Exceptional Family vacation! I can’t say enough good things about this property! The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops. The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!) Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW! I have absolutely no negative comments about our stay - everything was positive so if you’re debating whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed!

Sister's first Cruise The trip was to take my sister on her first cruise. My nephew and his fiancé joined us. This property looked just as pictured in the advertisement. We were only there for two days but took advantage of most of the amenities. We would definitely stay at this apartment again. Questions were answered promptly by Natalia who was a great hostess.

Nice unit with beautiful views Unit was perfect for our family. Amenities looked amazing although we didn’t take advantage of them. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Traffic is very heavy in the area, but the parking option with the unit was great. Thanks to Miami vacation rentals!

Excellent Location This condo offered my family a great place to rest our heads after being on the go all day. Clean, convenient, esp the parking, great views. Check in/out smooth. Great communication. Like the keyless entry. We used the pool only 2x for no more than a couple of hours each time. Pool deck clean w nice views. The gym looked nice though we didn’t use it as we were on the go all day. Great location. The convenience of walking to restaurants was a plus, and also around Brickell Key. I really liked the parking spot to this unit. It’s in the parking lot of the food trucks. I don’t like parking decks so this was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would recommend this condo.

We rented this property for our son’s graduation from the University of Miami and it was superb Every detail was taken care of. All the furnishings were exquisite and the kitchen was fully stocked. The workout facilities and pool were fantastic. We were checked in and out personally by Francisco which made things so easy! Thank you for a memorable weekend celebrating a big milestone for our family!

Oh what a view!!!! This was a perfect get-away vacation to celebrate my sisters birthday! This apartment is perfect for family's. Everything is exactly as describe. Starting from making the reservation with Natalia to Alveo helping us to get to the condo, making us feel very welcomed. We spent the following day at the Miami Seaquarium - swimming with the Dolphins. Natalia was always available for my many questions and helped me with dinner reservations. Perricone's was perfect for our celebration dinner and a wonderful walk from the the condo. I will be back this is a perfect location for so many adventures and now we have a new friend Natalia...thank you!!!

Sophisticated comfortable family apartment I booked after previously cancelling reservations at a nearby hotel that was our regular. We are a large family, 2yr old twin girls, 7yr old and an 18yr old plus my wife and I. Quite simply the idea of being in two hotel rooms and/or the expense of the largest sized hotel room was just not we thought would be best. I contacted Natalia who was very efficient, professional, courteous and remained accessible for the entire trip she advised us to take this two bedroom as it would suit our needs perfectly. we received the apartment in pristine condition. Its gorgeous; marble floors, contemporary decor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the brickell river and a view of the sea which included seeing the sun rise every morning which was amazing. The bedrooms were comfortable and supplied with linen she even provided us with two pack and play cribs at no extra charge which we used for the twins. The kitchen and living area was a great space where we could actually relax as a family have breakfast and dinner and just chill taking in the views. I have to say that you expect the unexpected when travelling with infants and one of the girls picked up a nasty bug that had her throwing up and very ill. Thank God we had the space and the amenities the apartment provided as we were able to ensure she was comfortable and look after her, it helped there was a cvs nearby. she recovered in excellent condition after a rough day or two. I could not imagine what it would have been like if we were stuck in the cramped confines of a hotel room. Its a sexy space. I need to bring the wife back without the kids. Go out to the great restaurants nearby, come back spend time on the balcony having wine or expresso and get romantic which the space lends itself to. I used the maid service, free cellphone. The valet attendants were so helpful as it was a production to load and unload the kids and strollers ect into the suv. I have nothing but the best to stay about our experience at the Viceroy and with Natalia. I do plan on returning...over and over again.

Great location for family Mismi vacation. Beautiful condo. Great pool for laps in the morning. We just got back from a week's stay in this great condo. Everything just as described. Whenever in looked for something, it was there. Tea kettle, check. Hand soap, check. Laundry soap, check. Manatee swimming in the river, check. Loved the pool! Swam laps every morning while enjoying the view. Lovely beginning to each day. Easy to find building in a nice central location. Safe. Walking distance to river walk, metro mover, shopping and restaurants. Made use of Whole Foods delivery by ordering via App while we drove to Miami, but also walked there easily for a few extra supples. Also used Yelp food delivery when we stayed in one night to watch soccer tournament on the very nice TV. TV and WiFi both worked great. Basically this was a great place to spend a week with our 3 teens for family vacation.

