• Food deliveries left at the concierge will be discarded by security after 60 minutes if unclaimed, per building policy, to maintain cleanliness and prevent odors/pests.

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.
