Great place to stay! In a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants, and there is a cvs only a 10 min walk away. Clean room, complementary drinks, and a super nice personalized note was also left for me! 10/10

My stay was fantastic! The apartment was sparkling clean and exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly responsive to my questions and went the extra mile. The thoughtful welcome, water and wine was a lovely touch that made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and convenient stay in Miami!

When I arrived for the first night of my two-night stay, i was shocked to find that the door had a numeric key pad and I was not given the code. Apparently the host forgot to send the code, the front desk couldn't assist, so I eneded up sleeping in the car for the night. I tried calling and texting the host all night/early morning to no avail. The front desk also tried to contact the host over and over, to no avail. It wasn't until 7:48am the next morning when I received a simple message, "your code is XXXX". I was unbelievably inconvenienced that first night. Even once the code was sent the next morning, it took several attempts for the host to finally get it working. That said, once I finally made it in the room, everything was nice, clean and convenient. I paid for two nights, but was lucky I got one. Very disappointing. If you book here, good luck. Since I didn't get what I paid for, I recommend that you don't try your luck here.

The building & room was immaculate - I was impressed! Location has a ton of restaurant, cafe and bakery options which are walkable. It's an upscale community with a peaceful atmosphere although there are plenty of bars as well. I could ask for more in spite of it being a bit out of the way for beach activities... 2 thumbs up and am definitely planning on booking again...

Absolutely Fabulous! Best location in the heart of the Grove!

Lovely views, nice amenities, clean, comfy bed! No complaints - just be ready with the door code when you get to the checkin counter because those folks don’t work for air bnb so they don’t know what’s going on.

We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon, but, we were so nervous about being told we had to be out at 11, that by 10 AM we had, already, packed up in a rush. This whole trip was ruined by all of these discomforts!

Great location! Lots of things to do

Very nice room; the bed was comfy. The bathroom is nice, with towels, soap, and shampoo included. We didn't get to use the pool as we were busy, although we walked up and took pictures of the bay; it's beautiful.

Our stay was wonderful! The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The host was always available and made sure everything went smoothly during our visit. Highly recommended!

Hotel was amazing. Pool was absolutely breathtaking. The Airbnb was super clean. The only thing that I would say is the TV is a little bit outdated but who watches TV in an Airbnb. We just wanted to watch little TV at night but the TV was a little old and not working really but that’s OK. Overall experience was wonderful

Because the place was in a hotel the check in and out was fine but since it was a prívate apartment in the hotel property they could not really help with some problems in this case the lights that went off in the bathroom and hall for two entire nights. That make the stay unpleasent.

I really enjoyed my stay. Only cons I had were The retractable shade did t really block out the bright light at night. And I wish there were more flexible check in times. My flight landed at 9:30 and they were firm on no check in until 4pm. I had to kill time around the town until then. I was very tired and sweaty by the time i got to my room. The front desk was kind enough to store my luggage and give me a key to access the amenities in the meantime other than that I loved the space, and the location.

Miami stay This property was clean and had all the essentials. It had complimentary coffee, water, safe, ironing board and iron, plus bathroom necessities. Room was super clean with plenty of bath towels and it was properly sanitized. Would highly recommend

Do Not Stay with them Room was nasty then they tried to say we did it and had only been in the room from 2am-11am since we drove 11 hours and didn’t arrive until 2am . They are very rude and not accommodating to customers also did not want to refund me the full total of my stay only partial payment now I’m having to go back and forth with vrbo about my money . Please pick somewhere else to stay so you can enjoy your trip with a peace of mind instead of the headache we had to deal with

clean room The room was good in a great neighborhood, restaurants and bars available in walking distance. Hotel Pool nice but closes at 6pm so if you are out and about during the day it is of no value. Hotel advertises restaurant but it is shut down (looks like renovations). So good place to stay near Miami or for jumping off to the keys as we did.

Ok Strong smell in unit, damp I think. Poor pressure in shower. No hot water in shower last day. Poor view. Overall very mediocre
