La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, en pleno Brickell, con una vista muy bonita y una piscina espectacular en el edificio. En general, el apartamento está muy bien. Sin embargo, tuvimos una mala experiencia con el sofá cama. Aunque el mueble como tal está en buen estado, el colchón del sofá cama está en condiciones muy lamentables: se sienten fuertemente los alambres y es completamente incómodo para dormir. Viajamos en familia (2 adultos y 2 niños) y, aunque el apartamento se ofrecía para 4 personas, fue imposible utilizar el sofá cama, por lo que todos tuvimos que dormir en la cama principal. Este detalle afecta mucho la experiencia general del alojamiento. Como anfitrión, sé lo importante que son las evaluaciones, pero también es clave ser honestos. Este punto marca la diferencia entre una calificación de 5 estrellas y una de 3. Recomiendo revisar y reemplazar ese colchón para que futuros huéspedes puedan tener una estadía realmente cómoda.

Magnifique séjour en famille dans Brickell Appartement très propre et fidèle aux photos. Vue magnifique sur le balcon. Nous y avons pris plusieurs apéros. Superbement situé dans le quartier de Brickell, à quelques pas du Centre commercial Brickell et du MetroMover (transport gratuit). Restaurants, cafés et commerces à proximité. La terrasse au 15e étage est spectaculaire avec une immense piscine qui semble se jeter dans la rivière. Plusieurs places pour s'asseoir et une vue incroyable sur le centre-ville. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet endroit. Réponse immédiate lorsque nous avions des besoins. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
Perfect! It was good experience to my family. We went this W residence when we just came back from Cancun. It was 180 degree different experience. 43-floor and good views in day and night. We took a walk for grocery. It just take a under 10 minutes. Wonderful pool at 15 floor.

Disfrutamos de las estupendas amenities del complejo, especialmente el spa y la piscina. Trato super! Natalia nos dio todo tipo de informacion y estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el fin de semana.
Viceroy Residence The condo was exactly as pictured, well furnished and spotless. No need to cook with the variety of restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchen was gorgeous and functional from the SubZero fridge to the Bosch dishwasher :). The condo has a nice balcony where you could overlook the lights of the city at night. The pool was perfect for a relaxing morning swim. My son even said the pull out sofa bed was comfortable! I didn't have time to enjoy the spa, but it looked lovely. The owner met me when I arrived, gave me a tour of the building, and registered my car with valet for me since I arrived after hours. She also made herself very available during my stay for any questions i had. She met me on my way out and asked if there was anything they could do to improve the condo. Exactly the type of person you want to rent from! I highly recommend this apartment and will stay again next time I'm in Miami.
This is my second time staying with this property management group at Icon, and once again, the experience was excellent. I previously stayed in one of their other units back in June, and the consistency across their properties is what really stands out. Cleanliness was absolutely on point, communication was seamless and responsive, and the unit had great amenities. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need when traveling to Miami for work. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining their units and providing a smooth, comfortable stay. I will continue booking with them every time I travel to Miami for work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed place to stay.

Terrible Check in process is horrendous can’t talk to anyone just message. My wife was not allowed to enter the room that was paid in full because she did not have my credit card with her. Would not reccomend this place to anyone

