Modern Brickell Apartment | Walk to City Center — Guest Reviews

Excelente ubicación, linda vista, muy buenas condiciones el apartamento

The unit is located at the best part of the city, very convinient and there are many activities to do in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious, however there are few things that need upgrade. The TV is really old, need to be replaced, the cookware pots need upgrade and replacement. I was supposed to be registered in the system for spa and gym. Unfortunately it took 4 days for the registration to get into the system, finally I had to personally go to the management office of the building and have them resolve the issue and they contacted the host. This issue was brough to the attention of the host on day one. And few emails were sent to the host. Other than the issue with the spa and gym registration, I still recomment this unit.

I’ll stay again soon

The building location is great. However there is a lot of repair work going on and I believe that should be featured more prominently in the description. For example the balcony was inaccessible during the stay. This is buried towards the bottom in other things to note section. There were issues with the elevators and myself and others were forced to use stairs from 20 floors up. Fortunately I believe the elevator issue was handled quickly. Other than that great place to stay

Very nice unit in a wonderful area and wonderful building.

Great place to stay we would stay here again. Great location lots to do around the Air BNB.

Todo muy bien.

Parking garage was such a hassle she said it was a specific one even pointed out to us and ended up charging us (Fromt parking Garage ) but it was under the Bank of America parking garage That was stressful full extra charge we had to pay to get out the parking garage

I had a wonderful stay at Icon Brickell! The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible with check-in times, which made the whole arrival process stress-free. They met at the door to personally check me in. The apartment itself was spotless and in excellent condition. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking, which I really appreciated. The view was absolutely perfect—overlooking both the water and the pool area, it made the stay even more enjoyable. The building amenities were fantastic as well, adding to the overall experience. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and well taken care of. No complaints at all—highly recommend staying here!

I took my wife for her birthday and we can both say AMAZING!!!! Honestly the description doesn't say everything that included this place has the biggest pool in Miami and one of the most beautiful spas I have ever been in and they are included for free!!! Cold plunge, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, game room, and golf simulator. This is the best place for your money I recommend to anyone 10/10. Also you are next to everything restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. We will be back soon!!!!

Great place to stay Everything was as advertised, I would recommend this property and Miami vacation rentals if you’re looking for a nice place to stay in brickell

Beautiful place Accurate description of condo. Incredible pools and views of the ocean! Definitely returning!

Walk to everything! Our stay was delightful, from the swift check in to the clean room, comfy beds, and exceptional pool/amenities. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Brickell.

Beautiful space The condo and amenities were top notch. Will be coming back soon! Communication with the team was above and had a great experience.
