Very close to train station, relatively clean place. Convenient for long stay as well but beware no washing machine or dishwasher. Close to city center. I’d recommend the place.

The pros: centrally located, with great wifi , easy check-in and responsive hosts. The cons: lots of cobwebs, no sponges or other cleaning supplies to take care during longer stays. I stayed 3 weeks which this apartment is not equipped for. Would be great for a shorter stay!

A pleasant stay We stayed at Rockpool for 2 weeks while we enjoyed Scarborough and surrounds. It was well appointed and we enjoyed it.

Probably a good place to stay if you’re stuck and you’re going for a weekend and you don’t mind noise if you’re going fo Positive: Sunday the property has very thin floors so the noise is an issue especially if you’ve got kids above you and people below you. We stayed on the middle floor. We barely got any sleep. We stayed here for five days. We did complain and they did try and sort it out I’m not one for complaining so I didn’t want to push it But sadly, I don’t think we’ll be staying here again. Negative: Property is an excellent location. You’re literally up from the shopping precinct it’s a bit dirty and grimy outside although the establishment has tried to do their best

Holiday with granddaughters Positive: Apartment was very clean and spacious ,,,the location was excellent for us as we travelled by train ,,3 min from train station and shopping centre about the same distance , would highly recommend and we would definitely use one off the host and stay apartments again . Negative: maybe a garden area would have been nice but cant have everything . Doesn't put me off returning

Positive: I thought the location was excellent, across the street from the train station, and Aldi at the ended of the road, 10 minutes walk from the beach, I felt safe and happy here, The apartment was spacious and clean, with a king sized bed, comfortable, It was quite at night, there were plenty of cooking facilities, Negative: There is not much i dint like apart from no washing machine or tumble dryer, And I would have found it good to have a working clock, Hot water is boiling, could be a risk, but they are small grips, all in it was fantastic

Disastrous. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 days Positive: Nothing Negative: 1. Situated on a run back street. 2. Next to a pub where there were groups of drunken louts smoking cannabis and swearing loudly 3. No parking 4. Unsafe location, particularly for women on their own 5. The property itself had a musty smell 6. Not cleaned properly 7. No toilet roll 8. Cutlery disgusting 9. Felt ill as there were so many joss sticks and air fresheners aimed at sniffing out the damp smell

Scarbados for cricket Positive: Great value for money , great location for the cricket and center of scarbrough. Negative: Needs a deep clean to really bring it uo to scratch. New shower would be good , But all in all a really good apartment . Nice & modern 👌 👍

3 night stay in Scarborough Positive: A compact appartment highly suitable for a couple. Facilities good, but fridge lacked a freezer area. Initial approach via the back street doesn't look great however location great for the south bay. All in all an enjoyable stay and would stay again. Negative: Bed and pillows were a bit soft for our taste.

Had a great stay close to everything and try Thomas’s bakery was awesome! Positive: Beautifully decorated was luxurious and detailed and modern,little dressing room a bonus , had all we needed a great stay so close to train station but quiet too!😀🎉 Negative: In a back street however once you get inside who cares! I would stay again!

Recived an email the day before leaving advising us that checkout was 12pm so we booked a boat trip for in the morning. Got a text less than an hour before 10am advising checkput was 10am, i messaged explaining we had been told 12 and was told we had to check out at 10 anyway. The message then said checkout was 10 am tomorrow not the same day and just got an inconsiderate reply in my opinion

Group trip Positive: Location was great. Very central to everything. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Negative: No allocated parking. Had to park in the car park around the corner

Flat no.2 - Scarborough Positive: Everything!! The place was huge! The 2 beds together to make 1 was lush! Duck feathered duvets is always a massive bonus. And the bath was really big, just what every cyclist needs. Easy access also. Decor was lovely too. Lots of mirrors. Rooms were light well. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Well equipped and nicely decorated Negative: Call center not very efficient... Multiple unnecessary emails about breakage insurance. Difficult to arrange early check in despite paying the fee online Heating didn't work initially (Water and Climate control) Took 4 hours for maintenance to arrive after being told they would be on sit at 7pm but arrived closer to 9pm and then a further 2 hours for the water and flat to heat up. Reported at 5pm.... Rob of maintenance only was told at 7pm.

