A lot of dust and amenities were unexpectedly in repair There was dust everywhere in the apartment. Even on oft-used surfaces in the bathroom and kitchen. I spent my first two hours wiping everything down. Also, right after being handed my key upon move-in, I was told that amenities had been closed for a couple of weeks and would remain closed for an undisclosed amount of time. This includes the gym and spa, which were the main attractions for me in this listing. It would have been nice to receive a heads-up that I'd be without these amenities for the entire 24 days so I could consider other options. The couch is uncomfortable, the bed is without a comforter. There is a long list of reasons why I would not recommend this listing.

Clean and great location We left NY for a change of scenery to stay for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay here! The apt was clean and exactly what we needed for two of us to WFH but be able to walk to local Brickell restaurants and bars at night for some fun. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great property! The apartment was clean, beautiful and conveniently located close to everything. It is the second year we rent these properties and they are a great way to go if you want to spend a week or two in Miami and feel like at home.

Above & Beyond Expectations! I really can't say enough good things about this place! The apartment was spotless, cozy and beautiful! A comfortable bed is really important to me and this bed is SO comfy! Upon entering, it's bright and cheery with huge glass windows looking over the river. The bedroom is very large - complete with a walk-in closet! There are 2 smart TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. The shower was super clean and there were travel sized amenities, if needed. There are even 2 fluffy white robes! I was there for 2 1/2 weeks, and I ended up extending by another week so having the washer/dryer was a life saver! The apartment was stocked with a few laundry pods, dishwasher detergent & pods... paper towels, toilet paper, etc. as well as extra towels and linens, ironing board... Check-in was super easy and the management staff was responsive, but I honestly didn't need anything while there. It was so perfectly set up that there was nothing to need! They even had a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge for me! The location of the apartment really couldn't be better. Short walk to two grocery stores - Whole Foods and Publix as well as Brickell City Center (shopping, restaurants, movie theatre), Brickell Key, pharmacies, and soooooo much more! The Icon also has a pool, spa, gym... It's the whole package! Overall, Natalia & Silvia get a 5++! I travel to Miami often and will always check for availability with them first!

It was a pleasure having Edgar as a guest in my apartment. He was very easy to communicate with and respectful of all house rules. I would gladly welcome him back at any time and would not hesitate to recommend him to any other hosts in the future. Thank you Edgar

A perfect stay in downtown Miami This beautiful apartment, dozens of floors up in the sky, provided a perfect getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped and a joy to use. The bed is super-comfortable, and I slept really well. I heard no noise from within the building and very little from outside. The T.V. in the living room appears quite new and worked great. The view from the balcony is mostly across the river looking at other high-rise buildings, though one can see just a bit of the open water. I was unable to make us of any of the amenities, but I enjoyed a run every morning on the trail around Brickell Key. Everything in the apartment looks just as pictured. My only caution is that getting into and out of the tub could be a challenge for people with any mobility issues. Silvia, Natalia, and Maria were a joy to work with.

Birthday Getaway Perfect location to stay in Miami! Check in process was easy and Sylvia was super friendly. The condo was great, comfy bed. The couch has seen better days and could be replaced but everything else was fabulous! Be prepared to walk to the parking garage, it’s 3 blocks away but easy to get too. Overall, we loved it! We would go back and stay here again!

La opción que se tiene para el uso de una cochera externa, es espectacular, el cual se encuentra a 4 minutos caminando, además, permite el ingreso y la salida indefinidamente a dicha ubicación. We loved the location. Enjoyed watching the yachts and manatees from above. We loved walking along the boardwalk and dining at many of the nearby restaurants. We had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. It was loud though due to the road traffic. Check in time was not flexible. 3:00 and not a minute earlier. The building will not store your luggage if you arrive early, be prepared. The tub/shower was not easy to get in and out of. If you have mobility issues, you will be challenged to get in and out. Overall, a very good stay.

