This rental is on the 9th floor of the Arya Building. It has a great view of the bay and ocean. Easy to get to downtown Coconut Grove. Easy access to the pool which is 1 floor down. The 2nd bedroom is a separate suite which works great for a small family or 2 couples. The washer and dryer are in the unit which is very useful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Perhaps my favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Miami (and we come here a lot!). A beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting - the view will blow you away. Also we loved the relaxing pool. Many thanks to our kind hosts for their help and responsiveness! Can’t wait to return!

We loved this property! The views are amazing and there are so many great restaurants and shops within a short walk. The property managers were so helpful and responded immediately to our questions. We would definitely stay again!
very enjoyable, perfect for our needs, would stay again, great location. Positive: buffet was good but minimal. of note, everything was freshly made, but that also caused delay. Negative: nighttime checkin host was a little unhelpful.
Incredible location! The condo is beautifully appointed with modern finishes and we could not have asked for a better location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping and Dinner Key Marina. The Miami Vacation Rental team was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. And as an added bonus, we saw manatees in the Marina!
