Absolute Nightmare Upon arrival to the property, the hostess attempted to sound surprised as if she couldn’t have warned us of what lie ahead. I’m conversation she admitted that she had learned of the nightmare situation prior to our arrival. We rented this property for the beautiful view, balcony and the pool, as my husband is a triathlete. We were not able to enjoy any of that. When the hostess took us up to our room, she said you can enjoy the room, just don’t go outside and definitely don’t look at the pool area. Why? That’s the whole reason we are here. Someone had jumped from the balcony by ours. The body was literally right under our balcony 7 floors down. She assured us it was cleaned up… no we went outside and saw the poor remains of the person sticking out of a sheet. The body was as there along with investigators, police, etc… all evening. Then we were able to spend our whole morning with people in hazmat suits scrubbing the remains of the person off of the pool deck. After telling her how traumatic this whole experience was and how it did not seem right that we should pay full price for this horrifying stay, she ghosted us. This was the absolute worse experience and I hate that this was my husband’s surprise birthday trip. I don’t believe this was handled appropriately.

Easter Visit My husband and I visited our Daughter, who is attending the University of Miami. The location is great, right in the heart of the city. Wonderful weekend, we enjoyed many fabulous restaurants.

Beauty Great location, no need for car. Very attentive host. Everything is within walking distance or using the metro. Beautiful place and the pool was great. Just couldn’t get the full experience of the spa due to it being closed. But other than that. I loved and my husband and I will be back.

Perfect Mini-Vacation Took a few days from cold New England to enjoy sunny Miami. We loved our stay. From the start, Deborah responded quickly to our messages and her customer service was a 10/10. She gave us a list of local attractions, and was helpful throughout the stay. We had a beautiful view, the apt. was spacious, comfy and met all our needs. Brickell was a wonderful location and The River Oyster Bar was our spot!! We will be back and I highly recommend this listing. Grade A++

Not as listed Not as listed! The cleanliness of the property was terrible. Upon arrival we had issues with this unit been not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed linen. Stains in the carpet, carpet needs to be replaced. Pillows on couch was dirty. Couch & bed was hard. Bed sits extremely low. Floors nasty with hair. Tub is extremely to high to get in not accessible to anyone with any knee issues. Had to literally struggle to get in the shower. This bathroom layout sucks. Shower got clogged up had to call plumbing. I was told from housekeeper that this unit always has issues. I will not be booking through them in the future. Prices are to high to get this type of service. I was asked to not listed my experience that I would get a discount on my next booking. But be transparent for next guest that might consider booking. The communicate was great. The location is great. Just better cleaning .

Great location, clean unit, good amenities Great location with lots of coffee, food, shopping all around. Great for a couple or small family staying in the Miami area that wants to see on of the best sides of Miami.

Just as pictued Everything is as pictured. The bed sleeps comfortably. The view is amazing. We were here for New Years Eve and we were able to see the fireworks!

Beautiful views I booked for a week here and it was wonderful from the minute I got there! Great neighborhood and Checkin was so easy , and the property is so luxe. The pool was perfect temp and huge. Never too crowded . Had dinner at Ciprianis which was delicious. I slept well there too. I would definitely stay again!

NICE!! Great place in the heart of it all! Walking distance to the mall and many good restaurants! You get condo for a better deal than a hotel!

Short Trip Had to go to Miami for work on Valentines Day, very glad we chose to stay here.

Amazing place and the kindest host! We booked this stay as a spontaneous girls trip the night before and we were blown away by how incredible this place was! Our host was so kind and friendly, she made the check-in process a breeze and was super available throughout our stay to answer any questions we had. The place itself was beautiful, huge balcony overlooking the pool, super clean place, we would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Miami!

There's an extra fee of aprox 60 usd that they don't mention, but that you need to pay to be able to check-in. Not nice. However, the apartment was in good shape, clean, etc.

Everything here was fantastic. They just need to not advertise that you have access to the amenities. The amenity access is only five to 2 guest per bedroom. This home advertised that it could sleep 4, because there is a pull out couch. However, never stated that there is only 3 registered guest can have access to the amenities. If they were children they could have access with their parents, but I have an 18 year old. Therefore, we had to find things to do outside of the building.

The property is in renovation, you can’t see from the balcony and you can’t open the window.

the air bnb was very clean and felt like home. the host was quick to respond to any questions asked. It was a great area to walk to restaurants, stores, parks and more! Definitely recommend this place!