Great place to stay love the view most everything was walking distance instead driving Tony for parking spot we walk had blast lot to do we stay five nights if u go to the beach anything recommendation to bring some your own towels they had towels hotel but not to take to if u got soak doing water activities hotel was very clean we ate out some but cook motley

Love this place. Great location and views. Our only issue was communication during check in and checkout. Other than that, great stay.

3 things stood out about our stay: (1) Bedding was unclean: covered in hair and other debris from previous guests, including what appeared to be sand and dirt. (2) Host / cleaning staff took 17+ hours to solve the issue after we first reported it, the cleaning staff acknowledged that the severity of the issue was worse than they had initially appreciated so they had to get additional materials to solve the issue. (3) Although the unit is in a very high floor, it's very noisy: for some reason (design vis-a-vis surrounding buildings? poor insulation?) one can hear traffic conditions from the street, which if you know Miami is not good. For these 3 reasons, I would not recommend the property or any other property from Miami Vacation Rentals (i.e., the host). Of note, there's at least one other review mentioning #1. When booking, we discounted that review thinking it was likely a one-off anomaly; in hindsight, we regret discounting it and now realize it might fit a pattern.

place was as advertised, clean, great location

Overall good rental and nice view on the bridge and downtown! Please replace the linens and towels as they are very old and have stains. Also, the place for the most part was clean, but there was dust on kitchen lights and any type of lighting hanging there was dust. I understand that its hard to catch these areas, but I suffer from allergies, so please have the housekeepers clean this. Thank you for the communication which was the best portion of the rental. Great Location & Host, But Needs Better Cleaning While the property had some cleanliness issues, such as a dirty rug in the guest room, dusty furniture, and a slightly worn-down sofa, the overall experience was positive. The customer service from our host was excellent, and the location was great, which helped make the stay enjoyable despite the cleanliness issues.

Perfect condo It was great communication before, during, and after the trip! Amazing views and the condo was very clean. The parking pass was a plus so please get it before it sells out. I will most definitely stay again!

Icon Brickell lives up to billing! Great place! Miami Vacation Rentals served us well. Traffic in area was very heavy, especially with the drawbridges, but we walked mostly, rode elevated MetroMover and Ubered. Great amenities. Spectacular views.

The view is awesome!!! The view of the river, watching the draw bridge, and the parade of boats coming through was endless entertainment! We spent so much time on the balcony just watching everything. The unit was exactly as described, communication with the hosts was great, and checking in was super easy. Absolutely no complaints. They also included some thoughtful things for their visitors including a bottle of wine (perfect to drink while watching boats from the balcony - thank you!) plus things like trash bags, dish and laundry pods so you don’t have to remember to bring them or go buy them when you realize you forgot! We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again!

Parking not disclosed It’s valet only and you have to pay $21 every time you want to leave with your vehicle within 1-4 hours of parking (goes up from there). It made us have to walk much more and not be able to explore as much because we didn’t want to spend $200+ in parking for the 1.5 days we were there. Everything else was great.

Great Experience! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. The apartment was as clean, spacious, and well-furnished as advertised. Based in the heart of Brickell and overlooking the Miami River, there's access to high-quality restaurants, nightlife activities, and many things to do.

Beautiful getaway in great location The unit is just as described and shows in the pictures. The balcony view is breathtaking and so fun to sit, relax, unwind and enjoy the view! Parking in the garage associated didn’t work for us due to the height of the garage not fitting our larger/higher SUV, so that was a bummer having to switch to the more expensive and not as convenient valet. The garage is only for up to 6’5. This was the only downfall of the stay so I’d say it was a definite win! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo The condo served us well as we were on the go most of our trip. Check in was a bit hectic right at 3:00 but the host did a great job getting us checked in and followed up on day 2 to make sure we were satisfied. The amenities offered were very nice, specifically the pool area. The bed was comfortable and we had most everything we needed for a good stay. The bathtub water control was a bit tricky and worth mentioning, but not a big deal for us. We would stay here again.

All that we needed Flight was delayed and had to pay the late fee for check in but once we walked in the room nothing else mattered! Pictures didn't do it justice... it was an amazing retreat located close to everything we wanted.

