay.

Amazing views! This property was perfect for our family of 4. It gave us the perfect Miami experience. We enjoyed views from every room! Would definitely stay again!

Spring break getaway. I really thought this place was beautiful. The views couldn’t have been better. The fact that you could use all the amenities at the W, including the pool the cold plunge the hot tub the spa locker room made it even better.There was a running track outside the hotel that had lots of locals walking and running on. There were tons of restaurants. The brickle mall Had places to eat and just about any store you needed. They even had a dry bar where I use the service to get a blowout one night before we went out and that was also a great experience. It’s a small complaint, but my only one is that there’s a strange connection between the people that manage the pool and the people that manage the spa and sometimes you would give the card to get the towels for the pool but then you couldn’t go cold plunge Because you didn’t have your cards you’d have to go back and it was due to somebody’s stealing towels from the pool and taking them over to the spa or vice versa was the reason for the rules. I just don’t think towels are expensive enough for you to inconvenience your guests by playing this game with you had to go back and get the card that you gave up for the towels to use to get back in this spa and sometimes when you were out on the pool deck you would want to go and use the spa while you were already in your bathing suit. Also, based on what I looked at per night I feel like this place was very reasonable.

My review is split- there were some really great things about this condo, but a few that brought down the overall rating. The location and view were spectacular. The layout and offerings (toiletries, things to wash dishes and laundry included, shower stall , and jacuzzi tub, stocked kitchen (except no pans for the oven)) within the condo I liked. However, the king bed in the main room was very inexpensive and overly soft spring mattress which caused me to roll into a “valley” since my husband is larger than me. I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel bed per se, but definitely want to sleep comfortably without have to sleep at a weird angle as to not roll into the center. I was also a little grossed out that the couch and throw pillows all seemed to have white stains or blotches on them… overall I think this unit could be stellar with a few changes and attention to the cleanliness of the mentioned items and a better bed in the master. I appreciate the communication of the team that runs the unit, as they checked in a few times before, during, and after the visit with clear instructions on what to expect the whole way through. I hope this review is taken as a constructive one for them to be able to take their unit to the next level. Thanks again.

Great stay 10min from Miami cruise port My husband and I traveled with another couple to Miami for the weekend to see a football game and then board a cruise that Monday morning. The apartment was beautiful with amazing views, we were met with host’s representative in the lobby to assist with easy check in , she accompanied us to the room and answered any questions we had . The Miami Riverwalk was within walking distance of building & we enjoyed the walk . We needed to take 20-25min Uber to NFL stadium that dropped us off right near lot . Miami port 10min from building & Uber took us directly to our terminal for check in. My only complaints would be : 1) pool was not open as it was under maintenance & we were not told until our arrival but the host did make arrangements for use of pool at a hotel nearby . The weather was not favorable for extra efforts to use the pool anyway so it worked out & 2) I left 2 clothing items in closet and host wasn’t able to work out leaving my items on site for pick up at the time we returned to Miami for the cruise on Friday but she did arrange to have them mailed to me/ charged me shipping and service fee . Lesson learned . Overall , the 4 of us enjoyed our stay at the Brickell, would stay again & highly recommend this property .

Beautiful View, Wonderful Experience The unit was phenomenal, clean, luxurious, and priced great! The host was easy to deal with. Check in was simple and effortless. The condo had everything we needed for a week long stay. The area was more than we expected. This city is layered like an onion, you just don’t know the depth of.it until you are standing in it. The city center is a 5 minute walk, same with Whole Foods. I’m a runner, the place had the most amazing terrain to run. All in all, the best vacation we’ve had to date.

Miami luxury Perfect location. Beautiful views. Loved watching the yachts pass by.

Perfect Weekend Getaway This place is exactly as advertised. It’s also in a great location - 20 mins from MIA airport and 25 mins from South Beach. I’d recommend this for the group of friends looking for an elevated Miami trip who want the option of lounging by the pool, shopping, eating at swanky places, and want a good middle point between peace and quiet and South Beach.

Boys trip to Miami This was a great property in a great location! Check-in was super smooth and the hosts were responsive as needed. Would definitely stay again.