El departamento es divino, tiene ubicación y vistas inmejorables , todo el equipamiento es impecable .Gracias al futon de la habitación, la capacidad para 5 personas es optima, lo recomiendo sin dudar para estadías familiares o con amigos. Estuve con mi familia diez días en un apartamento en Icon Brickell (Viceroy), plazo suficiente para advertir todos los detalles, buenos y malos. Nada para criticar, un 10 en todo. Si debiera resumir nuestra experiencia en una palabra diría "magnífico". Quién contacte a Natalia seguramente repetirá nuestra experiencia, ya que no hay nada que deje librado al azar. Great condo in great Miami location The apartment was very clean and has a great layout for our group. Location is great, very close to downtown Miami.

very nice stay just minor things broken 5th kitchen chair but didnt affect us as only 4 in group and oven pan did not have bottom tray to catch grease from cookings, light bulb out, curtain was hard to open but overall i would definitely stay again

Modern, clean Nice modern space to enjoy with friends. Great views and nice amenities (pool, gym, spa). Our host was very receptive and easy to communicate with for any needs. Walking distance to Brickell Center but I personally prefer to stay near beach so we had a lot of Uber rides. But not a bad change of pace. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for Ultra I reserved this property for a group of friends and I for Ultra Music Festival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to the venue with very comfortable accommodations for downtime between festival days. I looked into hotels in the same vicinity and by far this was the cheaper option than multiple hotel rooms. It allowed our group to stay together and provided a kitchen and common area. Spectacular views of the water and the pool area with a nice balcony for sitting out. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, great hosts, great stay I reserved this apartment for a business travel, very well located, great views, clean, great hosts, quick reply. Real very high speed Wi-Fi in the apartment, very important when you travel for business. Now I know they manage 30 properties in this same building I will contact them every time I visit Miami. Oasis in the sky Everything is as described - except that this property actually has two full bathrooms if the listing hasn't been updated to show that. We booked for a short vacation weekend followed by a week long conference at the Intercontinental Hotel which is a short walk away. Natalia provided us with a comprehensive rental guide in advance - including great walking and restaurant options. She greeted us on arrival and checked in with us periodically to see if everything was meeting our expectations - which it did. Natalia was as helpful as any high end luxury hotel concierge would be and provided great details about the on-site valet parking service. She also helped us coordinate an arrival amenity that really set the tone for an excellent stay (THANK YOU AGAIN NATALIA!). She does an excellent job of explaining the layout of the property and the amenities that are available to you on-site. Unfortunately we had to work during our stay, but the high speed wireless made that easy. Taking a break and being able to take a coffee on the balcony and gaze out upon the Miami River, the bay, the beautiful grounds, the luxury yachts and "the beautiful people of Miami" was energizing. Super value - you get a million dollar view in a beautiful spot for the same price (or less) than you would pay for a single hotel room. We didn't use it but there appears to be room service as well if you don't cook or feel like going out. The valet parking was convenient and affordable and Natalia made sure we knew to allow a little extra time when calling for the car. For the "foodie" who likes to prepare meals - Whole Foods is just across the bridge about two blocks away also making this is a great property for travelers without a car. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to re-book this property if we return to Miami for business or pleasure.

Great location and spacious condo. We had four adults and a small dog and had plenty of room. There were a few glitches amongst the management team staff but messages were answered quickly.

Exceptional views! My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condominium. The views of the bay were exceptional from every view. My husband and I loved looking out at the water when we had our coffee in the morning. The condo was decorated with great taste, and the bed was so comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great place The condo is located in the heart of Brickell. Has a lovely view and great location. The hosts and the manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was neat and well equipped. Spent 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend it.

Better than advertised I’m so happy that I booked this condo for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was immaculate and high end. The check in process was smooth and the security measures were appreciated. The views from every room were amazing especially at night. It was an easy walk to Brickell City Center and a convenient Uber ride to South Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spectacular!!!!! My husband and I were scheduled to arrive in Miami 4:30 pm this past Friday. Due to a flight delay we were three hours late. Mia was wonderful and understanding and greeted us with a great big smile . We felt terrible that we ruined the beginning of her weekend. For weeks after scheduling our trip I would look at the pictures of the condo all the time. The pictures are beautiful, but they don't do it justice. Words can't describe just how truly amazing this condo is. Everything was absolutely perfect. I wish I could give it 10+ stars. The view was breathtaking! I would wake up in the middle of the night and look out the windows for hours. I've never seen anything like it. Wonderful restaurants are within walking distance. We spent time in South Beach which was just a 15-20 minute cab ride away. We can't wait to go back!!!!! We absolutely recommend this condo!

