We enjoyed the apartment, it was a good value and the location was perfect.

We loved our stay here! The check in was super easy and smooth. Finding parking and getting to the room was also very straightforward. The room itself was very clean and nice, the view was beautiful! The location was really nice also, walking distance from the main strip. Overall money well spent here!

We’ve been to the Grove several times before but this time was especially good - thanks to the room we were staying! Brand new, clean and Sylvia was super nice, helpful and even answered a question on Thanksgiving. Great stay! We’ll be back!

This was our second time staying with MVR all within a month. The host was responsive and attentive to our needs. My wife wanted to be able to watch Netflix and chill and the hosts were kind enough to bring in a smart tv, so that she could do so since the tv that was already in there was cable only. We will definitely stay with them again.

Great stay

It was hard to book and would not accept my rural address that I have had for 65 years. I called, left messages with only an AI generated response. Finally got it booked. I was ariving after midnight and wanted to make sure that would be ok. I never got a call back or a anser back other than another 10 AI generated useless emails. As they had already got my payment I got on my first flight wondering if I had bean scamed. After my second day of flight I received an email with number and code to get in. After arriving I found that it is a hotel with a front desk whitch gave me a carg to axces the elevator. One phone call answered or email with an answer to my question would have bean all I meaded.

Here’s a polished Airbnb review you could leave: We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Coconut Grove was the perfect neighborhood to explore, with great restaurants, shops, and beautiful scenery all nearby. The space was well-maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and made it easy to feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

Amazing stay

Second time that I rent with Miami Vacation Rentals in the same condo and they were able to accommodate me last minute, very helpful! The unit was clean and comfortable for a 4-night stay. The pool is good and they have someone that helps with the towels on the pool lounge chairs. The accessible parking is very convenient too. Highly recommend renting with them and staying in one of their many units, the building is very well situated in the heart of Coconut Grove, very walkable with lots of eating options close by. The area is also very safe. Will definitely rent with them again for my next Miami trip!

Enjoyable. Front desk not helpful. First night no one could assist to put down blackout shade. Very clean amenities. Great breakfast

One night, I could not get any sleep as the smoke detector in the room was going off and no one would help us from the building

I really enjoyed the stay. Great view, clean, walking distance to multiple restaurants and night life. Very safe, great parking. & complimentary water and a bottle of wine. Wanted to extend the stay but it was already booked. Definitely will stay again.

Positive: Sehr gute Lage Negative: Da der Reinigungsservice nicht inklusive sollten sie dir Möglichkeit geben das man ein Staubsauger brauchen um selbst Reinigen zu können. Wichtig ist auch das Sie klarstellen das Sie Zimmer mit Teppich haben uns nicht nur wie auf dem Fotos mit Holzboden. Ich bin zB Allegisch auf Teppiche.
