Very nice place, great views, a lot of food and activities walking distance.

I truly enjoyed my stay here in Coconut Grove! I grew up here and it felt good to come back and be able to unwind and take it all in. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated! It had everything that I would ever need to make me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to be close to beautiful restaurants and a beautiful scenery. The host was very quick at responding and making sure I was okay.

The condo is nicely remodeled, comfortable, and in a great location with a great view. Support was responsive when we needed extra sheets. However, humidity was a major issue. Despite keeping windows closed, it stayed around 72%, making the unit feel damp. The AC blew cold but seemed to increase humidity, so we had to keep it lower than comfortable, and it was leaking on our last morning. It was manageable for a short stay, but would be a problem for longer visits. The lack of sun exposure and some mold on the patio windows may be contributing factors.

I travel ALOT for work and always need a clean, quite, and sophisticated place to stay. This was by far the easiest and most peaceful accommodations to date! I will absolutely rebook within the next few weeks for myself and my team!

We had a great time with my wife. The apartment was perfect with much attention to detail…complementary bottles of water and wine, very clean, enough towels and everything worked well from a/c to washer/dryer. Last and final, the Grove has amazing restaurants at walking distance. Thanks!!!

Great place to stay, beautiful views, great walking location with parks, restaurants, etc. took some work to get the keys but we did register the day before, was resolved quickly. Very cozy.

Great place in a great area! Spacious condo with a great view! I will say that the neighbors to the left of us (building is an L shape) were pretty loud and yelling pretty late (11-12pm) so for that reason we would likely not return but it was a great spot otherwise!

The Hotel Arya is truly the best however I repeat MVR is a disgrace l. Positive: Hotel Arya will always be the best and I will always love the staff at the hotel, however MVR absolutely horrendous and after speaking to many people they have that reputation and somehow it doesn’t portray that way through any of the websites. I’m very shocked that people were scared to write something. Negative: Hotel area will always be my one of my favorites the staff the location, the smell of the hallways, absolutely gorgeous however the company MVR rude cruel, and just dial right off employees if you don’t even answer the telephone or text messages however they will message you asking for a 10 star rating and when it’s time for a late checkout favor, they’ll tell you it’s not available because they’re booked, which is a lie because I extended up to three or four days since I was ill and very sick that company Really Disgusts me. The universe is amazing and I really can’t wait nor do I care about what they’re gonna reply to with my comments because the truth will always come out and sooner or later they’re gonna lose business because they’re absolutely horrendous and rude evil individuals with absolutely no remorse to their customers, even when the one of the employees had the audacity to wait and yell and scream in the hallway while I gathered my belongings and luggage after offering her $1000 in cash on the spot to leave me alone since the room wasn’t being occupied nor booked for the following day, she continued and to her dismay once the hotel aria staff was knowledgeable about the situation when I requested assistance with my luggage for checkout, they ran down the hallway to help me. MVR is a complete disgrace and that individual had the nerve to go to the hotel and to complain about me. I guess she was embarrassed or perhaps jealous that I had that amount of money on me nonetheless after working for the army as a contractor overseas and traveling the world I’ve dealt with thousands and hundreds of people in hotels and never have I ever had to deal with such horrendous customer service.

I will always love Hotel Arya but never again will I book with MVR Positive: The staff at the Hotel Arya were Outstanding Amazing But the staff at MVR we’re incredibly rude and never answered any phone calls or messages and informed me three times that there was not unavailable unit, but I knew there was and I was able to book. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and blatant rudeness on their behalf. During checkout, I was trying to extend an additional date because I was sick and unable to walk. Again, I requested to extend my stay and and never heard back however, during checkout, an employee from MVR actually showed up to yell and scream at me and had no remorse nor did she help me pack up my things. The look on her face when the hotel staff at hotel aria rushed down the hallway to help me after finding out what was going on. It was amazing. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the level of empathy, lack of and honesty. After downloading an app to call from a different number I was able to get an employee on the phone who was very rude. I pray the employees gain inner peace and a sense of love in their lives to portray to the customers and onto themselves. I worked with the United States Army for many years overseas and traveled the world. I have never dealt with such a rude, horrible people in my entire life and I have never left a rude comment in my life on any app or any platform, but I thought I should because no one should ever have to deal with that or be subjected to something possibly similar to what I dealt with. I left the apartment spotless with my bag of cleaning supplies and dealt with such a rudeness and after cleaning the bedding and towels, etc. I still dealt with such rudeness. And all honesty that company needs to be shut down. Negative: The property Hotel Arya was beautiful as it always is however, the company MVR who rents out the units at the hotel were absolutely horrible at every level of customer service.