Great place to stay for 10 days. The building can be loud with some guests being rowdy at times. The pool only available on weekends is a little inconvenient. If you have kids there are a lot of rules restricting the activities they can do at the pool so be aware. The apartment was spacious and great for our party of 4.

Great location and beautiful views. Only complaint was that the furniture and tabletops were pretty dirty - we bought wipes and cleaned them up so wasn't the end up the world. Check is was also quick and easy!

Hola hicimos el check in con parking separado que solo se podía pagar cash a la persona del check inn 70 dollares , le dio 80 dollares y no tenía cambio ( poco raro si sabes que alguien le pides de pagar al contado y no tienes cambio) me dijo que me iba a devolver los 10 dollares , que nunca me ha devuelto el dinero.Apartemento tenía 3 camas según el anuncio en una habitación y cama doble , pues una cama doble una habitación y dos camas en la otra , había un sofá cama que esta sucio con manchas y vieja que allí no se podía dormir.Televisor en comedor y televisor en dormitorio no están bien conectadas y no se podía ver la tele , ninguna instrucción como funcionaba el airco televisor etcLo más fuerte y peor experiencia fui que no había tapón del baño , o sea pagando 1000 dólares por noche y la propiedad no quieres que te bañas para no gastar agua . El sofá en comedor viejo , te duele espalda de las maderas , en el comedor también había un tipo cama blanco que estaba muy sucio con manchas negras .Ascensor del edificio , cada vez que tenías que subir o bajar se tiene que esperar 30 a 40 minutos , solo funcionaba uno o dos ascensores en un edificio de 50 plantas y 10 pisos en cada planta

Beautiful space and location. When checking in you need to wait for the host’s greeter to meet you and give you a fob for the elevator. The whole process takes about 45 minutes. This is okay if you are arriving by Uber/Lyft or will be using valet parking ($50/day with no in and out privileges). There is nearby parking that is cheaper with in and out privileges, so if you are planning to use that, keep in mind that you will need to park before checking in. The valet told me it would be ok for me to leave my car at the front while checking in for 15 minutes. Unfortunately I did not realize they literally meant 15 minutes. It is impossible to checkin within 15 minutes, (it’s more like 45 minutes) and they parked my car and I had to pay $16 to get it back. Not the host’s fault. Wonderful stay over all. I would stay here again, but if I had understood the parking situation better, I would have asked to leave my luggage at the front and parked before checking in.

The facilities were incredible, everything was very clean, the view and location were beyond incredible, I would definitely stay again. Communication with Silvia and the team was very smooth, and everyone was extremely friendly. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic View One look at the view tells you this is a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed watching the boats in the river and even saw a manatee with a baby. Extremely clean and comfortable inside too.

Beautiful The views from this apartment are stunning, the pool alone is worth the stay. Despite long lines to get on the elevator at times, we had an amazing time. The company had excellent communication, we were very well informed at every stage. We will come back and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Miami We loved staying here! Everything was as pictured and even better. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. The location is also perfect- many places to walk to throughout downtown, and it’s also a short drive to the beach! I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again!

Nice Stay Great location and view. Nice and clean apartment. Staff is responsive to our needs and questions. Some fixtures are showing sign of wear and tear such as the bathroom door and ottoman in the spare bedroom that should be replaced.

Great place, great location This is our second time staying in this building and with Miami vacation rentals. They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. Be sure you make the walk past the hundred yard long swimming pool to to the fitness center and Spa area. It's amazing.

Miami Stay We had an issue on the streets near the property with a few locals. It had nothing to do with the property but the neighborhood.

Great views The unit was clean and views are great with lots of natural light. The kitchen is very modern with high-end appliances. The only thing that would be a critique is that the furniture is a bit worn.

Views, Views and More If you love city and water views you get the best of both worlds here! The city lit up at night is wonderful, watching the boats and automobiles wisk by is cool. The condo itself is spacious with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a comfy bed and I spent every evening in the jetted soaker tub. So relaxing after a full day of activities and there is no shortage of hot water that's for sure! My advice on the condo for improvements; the condo is starting to show its age and can use some paint touch ups on door hinges (hall bath rust) and the living area furniture isn't the most comfortable (low profile design). Having my morning coffee on the balcony required me to hold the cup as there isn't a little table out there. The shower in the hall bath can use a shower shelf system to hold the bath wash and shampoo while showering. All small stuff thats not a deterrence from renting this space again. The condo was loaded with plenty of linens, water and a bottle of wine, thank you for that, and the site manager, Kat, was efficient in check in and responsive. The property is under the Miami Vacation Rentals group, and next time I'll rent directly from them and save some change on booking fees.

wonderfull beautifull apartment exactly as on the pictures. Some furnitures were missing in the kitchen but as soon as we asked, everything was provided within few minutes. Pool and Spa are amazing. had great time

Would definitely stay here again. If you have a car, try to reserve the parking pass with in/out privileges because area parking is expensive.

