This exceeded our expectations and will now be our go to property to stay at while in Miami. From the concierge, front desk, check in - everything was smooth and every personnel on site was friendly. They had everything you needed at the Airbnb and the view was even more stunning in person! Brunch by the pool was amazing! We literally don’t have any complaints- would HIGHLY recommend. Definitely worth the price.

We had the BEST experience staying here. The location is perfect if you love being in the heart of everything—there are so many restaurants, shops, and things to do all within walking distance. And getting to South Beach was super easy, just a quick Uber ride away. Communication with the host was incredible—responses came within minutes, and everything was clear and seamless from start to finish. The apartment and building were very clean. The gym was amazing, which has a view of its own. There was also a lively restaurant downstairs that added to the vibe. The view was unreal—morning or night, the balcony was our favorite spot. We ordered sushi from Yūbi Box Sushi and ate on the balcony…. I recommend that experience! Watching the city lights from bed through the floor-to-ceiling windows was a “wow” moment. The beach club access was a beautiful touch. It added layer of ease and luxury. The beach was so relaxing. The entire experience was seamless from arrival to departure.

This was a perfect apartment for downtown Miami with amazing views and amenities! Highly recommend for a nice vacation or if you need a place to stay for work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We especially appreciated all of the amenities, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. And with all the excitement surrounding the FIFA events, the energy in the area was incredible! ⚽️✨

Apartment was excellent and even nicer in-person! The balcony views are amazing and amenities were well taken-care off - got great use out of the gym. Check-in was seamless upon arrival with clear instructions for everything. Will definitely book again the next time we're in MIA!

la vue est tout simplement incroyable! elle offre un spectable magnifique tous les matins avec le levé du soleil qu'on peut admirer depuis le balcon. Le logement en lui-même est très bien équipé pour être autonome, et très bien placé près de Bayside, avec des restaurants et les transports à proximité.

Wenn man wirklich mitten in Miami Downtown sein möchte, ist diese Location TOP. Super Ausstattung. Am besten hat uns der Ausblick direkt über die Bay gefallen und das Alles super zu Fuss erreichbar war. Über den Wolken kann man es nennen im 42. stock. Ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.

Having beach access was amazing. Hotel was clean and staff were professional. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a plus! The coach had what looked like a cigarette but on it. There were no chairs to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Communication was a little excessive. I didn’t enjoy the pre check in and it was not clear if you are supposed to check in at the desk upon arrival. The host also did not follow the cancellation policy therefore I had to call and get air bnb involved. Overall a nice unit but did not think the host was top notch

This rental exceeded our expectations. It was so well-kept and clean, which is a big thing for me. There’s a clear view of the sunrise in the morning, it was so beautiful; the view was amazing and there’s lots of natural light all day. The host was extremely quick to answer which was very reassuring if we had any issues, which we really didn’t. The only things I would say is that it is expensive, so I wish the early check in time was more flexible without having to spend an extra 80 some dollars; and there were a couple fees I must have glanced over- you have to either pay $50 nonrefundable security fee or a $1,000 refundable deposit- so I would read everything carefully just to know the money you’ll spend. But overall I would absolutely love to come back to this rental, it was homey, clean, and again, the view was beautiful. The amenities were also wonderful.

Great space. Very clean and easy check-in. Pool area was beautiful although a bit chilly during our stay so we didn’t spend time there. Incredible view as a bonus.

The location, the host and everything was super great 10/10 but everything can’t be perfect only complaint i have is the valet driver I forgot something in the car and ask if they be able to bring it down for me to grab my stuff, valet brung the car down and I notified him that I got what I needed thank you for bringing it down and the valet driver was super rude. He said you made me do all this just to grab your stuff and I thought it was just rude because I’m paying $150 to Valet my car. But besides that everything was super great location is top-tier. The view was super nice. Everything was super clean and overall great experience besides the valet driver.

Beautiful view from the balcony and a very nice property to stay on. The building is like a hotel too so it was cool that there were many amenities to take advantage of. Loved the pool and bar area, also had great food/drinks!

My stay was great! The hosts were kind and responsive. Great location and nice amenities. The staff members at the Elser were extremely friendly. Great experience.