We booked for 3 night but left early after the second night the noise from top flat was bad Negative: The cleanliness of the property Needs a re vamp The smell from the drains was really bad And needs lighting at the entrance

Positive: Ithad a huge very comfortable bed Negative: The most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on. Not as clean as it could be. No table and chairs, I know the room isn't very big, but a small table for two would fit in. The was a breakfast bar, but it was more like an island, there was one gap to put your legs under, and there was two very high, solid wooden stools, with no backs, very uncomfortable.

Positive: Right in centre of everything shops park bus rides apartment itself was spacious clean and had everything you would need for a really nice stay Negative: Can't complain about anything

Positive: The appointment was central to the shops and the train station and a short walk to the beach and transport to other places Negative: We liked the accommodation because it was not far away from shops and restaurants.

Great time in a delightful location Positive: Bright and clean interiors. Generous space, nicely laid out with high quality furnishings. Overall location full of interesting places to visit. Convenient access to transport options. Negative: Dining bar rather small, restricted by fridge positioning, Ok but not ideal

Positive: Nice decor Comfy bed Heating and AC provided Negative: No freezer. Stayed for a week and meal ideas were hard due to lack of freezer

Positive: Attention to detail Negative: Advanced instruction aboiot how to access the key safe, and opening the securiry lock on the front door. It took ages. But security IS important

Positive: Excellent location. Clean room. Massive comfy bed. Negative: Kitchen not particularly well equipped.

It’s a cozy place to stay with both pros and cons. The location is amazing, super close to the train station and centre of town, and the bed is very comfortable and has lots of pillows. However, the wifi is not very good (it’s usable but slow), there is no freezer or washing machine, the kitchen sink drains very slowly, and the whole place could use a good deep clean. There’s dirt and dust in places and the shower curtain needs replacing. Overall I did enjoy my stay but these are things to keep in mind if you plan to stay here.

La casa in sé è bella accogliente. La scala di accesso meriterebbe un pò di areazione. La strada su cui si trova la casa è decisamente decadente e sembra abbandonata. Posizione comoda al centro. Non sono riuscita a trovare lavatrice e asciugatrice sebbene mi sia stata confermata la presenza.

Übertriebene Beschreibung und schlechter Service. Negative: Appartment in einer runtergekommenen Backstreet, sehr hellhörig, nicht gesaugt und dreckiges Geschirr, kein funktionierendes Internet. Keine Besserung nach diversen Mängeltelefonaten. Schadensversicherung für 25 Pfund gefordert.

Positive: Excellent location clean and tidy place good communication easy to check in 4min walk from the main train station very quiet and peaceful place good customer support I highly recommend this gust house

Appalling property managers Host and Stay Arrived to find accommodation filthy, bed not changed, bins not emptied, no loo paper etc. Contact with Host and Stay was via a far east 3rd party call centre (poor English). Had to provide photos to prove. Then they said they would send cleaner (8.30 at night). Then moved us to alternative property across town. Eventually ate at midnight. Then got phone call next morning to say we had to return to original property. If we didn't go we would be trespassing. Had to repack and move. Now they are chasing us for payment for the alternative property. Hours on phone, holiday ruined and now more stress. Reported to Vrbo on online chat. Awaiting response from "specialist team". Please respond asap with an offer of compensation

wir haben den Aufenthalt hier nach nur einer Nacht abgebrochen Positive: Schlüssel war in der Schlüsselbox schnell zu finden Negative: Das Apartment war sehr schmuddelig, in der Straße fühlen wir uns nicht wohl. Es war sehr dunkel - durch den Sichtschutz in den Fenstern konnte man kaum nach draußen sehen (wir konnten nicht erkennen, ob es regnet oder nicht!) - der Lamellenvorhang schmutzig (lieber nicht bewegen!). Tassen klebten, Besteck war dreckig.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything the room is no clean the room is not right round that one

Comfortable and cozy Positive: Central location, quiet (we had no issues with noise from the pub next door), cozy decoration and had everything we needed to cook Negative: Could have been cleaner. The rug in the sitting room needs a really good vac, there was hairs in the bath and cobwebs.

