I had a wonderful stay! The location can’t be beat. It was perfect for my work days in Miami and such a relief not having to drive back-and-forth from Broward. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed, including a great kitchen set up and a relaxing balcony with beautiful views. There was a small issue with the TV when I arrived (most likely user error) and the host responded immediately and resolved it quickly. I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of bottled water and wine in the fridge; such a nice welcome! Communication was easy, check-in was seamless, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The Arya remains my go to spot in Miami and now this particular unit is officially my go to as well. Highly recommend!

Great location, attentive host, excellent value - just like the photos. I had an amazing stay in Coconut Grove, central and beautiful. Perfect for morning jog, walkable to so many food options, and just peaceful. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were awesome in this unit.

Everything was great from check in to check out. It was wonderful to find a bottle of chilled white wine and 2 bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. The place was spotless and spacious. I enjoyed having a balcony with a lovely view of the bay and pool. The proximity to all the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove is a real bonus. There were a few things that they could do better. 1. Instructions on how to use the TV 2. Replace the too small toilet seat.

This place has an amazing view and is walking distance to everything in coconut grove.

The location was great. Super close to the ocean and and an easy walk to the main downtown Coconut Grove area.

This host is really good and the room was adequate. It was overall clean and comfortable. A couple small things needed attention but could have been from the immediately previous guest. The host is very attentive and professional and I shared that feedback and I have no doubt they will address it. Nice room, nice view. Would book this room again.

Worst STR stat I’ve had. Aside from being given a room that did not match the advertised photos, having a slow checkin experience, and the bathroom smelling terrible… I have never stayed in somewhere with walls so thin. I am not joking when I say you can hear the people next door typing on their phones. To make it worse, the clientele this building attracts are not the quiet type. Host was slow to respond and not amicable in finding a solution that fit my needs. I’d love for you to stay and try it out yourself.
