Modern and super clean unit with gorgeous views in ideal Coconut Grove location! Walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife. Easy check-in/out and super friendly and responsive host.

We had a wonderful stay! Great neighborhood that was walkable with awesome restaurants close by. We loved the room and the pool! Free parking was a nice addition. Our hosts went the extra mile with complimentary wine and chocolates for my partner’s birthday. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host was very communicative and proactive- ensuring I had clear instructions on how to find the property, check in and check out. I especially appreciated that they checked in after our first night to ensure the space met our expectations. The pictures accurately depicted the property, except the view from the balcony might have been even more incredible in person that the listing indicated. The space was in a good location. Just a few feet away from Cocowalk, close walking distance to many other restaurants and shops and a 20 min drive to downtown Miami. The beds were very comfortable and the automatic darkening shades for the balcony doors made it easy to sleep in past sunrise. The pool and hot tub have a great view and a free parking spot was a bonus. Our car rental was a chevy trailblazer- smaller SUV. We managed ok navigating the parking lot but can understand others' concerns about larger sized vehicles. A fantastic stay. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of 4, with two girls we enjoyed the surroundings, amenities and privacy. Booking the parking ahead is a highly recommended thing to do. Host was very responsive and treated us to a bottle of wine which we enjoyed with the beautiful to to the marina. We’d definitely stay here again in our next Miami vacation.

It was the perfect getaway my family enjoyed walking around the neighborhood especially taking time out to swim in the pool… And it was really nice that the park was across the street with a beautiful boardwalk 🥰🥰🥰

I visited for my birthday and had the most amazing stay. The room was perfect, the view was beautiful. The host was responsive anytime I messaged, also left a bottle of wine and a birthday card!! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone! I have already started talking about my next trip here!!

This was a great stay! The room was perfect for the 2 of us with a beautiful balcony. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed.

The only one star I’ve ever given an Airbnb due solely to their extensive pre check in verification + outside damage waiver fee outside of Airbnb. They have a time consuming and honestly invasive verification process that requires you to submit photos of your ID, a photo of yourself, your address, date of birth, gender, and a number of other things, including a long list of mandatory non-essential questions. They technically disclose this in the listing, but it’s buried in the details. On top of that, they make you submit your credit card for a deposit waiver or optionally charge you $60 for a damage fee if you don’t want to give them your credit card and a blank check to charge up to or more than $1000. The room is nice, but it’s just a hotel with a lot of extra hoops and an additional fee. The point of Airbnb is to not have to do these things and not have to pay more outside of Airbnb. The booking is also nonrefundable so they get you stuck after you book and find out later.

The Airbnb was very nice, clean and in a great location. The host were also very communicative.

Good location in Coconut Grove with convenient amenities and parking. However, the bathrooms were not as clean as expected, and after booking the host required an additional off-Airbnb deposit option: either a $1,000 hold released five days after checkout or a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The stay was generally comfortable, but these issues affected the overall experience.

Great room and location. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - has a terrific view of water and town. Quiet building and located in a wonderful location.

The ac didn’t work the first night. It was so hot. I let the host and Airbnb know about this but they said they couldn’t get anyone out until the next morning. It wasn’t until the next afternoon someone came out and fixed it. I saw there was a previous review before my stay about the ac, I had assumed it was fixed. But other than that. The place was super nice and really clean and in a great location close to everything! The bed was comfy too!!

The location is great, it’s a large room and very clean. The air condition was not working and we requested support which isn’t available after 5 pm, with check in at 4 pm this creates a problem. The following day they said they’d have someone with us which never took place and they failed to ever respond to messages on the topic.

Room is a normal hotel room with an extra bed. The room had a nice view . I am giving only 3 stars because of the deposit/ waiver. They ask for a $1000 deposit or you can pay $ 50 waiver which they say is the popular choice. This means they are charging $50 more than they disclose. If you read the fine print about the deposit it says they will take money from that deposit for any damage and if there is any more damage they will charge it to the same credit card- so basically an open ended ability to charge as much as they want. I asked if someone would go over the room with me to make sure there was no damage before i put down the deposit and they said i didn’t need to worry about it (easy for them to say). I was uncomfortable giving them $1000 deposit on a 1 night rental so paid the extra $50. I was also uncomfortable with their external website which asks for personal information and to sign legal forms that seem to protect them beyond air bnb’s built in protection

Great location with amazing views of Miami and the ocean!! The apartment was really nice and easy to get to. The neighborhood was really cool. We had a great time walking around, shopping and visiting some of the eateries. Overall, great place! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was beautiful — we even caught a few amazing sunrises during our stay! It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location in Coconut Grove at Hotel Arya with free self-parking spot in hotel garage with key card access. Walk to all Coconut Grove restaurants, bars and shopping. Updated/refurbished hotel room with king bed and couch/daybed for a 3rd guest. Very clean room. Very safe neighborhood. Great view of Biscayne Bay from balcony outside your 19th floor room. Host very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Positive: Location was great to explore Coconut Grove restaurants and shopping. Negative: Dated property with mediocre facilities. Fitness room AC was not working.

Es una de las zonas más lindas de miami, con gran oferta gastronómica (bares y restaurantes), el departamento tenía una excelente vista a la bahía, todo muy pulcro y ordenado. Como cortesía dejaron una botella de vino blanco y la cafetera (a cápsulas) cargada, cantidad de toallas acorde, batas de baño, muy completo. Hubo un día en el que no funcionaba el WiFi, estimo sería problema del edificio, fue solucionado rápido. La piscina está en el piso 8, tiene buena vista y la gente es súper tranquila y amable. Por cierto : no lo mencionan, pero hay un desayunador muy completo por solo 19 dolares por persona, vale la pena.

Loved it! I have stayed here several times and will do so in the future!

Cold as ice Room was totally cold, all white, not one piece of art, no color, it felt like we were in a morgue. Nearly impossible to get ahold of the hosts. Not one of the three contact numbers that VRBO gave to us worked. Only one allowed us to leave a message. We left several and no one responded. Very disappointed! Good luck trying to deal with these people if you have a problem with your booking which we did.

This property is very updated and clean friendly staff. Would recommend great views quite neighborhood