We spent the weekend in Miami for a birthday trip. The unit was clean and free of clutter. The location is fantastic and extremely walkable to Brickell, Downtown and Bayside. The check in process was slow, disorganized & extremely frustrating. There is a check in desk in the lobby but it isn't for the MVR staff but I didn't know that. I messaged MVR through the Airbnb app and they advised a staff member would be with me in a moment. I waited 15 minutes & messaged again, they said she's busy but coming. Ultimately after waiting 45 minutes a lady came up to me & with an attitude said "I saw you there, but I was helping the other person". I don't mind waiting, But there was no way to know who she was nor did she acknowledge me or say be with you in a moment. When we got to the unit the balcony furniture was completely unusable as the seats had long been rotten. I sent a photo, 12 hours later the response was sorry it's late we will replace when you leave. This was not new

Icon stay We had a wonderful stay , everything about the apartment was great as expected ,super comfortable , clean and amazing views, no issues whatsoever ,location is great too close to all the amazing restaurants and a short drive to south beach .Looking forward to another stay .Thank you to all the team , friendly and professional.

The best part of this condo is its views with the floor to ceiling glass facing the river. Very beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed here for the weekend and found everything in Brickell within walking distance.

Good apartment. It was clean and the host was good and responsive. Location is great as well. If I were to improve something would be to upgrade the mattresses (they were too soft that you sink in them) and duvets (too thin). Everything else was great

Great place. I faced a few issues, but the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive—they fixed everything promptly. The location was excellent, and the building was very clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay. Continently located to all big attractions in the area and if you are a runner - beautiful boardwalks and scenery. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Would be happy to come back

We spent two wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment with unbelievable views. The rooms were spotless, the host was very responsive, and the spa was incredibly relaxing. I would definitely stay here again. Just make sure to check in all guests if you plan to use the pool and spa.

El departamento es perfecto para la estancia en Miami, es importante que sepan que las torres que dan a la alberca están en mantenimiento, por lo cual la alberca solo está en servicio los fines de semana, el lobby también se encuentra en reparación, pero está en el corazón de brickell, pueden caminar, no es recomendable rentar auto ya que cuesta 35 usd por noche.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. I accidentally booked the wrong date and reached out immediately, but there was no flexibility to make even a small change. The communication felt very business-focused, with little room for understanding or accommodation. The apartment itself was older and could use some maintenance. The entrance area was often busy, with no seating or place to wait comfortably, and there wasn’t much of a welcoming atmosphere overall. There was also no luggage storage offered, I was simply told to find a nearby storage location on my own, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Overall, the stay felt more transactional than hospitable. If you're looking for convenience, amenities, and responsive service, a hotel might be a better option.

Awesome place with incredible views, properly stocked. Pool is beautiful, closes at 7:30 daily though which is a shame in the summer. The condo is perfect and in the best location as well. Easy to walk everywhere. 10/10 recommended

Big price little bag For the expense of this listing the amenities are lack luster. The property is located in a decent location to food and drinks. At first glance the property seemed very clean until we started looking around the floors were not very clean and stains of who knows the origin were being covered by the pillows on furniture. When we were getting ready for bed one night we found a used condom on the floor under the bed and no it was not ours. Beds were not very comfortable either.

Great stay. Communication was great even before check in Host was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration the stay. We had an issue and it was resolved almost immediately! The place was very well kept and clean. The view from the pool was breathtaking. Complimentary wine was a great add on. I would absolutely book here again and recommend to others.

Home from Home We loved our stay!!! The only thing that we missed in this apartment was a sunrise or sunset…We loved watching the life going on on the Miami River, very beautiful. The location of the Icon is the best, you find everything in walking distance.Could be sometimes noisy…The staff was super friendly and the place is super cleaned all the time.

My stay at Corner High Rise via Vrbo was excellent. The apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and situated in a fantastic location. Check-in was effortless, and Kay met us promptly to facilitate our arrival. Access to the pool required a sign-in card and key fob, ensuring security and exclusivity. The highlight was the restaurant, which exceeded expectations with its offerings and service. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Such a Headache Property is fine. The check in process is a major pain. Multiple text messages to meet a person, then building rules to agree to, then an amenities card to have printed out. Key fob only allows you to get to your floor and the pool floor. We had friends on another floor which made it difficult to go between each others rooms to talk or coordinate plans. Check out is fairly easy but the threat of being charged $200 if an image of key fobs is not sent seems over the top. Will just stay in a hotel next time.

Great Spot View amazing, location perfect. Modern, cozy and perfect for what we needed. Plumbing had issues but property manager offered to have it fixed immediately. I’d for sure stay there again. Building is interesting. ALL VRBOs and gets a little loud on weekends, but didn’t bother us too much.

Room with a View The overall property is wonderful, the elevator can be a little busy but the building is very quiet. The unit is very clean, a bottle of wine upon arrival and it felt just like home. My emails were answered quickly and they checked on us just to make sure everything was ok! The views are spectacular and I just sat and watched the boats go by! LOVE IT
