Loved the amazing views from this unit. This is our second stay in the Arya building. The unit is very well managed. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable with the linens were nice. Everything we needed was there. They were very kind to leave us a lovely bottle of wine which we enjoyed a great deal. This was a very good value compared to most hotels in the area.They do a very good job operating this building.The location in Coconut Grove just couldn’t be better. You’re near the water and boat docks, which you can walk to. There are numerous coffee shops and restaurants, that are excellent, nearby. Virtually everything walking distance. We have booked a lot of stays over the years through VRBO and we love that service. Next time we visit Miami we will definitely stay here again.We were attending an event at the Biltmore hotel, the Moda Miami car show. It was a short Uber ride each way. It’s really easy to get around from coconut Grove. And it’s very family friendly. There were a lot of young people with young families it was like going back in time in America. Really refreshing. The area felt very safe.

The apartment was nice and had the most beautiful views to watch the fireworks right over the water. We enjoyed our stay, and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very affordable for the location and views!

Arya In For a Fabulous Stay? The condo was clean, comfortable and had amazing views of the city and waterfront from inside as well as from on the balcony. Elevators were sketchy at times and there is no onsite bar or restaurant, but numerous choices nearby. It's in a fun, walkable area. Try Amal for Lebanese cuisine or Meraki for fine Greek dining. We would return here without question.

Great location in beautiful Coconut Grove area It was a very comfortable stay. The hotel dining area was closed to visitors but the dining next door (Peacock Garden) was outstanding.

This by far was one of my favorite stays in Miami. I came here on a business trip and was not let down. The location was excellent with many shops and restaurants near by. And the view! What a great way to end your day! The room looks exactly like the pictures, convenient parking, and the helpful staff made the stay all the better, and the host was so great and helpful! I have already recommended this place to friends and family. You will not be disappointed! I will come back for sure on my next trip!

Great Coconut Grove stay My husband and I stayed here for U Miami family weekend and it was perfect. The unit was nicely updated, clean and the host communicated throughout our stay. Walking distance to everything and only a 15 min drive to campus. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views from the unit were great. We'll definitely stay here when we visit our son again.

Golf Vacation Over All, a good stay and location. The only complain is about the fridge, witch during periods day and nights sounds like an air plain, witch made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise all ok. Nils

From start to finish we had the most memorable stay. The room was more than what we expected. Clean, bright and super comfy. Excellent stay all around.

Some goods, several bads with this one. Location is great, very walkable. A little far from downtown Miami (4 miles, 20 min drive) but right on the water so solid spot. The private balcony is great. The apartment itself was smaller than expected — it’s a studio apartment with the bed right next to the kitchen. The fridge makes noise at night so difficult to sleep. It’s a residence in a large hotel which was a little confusing for check-in, and the neighbors were loud/banging their door at weird hours. And the TV/wifi worked sometimes but not consistently. Worst of it was the cleanliness of the apartment — dusty and not vacuumed recently. And the oven was full of dirty pots and pans with a rotting, moldy banana. It was clear the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned for a few weeks.

Everything that was listed was exactly what was needed. I have stayed in another unit in November that was the exact opposite of how wonderful this unit really is. I would highly recommend this unit and I will definitely be returning.

Great location and easy accessible parking. Initially had trouble checking into the Airbnb, but the host was fast and responsive. This is a great place to stay and visit.

Está muy bien ubicado, mucho que hacer en la zona, hay mucho ruido por las construcciones. El lugar no es excelente. Sin embargo, para hacer diligencias, está bastante bien y el en el edificio en general hace falta mantenimiento , especialmente en los ascensores que están bastante sucios

I loved the place, views and location were amazing, check in and amenities were great. Spacious and comfortable. I'm only giving them 4 stars because unfortunately there was construction in the building and it was incredibly noisy during the day. I wish they would have let me know before making the reservation.

Everything was perfect. Nice room and very accessible to nearby shopping at Coco walk and fine dining restaurants. Host was very friendly and professional. I enjoyed!

