Perfect space and location for our family vacation. Pool and hot-tub were a great feature for our son. Very friendly staff.

College move in We came to Miami to move our son into the University of Miami. Very convenient to the school, walkable to restaurants and a Fresh market. But the VIEWS were the best! Our son stayed one night with us before move in and was comfortable. Appreciated the laundry and kitchen too! Would highly recommend!

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos con mi esposa en este lugar porque es realmente perfecto. Rodeado de restaurantes, como La Cabrera, que está justo al lado, situado a metros de Cocowalk, a 50 metros de la marina, con un Fresh Market a 400 mts. Las calles más bonitas, con negocios, bares y cafés, están a menos de una cuadra. Es ideal, muy cuidado, le han agregado muebles este año y está mejor aun. La decoración es cuidada, tiene detalles de confort muy buenos, la vista es increíble y el Gym está muy bien. Cada cosa que consulté me respondieron en el momento y con amabilidad. Ya sabemos que en agosto 2026 volveremos aquí en nuestro viaje habitual por vacaciones y negocios. Totalmente recomendable.

Coconut Grove Allure The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view and very accommodating managers. But mostly I appreciate it because it is so convenient to business and leisure activities for me and having everything that I need to create and enjoy. I have been there before and will be back again!

Great stay. Amazing view. Loved the location. Close to everything. Had Easter brunch at AVA restaurant right next door - delicious. Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Outstanding location, amazing views, comfortable living place and bed. Roof top pool/hot tub perfect. Gym was enough to get tired and maintain. Parking garage a huge plus and makes things super easy. Will be my go to place for future Miami visits

You can’t say enough about the location in the view, but also this was a very nicely updated unit in this building. Comfortable and you have everything you need. Communication was great and the day was easy.

Connecting 2 contiguous reservations presented some challenges for the MVR Team, which they seamlessly accomplished with excellent communication! ✅ MVR is clearly a “Super-Host”! 😉

Would love to stay here again. Stunning view of the bay from a high floor with a private balcony, felt like the ideal of a hotel and Airbnb together.

Property was misrepresented on Expedia as a 2 bedroom, but it was a 1 bedroom. Trying to argue when misrepresentation was pointed out, even though I sent them a picture of the confirmation for a 2 bedroom unit. Not very clean. Amazing view from all rooms. Management company not on property and their phone went to voicemail when we needed the code to get onto the unit upon checkin.

We really enjoyed this rental, loved the electronic shades, and the view. A few things came up, but they were very responsive and helpful! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The views are absolutely spectacular, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the terrace, both in the mornings and evenings. The space is very generous and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to upgrade to a more comfortable sofa sleeper. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Sylvia was incredibly helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the park by the marina is perfect for peaceful morning walks. The location is truly ideal—I highly recommend this unit!

Nice and big apartment with premium ocean view in a premium zone

Absolutely loved our stay! The location in Coconut Grove is unbeatable—just a short walk to amazing restaurants and cute shops. The view from the apartment is gorgeous and made our mornings feel extra special. The space was clean, stylish, and peaceful, with free parking as a major plus.

Nice place This place was wonderful. It has an incredible view which is what sold us in the first place. It's a simple hotel room done well. The kitchen was well stocked with lots to use. The patio was awesome with plenty to see, being how high up you are. The hosts seem to care about your visit, and try to make it special. The bed is good, and it had a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. It has a good location, with lots to do and see around it. Some things that could make the trip better, would be if they let you pick a bottle of wine, as it is included. They chose a wine that we don't like, and it seems offering a bottle would be great if it was one you liked. There are only a few espresso pods, not enough for everyone to have a cup a day, and no regular coffee. You can get more for $10 but at that point it might just be cheaper to buy your own coffee and bring it home. The whole bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub in it, however no plug to actually take a bath, so you can't actually use it. A huge problem we had was check in parking. This building has shared parking with another hotel, so there are two sets of elevators, but only one works for you. None of this was explained well enough so it was a real pain to get to where we could park. It was not the first time as another employee of the other hotel had to step in to make sure we got it, and she had helped with this before, so not an uncommon problem. A better explanation of how the parking is taken care of would've really helped, as

A Gem overlooking Dinner Key This apartment is an absolute gem, with stunning views across the bay, all the way to Key Biscayne. The apartment was immaculate and all the furnishings, appliances and dinnerware were upscale. The wrap-around porch is magnificent and we highly recommend Silvia and Natalia as hosts. Thank you!

Ocean View Great location in the Grove with parking and water views.

Highly recommend This apartment was wonderful! It’s in a very nice neighborhood about two blocks from Coco Walk with tons of restaurants and shopping. The apartment has a beautiful view of Key Biscayne and you can watch the sunrise every morning from the big balcony. It’s a well stocked place with plenty of towels and sheets if needed. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay This was a beautiful well appointed apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Breathtaking view, lovely location to shop, eat, explore Breathtaking view as pictured. Upgrading needed: garbage disposal didn't work; living room fan didn't work; refrigerator freezer did not keep food cold and freezer condensation causing wet floor; coffee maker didn't work; broken patio chair; broken slat on closet door; repaired ceiling/wall in bathroom left unpainted. Plus side: the view, wrap around patio, comfortable bed, location. Online site needs to be updated as there was no restaurant and poolside service as stated ... restaurant closed for new construction. Friendly management but accounting/payment method needs revision.

Wonderful place to stay at Had a great time

Outstanding area, beautiful condo Condo was beautiful, clean and comfy. The area was incredible, such great shops, Restaurants, bars. Took 1 star off cause the pool and restaurant were closed but wasn’t a deal breaker. Lots of other very close options. We would stay again for sure.

The view was awesome! - The condo was very nice but lacking in certain things: No real water glasses, no wine glasses, questionable silverware, no tissues. After requesting above items, several times, we received tissues and 2 wine glasses! - Overall, as mentioned, the condo & the view is nice, but the inconveniences need to be addressed.

Lovely Overall, this location was lovely. A fantastic view and close to the Grove. Unfortunately, the internet was out when we arrived and was not able to be fixed in the short time we were there. Otherwise, however, an excellent stay. Would stay again.

Great Coconut Grove Location Perfect location if you want to be in Coconut Grove. Condo was as described, very clean and the views were amazing. Management company was helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again (and just might!)

More Beautiful than the Pictures You See The views from this unit are breathtaking. We loved how roomy the unit was and the decor. Unit was very clean . The staff at front desk were kind, they agreed to hold our luggage until check -in time with no issues. We will stay here again.

Stunning Views Very clean, efficient one bedroom apartment with 1.5 baths! and one of the best views overlooking the harbor at Dinner Key and in the distance Key Biscayne. Great location with many restaurant options. Parking pass included.