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay in this accommodation as it did not meet expectations. The apartment looked significantly less appealing than in the photos, with furniture of lower quality. The strong smell of cleaning products inside made it difficult to stay, and the very bright white lighting created a cold atmosphere rather than a cosy one.I had to find an alternative accommodation the same night, right after a transatlantic flight. This was a very bad experience for me.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean with thoughtful touches. The view is extraordinary. The pool and weight room were terrific and the location is wonderful.

Our recent stay with MVR was amazing! - The front desk staff was so friendly and kind with any questions. - The parking was easy and a huge perk of staying in this room. - The room was clean, clutter-free and very comfortable. - Because of the platform bed, we are considering one now. - The electric blinds made us feel fancy!! - The View! The View!! The View!!! Watching the boats in the bay everyday was so relaxing. - The best area!! So many restaurants, shops, coffee, bars, things to do; all within walking distance. Like 5-10 minutes. - The only con I can think of is I would have loved a drip coffee maker or Kurig. The Nespresso is just not my thing. But I got walk around and get coffees from different local businesses. We will be back!! Cannot wait to stay here again.

Get Away Wife and me stayed at the property and had an amazing time!

The condo is as pictured on the site and it has all of the needed tools and accessories to have a lovely stay. One point to note, the couch and living room side chairs are not very comfortable, so that was the only draw back. They have a new washer / dryer and the bathrooms were very well done. The views are excellent and the balcony is a great addition. This unit is in the "L" corner of the building, so you share a wall in the bedroom with a hotel room and the balcony of that room looks into your balcony.

The location is amazing! Even though it’s in the heart of the Coconut Grove downtown, very quiet and no noisy neighbors ! The view is beautiful and the apartment is very well decorated with a very well equipped kitchen !

This place was fantastic and exactly as advertised. The location was exceptional, as was the view. One minor knit would be to have more comfortable chairs in the living room, but everything was clean and well appointed. Host communication was fantastic. Parking was secure. Would definitely go back

Plusses and Minuses On the plus side, this one bedroom condo has a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay and is within walking distance of all the wonderfully diverse restaurants in Coconut Grove. It is located in the Hotel Arya and handled by a management company, not the owner. There is an excellent gym, a pool and garage parking. Public parks here are spacious, meticulously maintained and great for walking. Bike paths are also nearby, and especially good are the Commodore and Old Cutler Road bike paths. On the minus side, we were in this unit for two months but it is not really suitable for a long term stay. The unit lacked adequate closet space and bureaus for clothing (my husband ended up using the bathroom vanity for clothing storage). There was no coffee maker, just an espresso machine. All the furniture inside and on the balcony was uncomfortable, except for the bed. Also, the hotel seems to be a popular destination for wedding parties and their guests. The pool was often dominated by large, noisy groups who took all the lounge chairs and drank all day. In summary, if you are in Coconut Grove for a short vacation or special event, this condo would be a fine choice. However, we would not do a long term stay here again.

lovely well appointed unit with a great view nicely appointed, clean, bright and just the right size. the porch has a great view o er the pool to the bay and marinas. great sun all day. location is perfect to wonder Coconut Grove and close enough to take a day trip to miami, the keys etc. great value for the price

Fabulous Condo With Bay Views We booked five nights in this condo as we finished our 2 week holiday on the east coast. The condo is centrally located in Coconut Grove allowing us to book a sailing trip, visit the everglades and travel to Key Biscayne. The condo itself was beautifully appointed and spacious - quiet at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend.

Beautiful place in great location Great communication and flexibility unity with site manager. My flight had been cancelled so I arrived very late. My family members were able to check in early without final payment until I arrived. Lovely condo in a great location. Will be staying at the Arya again soon!