Great Stay This was a really great rental and location. The apartment looks just like the photos and the views are wonderful from the balcony. Just wished there was a full length mirror in the apartment. But everything else was great.

Loved the balcony and the view! Gorgeous views. Excellent location to shops, restaurants, cafes & Corepower Yoga. Stunning spa facilities. Kat with management company was very nice & helpful. Memory foam mattress - if you are into those then you will be comfy. The couch looks really nice but firm and you will feel the springs. The tub is very high so be careful getting into the shower. The unit had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location Loved the location. Check in was a bit complicated and having to check in twice…once for hotel and then for amenities was a pain + the guy wasn’t available twice. We almost missed the indoor pool/spa which is incredible because no one mentioned it was there! The parking situation is tough if you have a car. I loved looking out over the water, watching the boats come in and out. Room was very comfortable and nice. Needs a small table on the deck for drinks! I would stay here again.

Fantastic location, Mesmerizing view It's lovely, quite comfortable (except for the sofa the furniture and bed are comfy), well located and well equipped. But the shower/tub is a bit quirky (adjusting the water temperature is tricky, there is a QR code posted on the glass door, but it was still tricky. And the tub is VERY high. I am 5'6" and it was a bit challenging. That said, I'd rent there again.

Awesome stay It was a very nice location and the room was great with an awesome view. It does have a weird shower but would definitely stay again.

Unit feedback The unit is about what the pictures portray, but just slightly more outdated. The apartment could use some new furniture, paint, etc. Our air conditioning was broken the fist night we stayed and it was very hot outside. They weren't able to offer us anything until the air was fixed the next day. For the price we were paying per night, that should not have happened. The unit was pretty clean, but the rugs were dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Everything you need in a great location Perfect 1 bedroom condo with everything you need for your stay. Laundry & dryer was a plus, as well as access to other hotel amenities. Walking distance to many restaurants. Definitely would rebook.

Wonderful Apt and View Wonderful View… property was very nice BUT they only give you 4 extra rolls of toilet paper that are the very thin rolls. We were there for a full week so once you use you have to purchase your own. If you eat. The apt cleaned your have to pay for a cleaning service. There is absolutely no condiments.. no salt pepper so had to go buy everything to cook. Other than that it was very nice. You pay more for the view not the room but was worth it. One Huge problem in that building is people smoking weed constantly. It stunk so bad In our room it was almost unbearable. Someone needs to do something about that!

Top of the world accommodations Loved the view from the 34th floor- the apartment had it all- only wish our house was as well set up.

Great area Great condo, modern and clean in a beautiful area. There were plenty of bars and restaurant’s in the area all in walking distance. We took a trip to Miami beach which was a quick, 20 minute lyft ride. Lyft/Uber always available in the area.

Love Brickell. Staying at the Icon is great. Signing in is a little difficult. But the girls helping are great. The complex is fabulous. Loved the pool, the gym. You can walk to so many things from here. Had a little trouble working the temp in the shower. But that's minor.

Amazing spot for on foot traveling All shops were so close. A Whole Foods across the bridge made it easy for bringing groceries and snacks to cook in the kitchen. High end shopping to the left of bridge and Ross and CVS to the right of the bridge. There’s something for everyone on Brickell Ave.

Right on the river The property was just as shown. I really enjoyed the pool and proximity to a lot of locations. This place is a very busy location so expect the hustle of Miami.

So great! Our stay at this unit was awesome - it was exactly as pictured, had all the amenities we needed for a weeklong stay. The property manager was SO responsive & helpful. Wish we could've stayed longer, but it was booked up!

Lovely condo with great views. Very well appointed unit - with terrific views. Located in the heart of Brickell it is walking distance to great restaurants. The interior furnishings are modern and well done. The TVs and other in-unit amenities were very good as well. The pool was under construction - but looks like it will be nice when done. And the managers were responsive and accommodating. If you want to stay in Brickell, you should definitely consider this condo/apartment. We will!
