First and foremost the customer service was phenomenal. They help sort not only our arrival time in but also immediately helped get us into the unit when we had an issue with the door code. Second, the view is as spectacular as the pics show and the location is dead center Grove. Only reason I gave it a 4 rather than 5 is the place, while clean and well appointed, the condo itself could use a refresh with old baseboards and such just old paint stuff. But, we'd stay there again in a nano-second because it was spacious for the two of us, fabulous views, and fantastic location. And again - customer service gold star!

The view was incredible! Parking was easy. Lots of shops and restaurants within just a few blocks. Super comfy (soft) king size bed, automatic blackout shades. The rental company left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us! Very clean, nice building, secluded corner. Really enjoyed this stay!

Great hotel, I have been coming here for years and I will continue. The view is breathtaking and the area is just stunning with so much to do. Communication was easy and if you need to reach the rental company they answer you right away. we will keep coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view of the marina. We loved the balcony. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice having a place to park inside the garage. We will be back!

Beautiful spot in prestine Miami location with lots to do walking distance. Room views were exactly as advertised, breathtaking and beautiful. Will book again for sure!

The view was spectacular! the building was newer and well kept. Free parking a huge plus and easy. Condo was clean, updated. Location and view were amazing! Would stay again!

Lovely Lovely Property

Beautiful Views Beautiful views, great patio and very spacious for a one bedroom. We enjoyed everything, the only cons would be the dishes were not properly cleaned - looked and felt as though someone with honey hands touched them all - we just washed everything and a lack of extra paper products. Overall great place, walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Owners respond quickly. Would stay again!
