Stayed with family including two young children. Space was big enough for the seven of us and location convenient for getting to our planned trips out. Beds were comfy, and Host & Stay comms were responsive, which was helpful as I did need to make contact during our stay a few times. The place reminded me of my student accommodation. Clean, functional, but basic. It’s next to the M3 so there is noise. It didn’t affect our stay, but if it would have been warmer and we needed windows open - I think the road noise would have been a problem. Some provisions weren’t adequate on arrival but resolved next day. There are some things that do need fixing such as shower water pressure, TV. As previous reviewer mentioned, with a few changes it could be a nice place to stay.

The bedding was clean and the house was generally clean on arrival. Communication from the management was excellent and very responsive.The house is generally well equipped, although basic items were missing, such as a tin opener. We were also only provided with four toilet rolls for three nights, which we didn’t feel was adequate. A major issue was the extremely low water pressure and lack of hot water in both showers units, this needs addressing immediately (we did use the boost as advised by the management team and it didn’t work). Although the house is set up for 10 guests, the seating in the lounge is only really suitable for 4 people at best, In addition, there were only enough towels provided for 7 guests. The house offers good value for money considering its location, but it is quite tired and is showing many signs of disrepair. With some maintenance and updating, it could be a very nice property.

The house was spacious and very clean. Equipment etc provided was very good. However, despite there being a big barbecue and a decent sized garden, there wasn’t a single item of garden furniture. Also, could not find high chair. The property looks tired, it could do with some maintenance and attention.

Nice place to stay with your family.

The house was nice, comfortable and clean, however there are sone issues the management team need to address. There is not enough comfortable seating on the lounge for 10 guests, we had to use 2 of our own garden chairs! There is a large garden which needs some TLC , a BBQ which is dirty so unusable and no garden furniture, which is why we took our own! (Luckily to use in the lounge too!) The shower pressures are too low so having showers is challenging, reported but not resolved. The main issue was we only had 4 Bath towels between 8 of us, I had contacted them before our visit to ensure they were supplied and I was assured they were. It took over 24 hours to get more towels, during this period I had to call and message constantly I was told that they could not contact the housekeeping team. Then I was told they would be delivered first thing in the morning, then a call at 12 the next day to say they were on way. 24 hours later still no towels! It was stressful, impacted our stay