Great Condo & Location My husband and I have been in Miami in the past, and this condo, as well as the Icon on Brickell was by far the best place we have ever stayed! The pictures on the website give an accurate representation of the unit (our's had a bit different furniture, but it was definitely equal in quality!). Francisco the property manager, and our contact was incredibly attentive, friendly, and easy going even though he is incredibly busy. He never made us feel that he was in a rush. We requested a fan for the unit as we like sleeping with white noise and he very willingly found one for us. The location could not have been better! The view of the water, and pool (it is an amazing pool!!!) from our room was spectacular! Any thing you could need: restaurants, shopping (lovely mall), grocery are all within an easy walking distance. We even walked to an event we attended at the American Airlines Arena (1.2 miles away). We felt completely safe as the surrounding area is updated and just lovely. We will definitely be contacting Silvia and Natalia again to stay in their beautiful condo the next time we are in Miami!
Most comfortable vacation rental EVER My husband and I rented this condo for a week while on business in Miami. We cannot say enough about our stay here! Upon check in we were met by the owner, Natalia, who took the time to welcome and get to know us. She is incredibly personable and takes great pride in the rental. The apartment is wonderfully appointed, super comfortable and has many personalized touches that truly made us feel right at home. First of all, there was a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge, such a thoughtful gesture. There are nice tableware and cooking utensils in the kitchen and the appliances are state of the art. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and linens, huge bath with jacuzzi. We loved the contemporary design of the apartment, nice furniture and interesting art. This is not your typical vacation rental. Only wish we could have had more time to spend by the gigantic pool and jaccuzzi, or in the incredible spa and work out room. The views, the waterfront walkways around the complex and the many excellent restaurants nearby were an added bonus to a perfect stay. Natalia, it was such a pleasure to meet you. Many thanks to you and your husband for making our stay a very memorable one.
2-week stay I went to Miami for two weeks for work. The location was perfect; it was close to everything I needed and within walking distance. The condo was clean, and the views were out of this world from the 43rd floor. Natalia and Silvia were great to work with, easy to reach, and responded quickly. I will stay there again next time I return to Miami. I highly recommend it.
Great vacation in Miami The location is perfect. Near to the free trolley and free people mover! Views of the city were spectacular, the only problem was the swimming pool was being repaired the entire two months we were there, and we were not told about the problem until right before the final payment.
Wonderful Stay We rented this apartment for a month and just loved it. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable, nestled in a building with outstanding amenities including the amazing spa and pool areas. The property owners are truly delightful and extremely helpful. The staff at the Viceroy was also quite friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the downtown location and took advantage of the adjacent waterfront walking paths and the many restaurants nearby. We felt right at home here and absolutely plan to return again. Highly recommend to anyone.
Temporary Housing Great value, beautiful modern appartment, tastefully decorated with highend furniture and equipment in a unique complex with shared hotel facilities. Exceptional hospitality from ownership who arranged for housekeeping services during my exended stay. Highly recommend compared to hotel accommedations in the area fantastic Price Value. It was home away from home; will defitely recommend personally to my friends/family future visitors.
Downtown Brickell Appt Location great. If you stay in the third tower so not the hotel and not the long term residences but the short term residences building of the three towers, this building is not connected to the other two. So, every time I went to use the spa/gym/spin room, the front desk personnel said I wasn't in the system. This was frustrating, given the nightly price of the stay. The water in the shower was always mildly warm at best, I really enjoy very hot showers in the morning and the shower never got super warm, maybe it was because it was on the 43rd floor, but that was a challenge. I ended up showering in the spa. The location is great and easy to get to Brickell city center and other public transport, but I would look for a much cheaper room within this complex if I were to stay again, given that I didn't even shower in the room.
Tina Second time we have stayed at this beautiful apartment and we will come again! The apartment is immaculate with fantastic facilities at the Viceroy and many restaurants in close proximity. We travelled with a small child and we were provided with both a pack and play, linen and a high hair at no additional cost and without even asking! The views of the city are spectacular and despite being in a busy location, the apartment is very quiet at night. We could not have been happier!

Apartamento en Brickell con buena luz bien amoblado. Recomiendo 100 % la estadía en este apto. Lo único malo fue que los ascensores del edificio se encontraban varios fuera de servicio teniendo que esperar bastante tiempo, por eso antes de reservar verificar si ya están en funcionamiento de lo contrario entender que puedes demorar bastante esperando para tomar el ascensor. Pero todo lo demás sin problemas.

Amazing Stay Stayed here while recovering from surgery. Great location, lots of amenities, and if I had any questions they were answered very quickly! Apartment was clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Would stay again!
Good apartment The apartment was good! Clean and the bed was really comfortable, but be prepared for bare minimum. The kitchen had no salt or pepper or any spices and scratched up pots and pans. They only provided 2 trashbags and 1 paper towel role for an 8 night stay. When we asked for more they told us we had to buy our own... it didn't make sense.

Great stay Really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and just as advertised. We loved the area and there were plenty of great dining options within walking distance. The only negative was the check-in process. We stood around waiting upon arrival for 30-45min for someone to greet and help us. To be fair there seemed to be a lot of people checking in at once, and the woman who eventually helped us was wonderful. Communication could have been better though. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future!