Stay was good! Late check-in was a nightmare... Nice location, with great views!! Restaurants, Whole foods, and shopping within walking distance. On the weekends, the traffic around the hotel was bad due to weekend activities. Overall, we had a good stay.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Miami! It was great waking up every morning to the sun shining over the bay! We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. It was about a 20 minute Uber to South Beach, but you were within walking distance to tons of shopping and great restaurants. Hosts were phenomenal and helped any way we needed.

Amazing condo Beautiful condo, great location. Building has large pool, but hot tub is only open Sat & Sunday, which was disappointing.

Great space/location poor process/pool bad This unit is quite nice, great view of the river and well equipped. The problem is with the check in process. The residence entrance only has two lanes for traffic and loading and unloading is a real mess. The front desk does not do anything for the vrbo rentals so everything must be managed through the host. The Host was very responsive but the process is a pain. The pool looks beautiful but in the winter the big pool does not get sun and the building’s create a wind tunnel. It’s was pretty windy the days we were there and the pool was not comfortable. I asked one of the pool attendants and he claimed it was always that way. Now the Covid impacts. The small lobby was always crowded and we almost always had to wait in a line to get on the elevators at least two times during our stay 2 of the 6 elevators stopped working, causing long delays. There was no food or drink service at the pool and you have to reserve pool chairs in advance. Due the small area of Sun at the end of the pool all of the Sun chairs were usually taken very early. The gym requires reservation a day in advance and you can only book one day at a time. Luckily we were not really there for the pool/resort experience but if we had we would have been very disappointed. We will not stay at this property again

Great stay Overall after the bad check in which wasn’t the fault of the host just the building not being organized. The stay was amazing once I was able to meet with the property manager. She made us feel very comfortable and everything was smooth from that point on.

Lovely W Residence Condo in Brickell We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and everything was in great condition. We appreciated the waters and wine in the refrigerator and soaps and extra towels in the bath. The check in and out process was easy. Highly recommend the parking in the lot next door. It is much less expensive than valet and much easier to grab your car and go when needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and rental agency.

Great property, great location! Beautiful condo in downtown Miami. Awesome location and terrific views. Great service too. Only complaints were that the shower light didn't work, jacuzzi tub motor started by itself twice, with no water in the tub, light in one bedroom was broken and toilet paper holder was broken. I told the rental lady about them after our visit. Would recommend this property.

Great location, wonderful views! After looking at quite a few properties for our stay, I am happy that we chose this one. It is within walking distance of great shopping, a large selection of dining and a couple of grocery stores. The building is very clean and beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I was greeted warmly by Natalia, who then took us up to the apartment and gave us a top notch tour of our accomodations. She even had some extra towels brought to us, should we find that we needed them (we were 5 people). If one should have a car rental, make sure to make theoffsite parking accomodations as soon as you can! The building valet was $35/night vs $90/week offsite. Local attractions, such as Vizcaya and South Beach, were a quick drive away and were easy to get to. Thank you, Natalia and Nicole, for your hospitality and attention to our needs! Should we ever find ourselves in Miami again, you expect to see us again!

Amazing apartment in a amazing city Our vacation in this apartment was fantastic. Everything is perfect: a very comfortable condos with a wonderful pool and spa in a special area. Brickell is a central place and it's possible to reach supermarket, food market (like the superb Wholefood at just 2 blocks) and restaurants just walking. The house is very comfortable with all that kind of amenities that you could look for. Nothing to say more than we would like to return very soon. Natalia is always available for any need or problem. Thank you very much.

This is the fifth time I 'm hosted in beautiful units within Icon Brickell managed by Natalia & Fernando, they are just pro and want you feel good and home, every detail count , they deliver at 100%, you just don't worry and enjoy . Last unit was just amazing by its view, corner unit with the usual deco touch of Natalia, where you feel in your place and not in someone's else place. You can just repeat ...no choice
