Great area to stay and wonderful place. The extra half bathroom and laundry facilities are very convenient for a family.

Adorei o local onde se encontra o apartamento, fica num prédio onde também funciona o hotel Arya, com um ótima estrutura, espaço super agradável, bonito e bem decorado. A piscina fica no 8o andar e tem uma vista lindíssima da Marina. A região é super boa, cheia de lojas e restaurantes. Fica pertinho do Cocowalk. As vagas de garagens disponíveis ficam no 4º, 5º e 6º andar e a rampa de acesso é ampla. Estávamos com um carro tipo SUV, relativamente grande e mesmo assim foi bem tranquilo e rápido para estacionar. O apartamento é exatamente como na foto, super agradável e bem decorado. Estávamos em 3 pessoas,eu com meu marido e meu filho, portanto foi perfeito, pois tinha o quarto para nós e meu filho dormiu no sofá-cama da sala. Apenas senti falta de ter uma pequena mesa para refeições e café da manhã, pois como meu filho estava de mudança para estudar na Universidade de Miami, algumas vezes fazíamos comida no apartamento, mas tinha o balcão com 2 banquetas que foi compensou.Voltaremos

this host made out stay a breeze. proactive and responsive to everything we needed sometimes before we needed it. the value of this accommodation is amazing for all the amenities you get. would stay here again next time I come to Miami.
I came here with my toddler and my husband for a wedding weekend and it was the best decision ever. Truly an incredible location, super clean and spacious stay. The owner was excellent with communication and anything we needed was addressed very quickly. They even offered a pack and play and a high chair that was so convenient. The apartment was pristinely clean with excellent linens, bedding, etc. On site parking was a great convenience for the area. It’s of course extremely walkable to all the restaurants, bars, the playground, parks, and even a fresh market. We truly can’t wait to reserve this spot again in the future - I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book again! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing, and we especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. The space was comfortable, well maintained, and made for a great home base while exploring Miami. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we’d happily come back!

Lovely property, great location and facilities. Several small items need repair from a handyman. Please note that an additional step is required to confirm this rental outside of AirBNB which involves collecting more personal information, driver's License, an extensive renter agreement and a choice of $60 Non-Refundable Depot or a $1,000 Refundable deposit. This may be required by the building but is not included in the information prior to renting. Overall, great experience, but be aware of the "Gotcha" on the security deposit situation.

Great stay overall. The unit was exactly as advertised—clean and very comfortable. The views from the 19th floor were a highlight, especially from the balcony. The location in Coconut Grove was perfect—easy access to restaurants, coffee, and getting around. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was PERFECT! Great location walkable to shops, restaurants and parks. There is an amazing yoga studio next door Om Movement, the best sushi I've ever had at Omakai, Fresh Market for shopping....I loved everything about the area. The apartment has everything you need, the bedding is super comfortable, it's clean, well layed out. I will definitely be back!

Location is perfect has a very walkable area compared to the rest of Miami. Room was super homey and the view was amazing. the amenities were also really nice.

Great unit and location.
Apartamento muy cómodo, camada cómoda y grande. Tiene 1 baño social que es muy útil y disfrutamos mucho de la bañera del baño principal. Tiene lavarropas y secarropas en el apartamento que funciona perfecto. Lindas vistas, la zona de coconut Grove es muy linda. Que incluya estacionamiento en el precio nos encantó! Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