Nice place, poor hosting Host messaged us to explain there was an issue with the power causing the ac not to work. We were very understanding of the issue from time it was an issue until the later that night which was over a 12hr time it was not working. We were asked what they could do to make the stay more comfortable at about midnight many hours later it was still not working, we politely asked to cancel remainder of the stay and receive a refund for the remainder so we could go stay somewhere else. We informed the host we had left the hotel as it was over 80 degrees in our room at midnight. After messaging the host we left we received no messgae accept 8 hrs later it was now working. Having health issues with breathing it is very unreasonable to expect us to stay at that hotel. The host has completely ignored my request. Another issue is the booking is only started through not Vrbo and no way supported by Vrbo. 2nd payment was made by external link not through Vrbo app. I was not aware of this prior to booking which I may not have if I was aware of that.

Great location! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pics are an accurate description of the condo. There was some normal wear and tear as to be expected but nothing major. The sliding door did not lock on our first night but the property management was very quick to respond and get it fixed! The location is close to so many shops and restaurants! The pool was wonderful with an amazing view! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

Refreshing Getaway Property is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Nice pool on the property. Balcony was nice. Great view. Property manager was kind and reached out several times to make sure we had what we needed. Enjoyed staying here. Would recommend.

Beautiful property in nice neighborhood! The room's decor is adorable, and I'm a fan of the balcony view. While everything else about the stay was excellent and deserving of 5 stars, I must mention that the check-in experience could have been better due to the host's lack of friendliness, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great Stay at Cocowalk Great studio in an incredible location. Listing was accurate, apartment was clean and all services were wonderful. The check in and check out was easy and questions and concerns were immediately answered. We loved the studio apartment. It is spacious and clean with a great kitchen and a balcony with a nice view. It is located right next to Cocowalk and within walking distance of several restaurant, bars, a movie theater, 2 parks and the bay. It is also in a very central place if you want to drive to other locations within the Miami area. I highly recommend this property!! Thank you for hosting us!! Lili

Cute unit & great pool Really cute studio unit with good views of the marina and water. The AC works great. The location is 1 block from several coffee shops and not many great restaurants. This building is busy and can be loud. But it is a very nice property and location. You are right in the heart of the Grove.

Best Miami location This studio suite is located in the Argo Hotel in a great location for unique food and shopping. Great place to avoid the spring break crowds elsewhere in Miami. Located close to Key Biscayne, the Fairchild Botanical, and other attractions. The space is just like the photos. The pool is awesome and overlooks the marina but was often closed. Not open in the evenings. That was a bummer.

Great Location Very convenient location with tons of dining options & even a grocery store within walking distance.

This property is very poorly managed. The oven was not cleaned and corners of the house were filthy. Not a good cleaning job. The safe was broken into and the keypad was hanging loose. The balcony door does not have a key and could not leave room for 3 days for fear of being broken into. The advertisement said occupancy for 3. They gave a tiny futon not big enough for. Child to sleep. The futon was replaced and the balcony door was fixed at 10pm at the day of check in. But we lost the first day of our vacation. The property management company constantly lies about everything.

Nice place, but not as fantastic as photos. Nice place. Room was dirty - had to request the floors be cleaned. The pictures were much more impressive. Best part was the fact that we had a kitchen, but not overly impressed. Walls were thin… neighbors loud.

Great stay Everything was very nice and as advertised. Complimentary wine and water in the fridge was a nice touch. Price was very reasonable and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to go to: Starbucks, dining establishments, local bars and shops. It was only a 5 minute drive to CVS for a late night snack run.

Enjoyable with a great view! The property is lovely. Fernando, Silvia & Natalia were awesome. The neighborhood is really safe & has some amazing features to it. Lots of things within walking distance. Overlooking the harbor from the balcony was nice. Thanks for such a great stay!!

Awesome!! This was perfect for us, and it had everything we needed. The parking was a huge plus! The host was amazing with communication and took care of any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Could be better The place was nice the check in is bad if some one is paying that price for the day they should be able to check in at 12 or when they arrive 3:00 check in is half your day

5 night stay in Coconut Grove. Very nice, comfortable and well equipped apartment in great location. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, coffe shops, Fresh Market. Building was nicer than expected and parking was good too. It would have been nice to have a swiffer or vacuum to clean the tile floor which was a bit dirty but other than that, no complaints.
