Having lived in Nashville for 8 years, the location is perfect as East Nash is a great neighborhood. Plenty to do within the area itself and a close walk or short Uber Ride to many popular destinations. Free parking in back is a great bonus if you have a car. The apartment is a bit smaller than it looks with no storage area for luggage, one small closet, and no drawers/medicine cabinet in bathroom and a very tiny shelf in shower. Ok for one person but would be tough for two or more. Nice to have a small outdoor sitting area that gets full sun. There were minor overlooked cleanliness details and I found the bed to be extremely hard and uncomfortable. Walls are very thin and you could hear tvs and conversations from other units. Keureg with coffee pods a nice touch, but no sugar, sweeteners, or individual creamers which i found odd. if you are looking for a short stay for one or 2 ppl maximum, don't mind a 10am checkout, and a smaller space I would recommend based on location alone.
This was a phenomenal place to stay in Nashville - super convenient to East Nashville restaurants and quick/access to major roads to get you to downtown. The area felt safe and the unit was adorable, very well decorated. My twin sister and I spent our 30th birthday here and it was perfect!
I loved every single minute of this stay! The place is gorgeous, very clean-- immaculate! The ambiance is second to none. The parking was free. The parking lot is in the back, and up the ally ... sounds bad, but it's actually very easy! Super safe. Saw plenty cameras on the premises. WORTH EVERY SINGLE DIME! Though it's about a 10 min drive from Vanderbilt, etc., it's very close to the expressway. LOVED IT! Hosts were beyond accommodating. NO ISSUES!
Enjoyed my husband and I 25th anniversary weekend getaway. Hallson's property felt just like home. Cozy, relaxing and perfect for our purpose. Would consider booking again.
We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a fantastic location. We loved being just outside of downtown while still being within walking distance of great restaurants. We'd happily stay here again!
There's no elevator, so we had to lug heavy luggage, groceries, etc., up and down steep stairs. Other than that, it was great!
Great place. Exactly as in the pictures. Easy drive to downtown. East Nashville had a great feeling - lots of families out walking about. We loved Red Table nearby for breakfast - crepes.
Great place if you’re traveling so lower with one other person and you like a firm mattress
I recently stayed at Kay's Nest for two weeks while working in Nashville, and overall I had a very positive experience.The property was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for my work in The Nations area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a full-size washer and dryer was a huge plus for an extended stay. The small balcony was also a nice bonus.I did experience an issue with the lock on my first morning, which unfortunately caused me to be late for work. The management team responded and sent a technician to fix it, but because they were not nearby, it took some time to resolve. Thankfully, that was the only issue I encountered during my stay.One suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels, clothes, or toiletries. Also, be aware that there is a flight of stairs to access the unit. I had a heavy suitcase for my two-week stay, but I knew that in advance and was prepared for it.The location is excellent, with several great restaurants just a short two-minute walk away, including The Pharmacy for burgers and beer, as well as taco and Mediterranean options. Grocery shopping was also very convenient, with Kroger, Aldi, and Publix all nearby.Another bonus is that it's a short drive to 5 Points, which offers some fantastic bars and restaurants, as well as my favorite Pilates studio, Meliora Movement.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay at Kay's Nest again.

Great stay and a convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The shower was large and the shower head had a strong spray and there were plenty of good quality towels. . The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that they supplied coffee, too. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location in the community was quiet. The only noise was from the other guests when they were coming and going. I would definitely recommend this host/location.

A very nice place to consider staying if you are looking to experience all East Nashville has to offer. It only took 8 mins with traffic to get to downtown or the Opry Mills area. A great place to stay!

This place was exactly as the pic stated. It was a little hard to find at first (parking is behind the store, by way of the alley). This place is 2.5 miles from downtown. It also has several restaurants in walking distance. This is a must stay !!
Such a cute & cozy place! Very responsive host, easy to locate & checking in was smooth, walkable to The Pharmacy which was a yummy place to eat! Highly recommend.
Our stay here was good! It was very clean and cute. It also was close to everything we wanted to do! Check in and check out was easy. The only thing I would say is that the place is smaller than expected, and you can hear through the walls pretty clearly. But other than that, it was a good stay!
I highly recommend staying here! The place was very clean, felt brand new, and had everything we needed. Location was great and whenever there wasn’t parking in the parking lot, there were plenty of spots just across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, central to everything we needed.
What really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout out stay. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and we immediately felt relaxed and at ease.
A special thank you to the hosts too for being so accommodating with a late checkout! Now this won’t be the case with every booking because it highly depends on their availability so please keep that in mind. But it was extremely appreciated as we had hours to burn before our flight home.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay!
