June 15 FIFA Views! Brickell Pop Art Studio — Guest Reviews

We visit Brickell frequently and love staying at the Icon. This unit was particularly well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Extra towels and nice linens and a chilled-bottle of wine made for a great stay. No complaints but a few things to be aware of - The price was fairly high but I guess that was due to Valentine’s Day weekend demand. It would be very helpful if there was a place to securely store bags as our flight was later in the afternoon and checkout was 11A. The pools and spa are exceptional - unfortunately the pool was closed for some reason. Also, there is so much growth in Brickell, the water view is disappearing. Great communication, well-appointed, clean, very comfortable bed, friendly staff and residents - we love the Icon and Brickell in general!

Miami vacations rentals ont été plus que parfait! Ils nous ont « sauvé la vie » lorsque notre précédent logement a annulé à notre arrivée à l’aéroport de Miami, alors que nous étions avec notre petite fille de 4ans! L’agence a été plus que réactive, en 1h de temps nous avions une réservation, le logement, toutes les informations nécessaires et une discussion en instantanée avec eux. Nous vous en sommes vraiment très reconnaissant! ☺️ L’appartement est conforme au descriptif, tout était très propre et il est bien équipé. Nous repasserons par votre agence, c’était parfait! Merci encore et merci pour les petites attentions laissées dans le logement! Nous recommandons sans hésitation! 😁

Great place to stay at! The view was amazing, the food around was incredible, the team was accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo located within walking distance of Brickell city center and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The view is amazing. And we will continue to stay here when we come back to Miami. We visit often and are so happy to have found these condos. There was some issues checking in at the front desk but we got them resolved quickly by communicating with the host. It was also convenient to be able to order door dash and grocery delivery straight to our room. The unit is so cute and was very clean.

An all around great experience, I would highly recommend this listing for anyone looking for a great place to stay

Great and clean stay

Host was great . Location was perfect. \n\nIssue was the building.\n\nBroken elevators impacted all guests making very inconvenient and long 20 minute wait time to go up and down during the 3 day stay.\n\nAgain this has nothing to do with host or rental however it does impact our stay as well and hundreds of guests that weekend .\n\nThe building itself not the unit is dated and hallways reflect that . Check I was a bit hectic at lobby as well as parking valet . \n\n\nHost was very nice and responsive .

Great stay!

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The toilet was broken and unusable for the duration of my stay; it made loud noises and would not flush properly. Maintenance attempted a repair, but the issue was never resolved. The shower was also defective, as the water temperature could not be adjusted because the handle does not move. These are basic amenities, and not having a functional bathroom significantly impacted my stay. I requested a room change, but it was denied despite other rooms being available. Communication was also difficult, as maintenance did not speak English, which made resolving these issues even more challenging. I would not recommend this property.

Great location be aware of view. The location is close to restaurants and the train. The studio was clean and well kept. We loved the pool. Having said that, the balcony is small and the views aren’t great. The balcony barely has room for chairs. In addition you mainly face construction. If the balcony isn’t that important then this works.

Amazing stay! Amazing spot, perfect location in Brickell, hosts were great (easy check in, communicative, responded to any questions). Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Long wait for elevators

First time in Miami Great location. Spa and pool area were relaxing. Property was as advertised.

Excellent stay in Miami Perfectly situated, clean & welcoming. Our only comment would be the water pressure in the shower a was very low, & not very warm. Otherwise a very pleasant stay!

Great place, great location Really happy with our stay here. The unit was perfect and the spa amenities are particularly nice for a condo rental!
