Amazing location and spacious apartment for a really good price. Hosts were great and communicated fast and were flexible with our check in. The elevator lobby is currently being renovated which is probably why this was such a great deal but the apartment was amazing and well worth it. It’s centrally located, safe and luxurious. Fabulous high rise apartment in the W hotel building. Amazing views over the river, luxurious, spacious, more than I expected. Having to pay to valet the car was minor annoyance, but well worth it for the overall property.
Perfect getaway! The condo is even prettier than the pictures! They made everything extremely convenient on our trip and they even left a gift in the fridge. The amenities are very upscale and we really enjoyed them. We definitely hope this condo is available for our next trip to Miami!
Some Things You Should Know The condo does visually look like it appears in the listing, but there are a few things we did not like. First, you should know the bathtub is so high I literally had to climb into it everyday and I left with a bad bruise on my inner thigh for almost falling trying to get in the tub. Also, you have to actually get all the way in the tub just to turn the water on, because the shower glass wall blocks the faucet and it is connect to the wall and does not move. That was crazy and weird. The rugs in the condo were dirty with stains and need to be thrown out. The one in the bedroom was so dirty I rolled it up and put it in the conner for the duration of our stay. The couch and white in the living room and the white chair in the bed room need to be replaced. I am happy I purchased a parking pass, but be aware that the parking lot is about a half block from the building. So if it's raining you will either have to wait the rain out or walk in the rain to get to your car. Overall, this condo did not meet the luxury standard I am used to when I travel. The views were great, even with the construction going on. Unfortunately for me and my partner, this is not a condo I will be recommending to my friends or family.
Only place I will stay at!!! There is no way I can express how I feel about this place. It met all our needs. Location, condo itself was everything. The balcony with the views. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed every bit of the stay. This birthday was one for the books. Thank you to the whole staff. Maria, she was so helpful with everything. P.s Parking is not bad. You in the heart of Brickell, like the downtown part. We paid it with no problem. Staff explains this at the beginning. We will do it again. Worth it!!!!!!!

This was a phenomenal property with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gym and spa were like the ones we’ve experienced at Equinox. We had a minor issue with a blind that broke and the staff fixed it promptly on a weekend. Great stay for a family. I don’t have a single negative comment.

O apartamento era grande, com sala, cozinha com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos, também havia máquina de lavar e um closet no quarto. A única ressalva é que a banheira, para entrar no chuveiro, era bem alta, então se você tiver algum problema de mobilidade fica complicado. Também utilizei a academia do prédio que era muuuuito boa e super completa! A localização é ótima e fica a poucos passos do Brickel City Center. Recomendo!
This is my second time staying at this rental. I love it the lady helped me check in was soooooooo sweet!!! my absolutely love the little dog park that they have there. Everything is walking distance, love.
Honeymoon Trip The room was beautiful the view of downtown Miami was amazing. Checking in was very smooth, and a host or manager always did a great job of communicating with us and making us feel at home. So many great sights to see and places to eat within a short walking distance. We really loved our stay.

This condo stands out!!! My best friend and I came to Miami to enjoy our vacation and do some heavy shopping in the area. Luckily, the property was close to our favorite shopping areas so getting around was a breeze. There was a cold bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived! Natalia knew how to make us feel at home. The decorations were modern and made the apartment stand out. I confess I stole some ideas for my home. We only stayed there for four days but had a wonderful experience. I recommend you check out the pool, you’d be a fool to miss out! The amenities are world-class. Excellent location, not worth the price and kind of amenities offered. Valet parking is expensive, offsite parking is a hassle. No convenience store around the tower. Bath tub design not meant for seniors. Not enough cookware in the kitchen.
Overall, stay was okay. I think we were unfortunately caught off guard with the lack of electricity. Owner offered to send someone to help maintenance but then never sent anyone. Took pics and vids per the request of the owner. Also complained about the extreme gutter-like smell as well as loud noises after the shower was used once. No help or maintenance was ever done. If all these things were addressed timely, everything else is great.

Beautiful apartment with excellent downtown views, but not suitable for anyone seeking quiet. Noise from traffic, revving cars, sirens, and upstairs neighbors continued until 3–4am. The space is nice, but the cost reflects a trendy, high-noise location.

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Miami. Super clean, super spacious, amenities included. Ideal location walking distance from Brickell and downtown Miami. The pool is great although seemed to close earlier than 7:30pm most days. Also disagree with having to pay $40 check in after 9pm. I arrived 9:15pm due in to flight being delayed but was still charged also have to pay this in cash. But the check in process is very easy, amazing air BnB and views would definitely stay again.
The host was always there to respond on any regard!
I had a wonderful stay that felt like home. I will definitely do business again as my experience was relaxing and smooth.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped—loved the full kitchen with premium appliances, fast Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs with HBO/Showtime. The building’s amenities were a major plus: huge heated pool, impressive gym, and spa access all included. Location was perfect—walking distance to Brickell hotspots, restaurants, shops, and parks. Limited parking is available, so plan ahead if you’re driving. Overall, a comfortable, well-located spot that made our Miami trip easy and enjoyable. Would stay again!
The location is perfect. We were able to reach everywhere we wanted to go and see very easily. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not sufficient. There was hair on the bed linens, the floors were dusty, the unit was not cleaned adequately. The lamp above the bed had underwear left over from previous guests!

Great Amazing Property
Almost Good. Place was nice. Furniture was not the most comfortable which I don’t understand if you’re looking for repeat customers. Also the shower water would not get hot and the tub is a little difficult to get into due to its height. Also our check did not go at all smoothly.

Good Property, beautiful view. Did not like much the the building but loved the area.
We enjoyed but Parking charges were insulting! Place was nice but This place did not have a reserved parking space for our unit. so we had no choice but to pay the daily rate per day to the apt building! Parking cost over one hundred bucks for the four nights we stayed. The host should have made this known or disclosed on the advertisement. That was not something we knew to budget for and caused major impact into our preset budget.
Nice place in the city center Overall, it was a good experience. The washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The apartment was very nice and had great views. Nice kitchen equipment too (refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher) The only complaint is that occasionally, there was a little noise coming from the unit(s) above. It's also in a great location, within walking distance of a Whole Foods. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location on Brickell! We recently stayed in this condo, we know Miami very well and visit often, therefore choosing this location for our stay was easy, you cannot go wrong here, many restaurants are walking distance and having the whole foods close by made things so convenient. It's easy to drive to all parts of Miami and to Sobe from this central location. Everything from the booking process, to the checkin on arrival, organizing the valet parking for our stay, getting help with tv and some additional items we required went very smoothly. Natalia is a pleasure to work with, she was very responsive throughout, she was away for part of our stay but made sure we were well settled and greeted on arrival. The condo itself is clean and very functional, newly decorated in a very fresh yet cozy Miami style, it is bright and spacious. We had a slight issue with the mattress comfort, I wish we had told Natalia earlier, she immediately changed it on our departure as per our recommendation. My only regret during the stay is that we did not get the time to use the SPA at the Viceroy, it looked fantastic, and we will have to take a trip again soon and stay here again and make up for this!! I own and manage my own rentals in Paris and must say that I appreciated Natalia's professionalism and the quality of service her team provided, I can be very particular about this, we had a great stay!
Great place to stay in Brickel Very nice and comfortable apartment. Everything is new and very clean. Great view to Miami and very nice decoration. The building is quiet and has a great pool & spa. I would recommend it for a stay!