Overall amazing place but hosts failed do disclose important information regarding the renovations The place was in the absolutely amazing part of the city, it was really pretty and clean as well. The pool was worth waking up early every day and the view both from it and the balcony of the room was breathtaking. My only complain is regarding parking (but I know this is a thing in Brickell in general) - it was not the most convenient that you had to walk from another building and I feel like this information should have been disclosed earlier. The contact with property manager could have been better, we tried to call while having an issue with a parking card and there was no answer, which happened a few times. Another thing that I felt disappointed in was lack of availability of the gym and the spa - I learned about that only during check in, both were under the renovation which was a huge bummer for me, because I was really looking forward to go to the gym in the mornings. Have I had all the information, I am not sure if I would decide to stay there because this aspect was really important to me... I was happy with everything else but I did not have access to a huge reason why I booked this place in the first place :(

Perfect Perfect for our trip
Great location, even better property. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Miami, this property was well maintained quiet and the views from the 43rd were amazing. Close enough to South Beach to check out the festivities but removed enough to have a quiet time once you feel ready to relax. Hosts were very communicative and even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. I will definitely rent this property again, it made my Miami trip the best. Amazing views from the balcony every morning, and sunset.
Perfect stay! Had a great time here. Host was fast to respond and the unit was stocked with everything you could need. Nice touches like nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge made this feel much better and welcoming than other units I have stayed at in this tower. Highly recommend this host and this unit!

Nice clean place. Bath sink needs to be fixed. One bath sink did not work well. I reached out to the host upon arrival but know one got back to me. Otherwise I enjoyed the property.
Miami Vacation The property location was perfect. Everything was walking distance and Miami was a short drive away. All the rooms were clean and the property managers were responsive. We would recommend this property.
Loved it The property was clean and very secure , you couldn't even get up to your floor without your little elevator fob . I loved the view from our balcony . The bed was comfortable . The only thing that was a little confusing was check in because I didn't know I needed my sponser to check in , but she came promptly after . Also the toilet produced a weird smell when flushed sometimes . Other than that I would stay here again . The location of the property was nice as well .
I’d stay again The place was beautiful and welcoming! My only complain is there are not many amenities in the kitchen to cook with so I bought my own pan and left it there. The check in process was a lot only because so many people checking in and the parking I was not a fan of it is a rip off but the only option. But the property itself was nice and the unit was even nicer! The host was also awesome even tho we never got trash bags she allowed us to leave the trash at the door!
Beautiful Apartment but the building is like a train station Apartment is incredible, but the lobby is a disaster. People are shirtless, in bathing suite, without shoes, screaming, it is a bit of shsme since the building itself is very cool in design. I understand that does not fall on the apartment itself but it definetely plays a part in the stay as you have to share elevators with 10 people at the same time and they are shirtless.
Great apartment, bad property manager and building The apartment itself was great - large, modern appliances, clean, etc., but the property managers / owners and building itself were less than so. The property managers were always rude and had an attitude every time we interacted with them. When we'd reach out with a problem, instead of apologizing they would try to turn it around on us by saying "we should have said something earlier" (mind you, our first complaint was made within 48 hours of being there). I would not stay at this apartment again because of the property managers (and I wouldn't recommend it to others). The building itself was honestly poorly managed and somewhat gross. The people at the front desk had no idea what they were talking about ever. No one in the building, for that matter, had any idea what they were talking about. We got stuck in the elevator twice for about 20 minutes and asked the staff in the gym and at the front desk of the other tower how to get back to ours and no one could help us. The building also did not take COVID seriously at all (or at least, no one in the apartment building did). People didn't wear masks, 10 people in an elevator, people congregating everywhere. Most people looked like they were going clubbing, so not great if you are at all concerned about COVID. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Brickell Great Condo and location
Great apt, great service! Very nice apartment, great location, and service prior to and during our stay was great. Everything was on time, paperwork was easy, and on site mgmt was great and very responsive. Definitely coming back!
Excellent location! The apartment was so well equipped and immaculate! The host Nicole was fantastic and ever so helpful. Everything in the unit was in pristine shape and I highly recommend staying here.
Great Condo Our recent 3 night stay was very good. Owner was very gracious and helpful. Within walking distance of a grocery store (Whole Foods). Pool was great. Very relaxing. Spa was closed for renovations but we were able to see it. Didn't use the workout area but were shown it and it was very nice. The only issued we encountered was parking. This was totally OUR fault not the owners. She had sent me an email that I did not completely read thus providing and issue. The owner was able to resolve this for us. Just be sure to let her know ALL guest. Security is very tight. The owner is close by so if you need her, you can call her. I would def stay again!
