This was a beautiful studio apartment. The location was great, walkable to many restaurants. The view is amazing. My family and I loved the place. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit at Hotel Arya was perfect for us to use as home base while our daughter competed a regatta in Coconut Grove, it was clean and comfortable and most importantly convenient! The host was super friendly and proactive and the stay was seamless

We stayed at this property for a week with our two year old while visiting Miami for my birthday. We wanted to stay in coconut grove so we could walk around and be close to everything. It’s right across from peacock park which was super convenient. We almost exclusively walked to dinner every day and there were so many restaurants and shops nearby. The actual room was great and spacious and had a nice view of the water and the surrounding area. We used the gym 4-5 times while we were there and it was great and was very clean. The pool was also very nice and the views were great. The restaurant on site was closed while we were there but we would definitely check it out next time!
Great location and lovely apartment I stayed with friends for a weekend trip and found this studio to be clean, well-decorated and appointed. The pool is great and the location is perfect. Silvia and the property manager were responsive and helpful too. I highly recommend!
Really nice location with park across the street which my 6 year old loved! It’s an old hotel that has been updated to individual properties. Beds were better than expected, view was nice, location really good. Not luxurious but effective. Using Vrbo made the payment a little weird but it all worked out. I did ask for a broom and dust pan to clean up the floor from random sand and dust we tracked in but we never got it. I would suggest putting one in ever place and giving an option to change bed sheets. Other than that A+ experience! I recommend it. Last thought, pool on 8th floor has a nice view. It is also only 4 ft deep so perfect for little ones.

This stay was disappointing due to both the condition of the unit and the overall management experience. Upon arrival, there was a persistent mold/mildew smell throughout the space, which made the stay uncomfortable. More significantly, the check-in process was extremely disorganized. I arrived at the scheduled time and was unable to access the unit, as the front desk required a code that was not provided anywhere in the check-in instructions. Despite multiple messages and attempts to call the contact number listed on the reservation, the host was largely unresponsive, leaving me waiting without access for an extended period. Clear communication and timely assistance are essential, especially during check-in. Unfortunately, both were lacking here. While the location has potential, better coordination, responsiveness, and attention to unit conditions are needed.
Coconut Grove Without Compromise was a great place to stay. It was very clean, conveniently located and the host was fantastic. Overall great experience and we hope to be back soon.

Great location, view. The unit has recently been renovated and the floor was improperly installed making for some unstable walking right upon entry and near the balcony. Also the elevators were not working which made for some long waits. It was frustrating enough that we used the stairs from the 20th floor! But the location is superb, the view is lovely and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was easy to coordinate with and on site parking was a big plus. All in all a positive experience despite the funky floor and awful elevators.

Top Lage, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp sehr einfach, älterer renovierter Bau, im Zimmer wölbte sich der Boden an der Eingangstür und die Schiebetüre zum Balkon konnte nur mit sehr viel Kraft geöffnet werden, Doppelsteckdose in der Küche defekt, trotzallem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Lovely area and the view was spectacular. The room was spacious and inviting. They need to fix the floor and grease the sliding door. It could also be a bit cleaner. Plenty of restaurants and great location. Responsive owners.

Ein wunderbarer Ort in Miami Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, alles funktionierte und war sauber. Die Betten bequem und komfortabel. Der Stadtteil Coconut Groove ist sehr schön, Restaurants und Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
