Wonderful spot in Coconut Grove! Views are just like in the photos and the host was extremely responsive. My daughters loved the pool and the parking was right in an attached garage, making getting in and out a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay right in the heart of the grove!
As a family of 5, we enjoyed the convenience of many dining options in walking distance. My kids loved the marina and the view of the harbor was lovely. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Will recommend to friends visiting.
Unit Fine - Check in a Disaster Had a really terrible check-in experience. Arrived at night from a long day of flying to find a few piles of dirty/stained towels and robes. Ok, housekeeping mistake - not a big deal. Then realized the promised crib, which was confirmed earlier that day, was missing. For anyone with a toddler, this was a potential disaster. We reached out to the property manager via text and it seemed she couldn't care less. Not only was she not interested in solving our problems, but she decided to disappear mid conversation (I literally watched a text bubble appear and then go away) and leave us to fend for ourselves. Like she was bored or something. Had to beg the front desk (who had nothing to do with this condo) to locate one which finally showed up around midnight. Our sleep was completely ruined and the next day was shot as well dealing with a sleep deprived baby. After two days of arguing the owner finally decided to comp us a cleaning charge which honestly felt offensive given the situation. A real hotel would have waived that first night and not argued the entire time. The unit was fine - the building had a great location, but this Company, specifically the on-site manager, needs a serious lesson in hospitality. Oh, and the dirty towels and robes were never replaced - big surprise.
Amazing views and great location What a wonderful stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better view, better location in Coconut Grove or better access to great restaurants and Biscayne Bay. This condo has it all.
4 day stay in Coconut Grove First of all, the view and the location could not be better! We LOVED the balcony! We've previously stayed at the Ritz and the Courtyard by Marriott (both in Coconut Grove) and this Unit gave us more space and much better views for less $. It's an easy walk to the downtown area. Great communication with Natalia - very easy check in and out. The unit was very clean! The only issues: a dead outlet in bathroom and floors needed better cleaning. (Natalia offered to correct both immediately.) We hope to stay here again in the near future!
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed during our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. La vista es inmejorable, es un verdadero placer sentarse en la terraza y apreciar la bahía y sus embarcaciones. Muy cómodo y con buen menaje de cocina, al igual las sábanas y toallas. Recomiendo el apartamento y sin duda regresaría. El anfitrión responde casi de inmediato ofreciendo solución a todo aquello que se pueda presentar. Solo sugiero una limpieza o cambio de alfombras y mayor mantenimiento al mobiliario.

Very comfortable, clean accommodations with gorgeous view and great location in heart of Coconut Grove. Only quibble is that you use the hotel check-in and they are not part of AIRBNB so there was no flexibility to get into our room early. Front desk says they don’t have info on when room was cleaned etc. otherwise, experience was seamless and would definitely stay again
Perfect long weekend in Coconut Grove. Apartment was great, with 2 separate lockable units (1 studio BR + 1 LR / BR). Having stayed at the Arya before, we know the building and area very well, the space was perfect for our quick visit. Host was very communicative and was easy to reach in text. Looking forward to staying here again soon!
short getaway apartment was just perfect. great views, clean and great location betwen the harbor walks and the adorabl town. Owners very responsive to my texts as well.

Wonderful spot close to everything Room had everything we needed except laundry detergent and coffee makers did not work in either room. Cozy and enjoyed our stay. Enough space and walkable to everything. Hosts were very prompt responding to messages.