Positive: Location was excellent Negative: Wasn't as clean as it should have been on arrival

Very enjoyable. Positive: Apartment very comfortable,lovely bed and pillows etc. Soft white towels in bathroom. Quiet location near train station. Negative: Shower in bathroom over the bath needs updating.

Our week away Positive: I liked that it was local to everything we needed. We had a beach 5 minutes away from us, which was really handy as I love a beach. The apartment is comfy and lovely. Negative: I didn't like the fact that the boiler went, we had no hot water for 1 day. Also I'd recommend putting a washing machine in the apartments. For longer stays a washing machine is a must.

Very convenient location

Disappointing. Considering flat advertised as luxury. Positive: Very easy once we'd been sent the code Negative: Different window dressing would be better for privacy, rather than blocking out with strips of masking tape. Made flat gloomy. The Windows at the back needed cleaning as they were covered in pigeon poo as was the back wall which was the only view from our back window,. There was rubbish which needed removing from yard at back as it attracted flies into the flats which we was not good as we were asked to open windows (only two did actually open)in order to ventilate the flat. The area outside was scruffy and often had bin bags of rubbish left out which were ripped open by birds and once saw a rat there.

Lovely clean accommodation with good facilities and close to everything. Positive: It was a 20 walk to the music concert at the open air theatre It was two minute walk for going to the theatre to watch a play, two minute walk to a craft beer pub with live music A 20 minute walk to the seafront entertainment 5 minute walk to Aldi for supplies Parking on Victoria street a two minute walk away and inexpensive. I would recommend using the RingGo app so you don't have to go to your car as you only buy 6 hours at a time and most car parks in the Scarborough and Filey area use this app. Negative: The pub next door was down market, we didn't have any trouble aside from some noise which didn't bother us but the customers on the street outside the front gate might seem intimidating to some people especially lone female travellers I would imagine. I wouldn't let it put you off though.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Scarborough Positive: Beautiful apartment, Super King size Bed with wonderful cotton sheets. I've not slept in a more comfortable bed! Well located at the top end of town. Trendy decor, comfortable lounge. spotlessly clean. Very close to the station so easy to get to with or without a car. Negative: Nothing

A wonderful, clean, modern apartment - we had a lovely stay. Positive: The location was great, really central with restaurants and the town centre minutes away. We parked at the train station which had plenty of space, was very cheap and a 2 minute walk to the apartment. The beach was also very close by - only a ten minute stroll away. The apartment was really lovely - clean and tidy with everything you could need. The bed was huge with clean, fresh white bedding. Real luxury and so comfortable - the best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. I loved the dressing room by the side of the bedroom - somewhere to get ready in the evening. It had a lovely, modern kitchen with all you could need, including coffee for the morning. It was well decorated throughout and everything looked new and fresh. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again.

Positive: A lovely comfortable flat in a great location. Everything needed for a short stay .

Great place to stay & 10 mins from the centre and some good eateries. Beware the £50 cleaning charge though which we guess is applicable whether you stay one or seven nights ? Over one night pushes the price up a fair amount.

Great little base to explore Scarborough from. Clean and tidy, very comfortable bed.

Good value flat just a short walk away from the town and beach. Check in was easy and we felt really comfortable.

Would highly recommend this stay, really nice modern interior and very clean. 30 seconds from the train station and great location, only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
