Modern Condo Near Union Station & CN Tower — Guest Reviews

Disappointing client service experience but condo itself is nice. Positive: Place was clean, bed was comfortable and the place was overall very nice. Also, the location is amazing if you intend to go see a baseball game and Rogers Center is just a block away. Negative: Instructions on arrival were not very clear for parking and it's a very busy and very limited area where car can be parked in the meantime, all this was not very fun especially if you arrive at 4pm as everyone else (it seems). Afterwards, parking access was not available and wrong information was given on several occasions. Finally, I took over 2 hours (yes, 2 hours and I'm not exaggerating) to finally get everything straitened out, car parked and into condo. Owner said they were sorry afterwards and offered 50% off for first night as compensation,. As of today, over 2 weeks after departure, I still haven't received credit even though I followed up and was told again they were working on this. At this point, I believe I've been very patient and waited before doing this review but I have no choice at this point... I'm very disappointed!

Perfetto! Positive: La posizione è straordinaria. Proprio di fronte alla CN tower; si raggiungono a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni.L’appartamento è al piano 37 e offre una splendida vista sullo skyline della città. È fornito di tutto ciò che occorre e molto comodo. Check-in e check-out molto semplici e puntuali con il concierge dell’edificio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo ( 35 cad al giorno) è molto comodo. Il gestore della struttura è sempre disponibile; abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi con gli elettrodomestici della cucina e si è reso Immediatamente disponibile a mandare qualcuno per ripararli. Consiglio vivamente la struttura. Negative: La cucina non era pulitissima e qualche asciugamano in più sarebbe auspicabile.

Positive: In the city Centre, everything nearby, Full equipment in the kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Super nice host, always helpfull. It was a pleasure to stay in!

Great location, beautiful view on the city Positive: The view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was excellent. Negative: The apartment does not look quite the same as it does in the photos, and there are noticeable signs of wear and use. It would benefit from some renovation and updating. Although we were asked several times how many guests would be staying, we still had to set up the sofa bed ourselves and look for the bedding in a closet filled with various linens. It would have been much more convenient if everything had been prepared in advance. Overall, our stay was acceptable, but the property did not fully match our expectations based on the pictures.

Geggjuð staðsetningin og útsýnið. Positive: Útsýnið var geggjað og allt þægilegt í íbúðinni og allt til alls. Negative: Sundlaugin var lokuð og lyfturnar virkuðu ekki og fólk var að festast í lyftunum.

Positive: 레지던스식이라 가족단위 여행에 좋은 것 같아요.. 내집처럼 모든 비품이 준비되어 있어 여행에 편리했습니다. Negative: 처음 방문하는 관광객으로써 일단 호텔과 달라서 check in이 조금 어려웠던 것 같아요 . 조금 더 자세한 CHECK IN GUIDE 가 있으면 좋을 것 같아요..