Great location and great unit! Really enjoyed the spa/fitness center. We stayed here for a few weeks and really enjoyed using the kitchen for making all kinds of meals! Loved having a dining table and all the cooking essentials. I would say that the couch could use a little update and the bed was not the most comfortable after a few days but overall…the place was fantastic. Definitely will look to rebook with this host in the future.

Booking this for my parents (both 75+) turned out to be a mistake. Few things future guests need to be clear about: - The balcony is not usable. It is physically locked shut with pieces of wood and windows are covered (parents felt very uncomfortable) - There is an additional insurance fee required outside of the Airbnb platform, which is crazy when airbnb keeps saying "all fees included" - The TV is broken (you can see the feed, but sound doesn't work) - Pool access is not available on weekdays. Message said they have a 12 hour grace period. It's not true. When I politely tried to cancel less than two hours after booking and a full week before check-in. The host initially told me to request the cancellation through Airbnb. Airbnb told me the host needed to initiate it. When I went back to the host, they declined lol. My parents could only handle the place for a night and we lost the rest of the money. They know they are doing it too which is unfortunate.

Okay, very good. They are doing construction outside, but it didn't bother me at all. The environment is clean and organized.

No valet, but W connected to it does super expensive $25/hour and $80/day (no unlimited amounts of (coming/going) Host offers $35 parking to park in the BOA garage a block away, we were thankful for that. Check in was delayed because they needed my ID which I already sent to host before arrival + I didn't like that one of the ppl from the company has to walk u to ur room, we prefer a self check-in. The room is advertised nicely, looks big and spacious in the photos, but it’s NOT. It’s much smaller and the decor/setup in the photos are not what you get. All of our towels had at least one small piece of hair stuck in the threading, & the toilet seat had a dried pee spot on it - I cleaned off w/ an alcohol pad I had. Balcony door in living room doesn’t open. The jets in the tub randomly come on after u shower. The elevator takes 5-6 minutes EVERY time, so plan for that! 😒The elevator certification expired back in 2023 + had to walked thru construction by the lobby. Wouldn’t stay again.

Brickell visit- September Property was fine. Great area. Pool has no bar or restaurant and the the hotel restaurant closed at 3 for the day. So for me this was very lacking and very unexpected as I had assumed W Hotel pools had bars and restaurants attached to theme

Just as described The pictures are accurate, the location is central and we walked to dinner. It contains everything we needed plus some extras like a blender. The hosts are great, good communication, checked with us throughout the stay. The sofa sleeps one. The bed is a king size. I would stay here again.

It was ok The property manager in my opinion was rude and not very helpful at all. Was not warm and welcoming at all, kind of gave us a summary on what to do and then was gone. During our stay both the coffee makers broke. I told her and she sent me a YouTube video on how to operate them, never did come fix them or bring us a new one. The TVs wouldn’t turn on and I told her and once again she sent me a YouTube video. The next day after I waited to hear back from her she said she could send maintenance but they only work till 5. The floor had hair all over it And that was pretty gross. The shower has a piece of glass in the front and a giant step and when you took a shower water ran all over the floor. The couch was super uncomfortable, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable as well. The place isn’t very cozy at all in my opinion. Overall, I would say the location of the property is nice. The restaurants and the shopping was good. I felt like it was a very sketchy deal and I just had a bad feeling the whole time I was there. We have stayed at other VRBO’s and they were good experience’s but this one was definitely not. I’m not saying it was the worst but they could definitely do better!

Poor condition The condition and cleanliness of the unit was very poor. There were holes in the walls, there was a picture missing from a hook on the wall, there was a lot of dust and debris on items, there were stains on almost all furniture, there was a yellow stain on the bed sheets, and there were scuffs, marks and chipping paint on all walls. I was pretty bummed out with the condition of the place and it was not as represented in the photos. The hosts and Miami Vacation Rentals gave me a refund for the cleaning fee and offered me a refund for the nights I didn’t stay only if I left immediately without another place to stay. This would have left me with several hundred dollars of vrbo and other fees that would not have been refunded. The hosts wasted a ton of my time dealing with these issues. I don’t recommend renting from them unfortunately.

Vacation 2022!!! The property was in a great location, checking in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The view was EXCELLENT from the 22nd floor. I would definitely rent this property when I return back to Miami.

Nice place The location is great. There were many things to do within walking distance or short Uber ride. It did rain 1 day so we tried to Netflix and chill. Unfortunately the sofa is horrible! It is a board w some material covering it. Extremely uncomfortable.

Weekend getaway Lovely property & great location, in the limelight, near lots of happenings. Loved the balcony view! Had to get used to a bit of industrial type noise around, from nearby high rise construction, but other than that it was fabulous! Will go again.
