Loved it, found this place and was on the more affordable side while keeping all of the luxury amenities. Had a nice pool and rooftop, with beautiful views from our room and other looking points. Location was nice and very lively, close to downtown Miami as well which is a plus. The bed was amazing and omg the pillows they had were so fire I don’t know where they got them. Loved it, 11/10 would definitely stay again!

Definitely was a peaceful and pleasant experience… Everything from restaurants, shopping centers & the beach was in walking distance/ short drive…Me and my fiancé will definitely be back sooner than soon…

La habitación es preciosa! Súper linda y bien equipada la cocina. El balcón tiene una vista preciosa al mar y el edificio está de lujo! Insuperable!! La descripción total incluso mejoró mis expectativas!! Está en el corazón de Coconut Grove! Sales a caminar y encuentras muchos restaurantes muy buenos! Una ventaja fue el estacionamiento porque no es fácil encontrar lugar, así que estoy encantada con el lugar y la atención de Gaby! Sin duda volveré pronto! Incluso mejor que en south Beach porque allá hay mucho ruido. La zona insuperable! Puedes cocinar si deseas un día descansar!! Totalmente recomendable! Gracias por todo!

Booked this Miami Vacation Rentals property for a relaxing getaway, only for my flight to be cancelled due to the horrific Air Canada crash at LGA that killed two pilots and injured dozens, shutting down the entire airport. No human decency, no common sense, just rigid corporate greed while real people were dealing with tragedy and chaos. Unbelievably rude, third world-quality customer service. Avoid this host and their properties at all costs. They don’t deserve your money or your trust.

Excelente ubicación, suite completa para una gran estadía, tiene todo para cocinar. Piscina gimnasio y sauna excelentes. Hermosa vista a la costa del Groove. Me encanta por que puedes salir caminando a hacer muchísimo en la zona. Es una estadía que la he escogido más de una vez. Altamente recomendada.

Dear Airbnb / Property Owner, I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay. I have clearly demonstrated the severe issues with the property, including mold, dust mites, excessive dust, a malfunctioning dishwasher, and a defective dryer, as well as the disturbances caused by the condominium environment and people around. I should not be required to pay for a place that not only failed to meet basic living conditions but also caused me to become sick, leading to very high medical expenses. It is your obligation to provide me with a 100% refund. This matter needs to be resolved between you and the property owner, but as Airbnb you are also responsible, since you allow such hosts to operate on your platform.
great location and amenities
Do not trust these people with your trip or plans. I booked this reservation approximately a month in advance and was paid in full, but when I got to the hotel/location to check in, the front desk could not find my reservation, so I called and texted the host only to find out they cancelled my reservation at the last minute. They said there was a water leak in the unit above, but the front desk told me they rented it out to somebody else that checked in a day before me. Thankfully the hotel had an extra room, but it ended up costing me an additional 600 after it was all said and done. This host is not honest and I would not trust them.
