About this property

"ive stayed at the elser for 4 years in a row, and we love it."

This apartment is steps from Bayfront Park. It is designed for groups of friends and families celebrating special events or exploring Downtown Miami.

This residence features a contemporary open-concept layout. Natural light fills the area through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The design is streamlined for functional elegance. A dedicated laundry area is integrated within the unit.

The kitchen is sleek and modern, with striking dark cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. Counters offer generous prep space. Large, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs are in the living area and bedroom. The living room TV sits against a stylish ribbed feature wall, adding rich texture.

The decor creates a 'Modern Coastal Serenity' ambiance. Beach and ocean-themed artwork complements stunning vistas on the TVs. Minimalist white furniture, including a crisp white sofa and dining set, anchors the aesthetic. Potted plants add vibrant natural elements. Serene teal and light blue accents, plus a coordinating accent wall, reinforce a calming coastal theme. The atmosphere is bright, open, and tranquil, with a distinct sense of urban luxury. The palette combines crisp whites and light greys with deep charcoal and black for contrast, accented by blues, teals, and natural greens.

Guests consistently rate this space 5/5 for cleanliness — floors, linens, and surfaces are reset to hotel standard between every stay.

Experience zero-hassle hospitality here. We simplify check-in and manage parking details. Enjoy the freedom of a luxury residence with effortless service.
