What a pleasant stay! We checked in four hours after expected due to flight delays and found out that there is a 24 hr desk service. The whole experience was easy and fantastic, from parking to check out. The property is exactly as described, only the views are better! We found a chilled white wine bottle and couple of water bottles waiting for us in the fridge, which was a great welcome gift. It is the perfect place to stay for a couple on vacation. Totally connected to everything you want to visit in Miami without the stress, since the neighborhood is gorgeous and walkable. My wife and I will repeat, no doubt.
Me and my boyfriend loved this place! Will definitely be going back whenever we visit Miami again.
Perfect for what we needed
Very clean, great view and the updates and price was better than a room through the hotel especially with the parking space included. A basic hotel room setup which was all we needed for a few days’ visit. Would stay again!
Horrible communication with passive attitudes
I have so much I could say about the lack of respect these people have for their paying customers but I will try to keep this as short as possible. Communication sucks, as in they aren’t great with answering calls(we met others with this problem while waiting in the lobby for hours), text when they want and they have this horrible game of telephone with their workers. I truly don’t know where the breakdown in communication was, but as a paying customer from out of town, that was the least of my concern. I just wanted them to get it right. We missed time with family and friends from all over the country because they literally told me Kat would be down to speak with us in a few minutes. Almost 2 hours later kat strolls out the elevator barely muttering the words “I’m sorry” audibly from her lips and like a run on sentence proceeds to ask me how are we going to pay the rest of the fee whilst holding out her hand for me to shake. I politely declined her handshake. Also to add, they do payment a different way than Vrbo that I’ve never experienced before, where they wanted you to go on this website and pay the rest because they took 30% upfront and then 70% after arrival. After being there for hrs waiting on kat to come and speak with us because we needed to know whether we needed to make different arrangements because I did not have the physical card present, which was a part of the requirement. *I cannot post the rest bc of limitations. I’ll try though bc it gets more interesting

Beautiful spot for a long weekend. Check-in was easy, room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. We loved spending time on the balcony and swimming in the pool. Location was perfect for us - walkable to great restaurants and parks. Overall, we had a great stay here!

Amazing location in the heart of coconut grove! Extremely walkable and a beautiful view of the water. Very convenient access to public and local transportation if you are traveling without a car. Would certainly stay again. Some noise at night, but that is expected in a area with so much to do. The building is older, but still well taken care of. Overall great stay!
Perfect location with free parking. Nice clean efficiency studio apartment. Love the door lock with code -- so I don't have to worry about losing my jey. Just be sure to note the fine print: All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in.

This is my second time staying here, but in the apartment next door. I love this location, I loved this apartment - a big closet, a big bathroom and the washing machine was a nice surprise. I will be back!

Such a beautiful condo in the heart of the grove. The space overlooks the harbor, with tons of original art in the building, and a pool with every amenity and lovely views. The condo is impeccably clean and so comfortable, it was such a restful stay. Extra points for the walk in closet. Communication was informative and responsive. Free parking in the area is an amazing perk. I can't think of one thing I did not enjoy! Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Hidden Gem!
Loved our stay in Coconut Grove! The room was perfect! Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Coffee on the terrace overlooking the marina and pool was gorgeous. Room and facility were clean, quiet and relaxed. Pool was awesome! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, park and marina were icing on the cake. Hosts were very attentive. Looking forward to next year!
The view from the balcony is beautiful! The room was spacious, aesthetic, and most importantly clean! The check in/out process, and parking - smooth! I will definitely return.
