Serene Studio Suite for Modern Miami Living — Guest Reviews

Great stay

Had a great time will be back again

Booked this unit when our return flight home got cancelled. Shortly after booking, we found out our return flight would be 2 days later and we needed a 2-night stay vs only one extra night. Inquired about renting the unit for 2 nights and was told it wasn’t available for the 2nd night. Perfectly understandable. Found another MVR unit in the same building that was available for 2 nights and asked about transferring our reservation to the other unit. Sent more than 1 message but no response. Delayed checking into this unit hoping they’d accommodate our request to transfer the reservation but never heard back. A disappointing show on MVR’s part. Won’t rent an MVR unit again.

Positive: It was clean, safe, updated. Love the bar at the pool. The view was amazing. Negative: Charge for room keeping? Minimal coffee pods in the room and no tea bags. No food options for purchase if you didn’t want a full buffet breakfast. A 2.00 charge for coffee in the lobby before 7:05 a.m. was odd and not hospitable. My uber was picking me up at 6:57 a.m. and I couldn’t get a cup of coffee? A 60.00 non refundable Pre-charge is not a normal hotel practice.

Great location. The price was not bad.. Positive: Did not partake. We ate out each morning. Negative: My inability to communicate with private ownership people. The front desk people kept telling me I had to contact the private people, but there was no way to do that. Room furniture was a little shoddy. The pool did not have enough chairs. The area was small for this size hotel.

Very well located place with a nice view of the pool, comfortable and clean. Positive: The property is very well located and it was very clean. We loved our stay. Negative: The only issue was the cable TV that was not working.

Overall the place was great and we'll be back to stay again. Positive: Breakfast was great. But I thought it came with room. Little pricy. Negative: More wash cloths. 2 wash cloths for 3 nights was not enough.

Positive: Personal muy amable, excelente ubicación, fácil acceso, mucha privacidad, mucha organización. Negative: Después de recibir la habitación, no volvieron a limpiar la misma.

love it would definitely visit again!!!

Wonderful stay, would book again!! Positive: The room and the view was very pretty. We were really pleased with our stay. The staff around the hotel/condo were so nice and friendly. The room was just has pictured if not better, the pool was clean with a nice view of the city. We will for sure be staying again. Negative: The front desk staff was not nice or welcoming. The rest of the staff members were pleasant but every person we talked with at the front desk did not want to be bothered.
