We had a delightful stay at this location! Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, and it has such an amazing view of the city. Highly recommend staying here, and the reasonable price was the cherry on top!

Busca otro lugar Negative: El departamento estaba muy sucio. Al abrir la puerta percibimos un olor feo. Había mucho polvo encima de los muebles y abajo de las camas creo que nunca han limpiado, las persianas con polvo acumulado, los utensilios de cocina estaban con restos de comida seca, el baño con olor a orines y sucio. La calefacción no funcionaba a la temperatura qué le poníamos. Eramos 6 personas y está claro que no esta adaptado para 6 personas. El sofacama muy pequeño y no nos proporcionaron ropa de cama para el sofá. Nos tuvimos que acomodar todos en las 2 camas que hay. El comedor contaba solo con 4 sillas. La luz de uno de los cuartos no funcionaba, estuvimos a oscuras todos los días. Todo se lo notificamos el día de nuestra llegada y a pesar de que lo comentamos al administrador del alojamiento nuestra inquietud principalmente por la suciedad, su solución fue darnos salida anticipada sin cargo por penalización. Nunca aceptó qué el departamento realmente está en pésimas condiciones. Era imposible buscar un nuevo alojamiento en ese momento ya que llegamos por la noche y por ser fechas festivas era dificil encontrar un lugar. Nunca me alojé en un lugar tan sucio. Era un viaje muy esperado para nosotros, gastamos nuestro dinero con ilusión de pasarla bien pero era imposible pasarla bien entre tanto polvo y suciedad.

Thank you for your beautiful condo and what a great location. The view is outstanding during the day and the city night view over the top. We came to visit our kid and grandbabies. Samantha and Zahid were quick to answer my questions and provide information. There was a park half a block away. We shared many meals in the condo as a family of 6 and it worked well. The coffee table substituted for a great bench for the 3 small kids (11, 6 & 4). The place could have been cleaner and needs some attention. Overall we enjoyed the place.

We had a great stay. The check-in and key collection was so easy. We made our booking very last minute and were able to book, collect the key and check in within an hour. AMAZING location. Restaurants and bars literally steps away. Park for kids to play across the road. Great view of the city. Whilst we were there, there was construction near by and it was not a bother at all. We were impressed by the space and small touches like breakfast packets, cereal bars etc, it really made it easy as a family to have the best start to the day. The instruction link you receive is so well presented and easy to guide you during your stay. Communication was easy, hosts friendly and ready to help. We recommend this space for families.

Great location the heart of the booming Victoria Park neighborhood. The views of the city are stunning, and the condo was clean and organized. As mentioned in other reviews, there is only one fob/key for the unit so for our family of 4 it was a little tricky to organize if we didn’t do everything together. For one person or a couple who do all of their activities together this wouldn’t be an issue. Great stay!

Great location and views, but stay was not quite up to expectations from photos and description. Positive: Fantastic location and downtown views. Good instructions for check in and communication was clear. Two full bathrooms was nice for our group. Negative: Room was not as spacious or bright as expected from viewing the photos. The front door was left completely open upon arrival which was very concerning. Not particularly clean and there were sticky spots left on the floor by the dining table. Did not expect additional $20 per day to pay for underground parking stall. Sliding door for second bedroom was completely broken and so there was no privacy in that room at all (connected to the living/dining/kitchen space). No blinds for the large windows in the main living space, and subsequently the second bedroom since the sliding door was broken and stuck open which made it difficult to sleep with all the bright city lights. Complimentary snacks provided were expired. No linens or bedding were provided for the sofa bed. Bedside tables/lamps in the second bedroom did not have any wall outlets and so we had to re-arrange the furniture just to have a place to plug in the lights.

This place was really has really great views of the city at night. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy with clear instructions. Master bedroom comforter was a slightly stained as well as the sheets. It was cleaned just you could tell there were stains. Having two fobs/key will be ideal as there were 5 of us and most times needed to spilt up for activities! Floors were sticky. All amenities listed were provided n communication was very clear. Rest of the home was adequately clean.

I had an amazing stay for my birthday. Really enjoyed the view especially at night time. Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

Condo is extremely rundown. Needs upkeep. Needs a paint job. They have painted small patches here and there which just makes things look worse. Smelled like smoke. Balcony had cigarette butts on the ground. Most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Couldn’t use the pullout couch because there were no sheets left for us. Three blankets that were all dirty. Pull out couch had food in it. Hair in the fridge. Blinds did not close all the way. Sliding door between bedroom and living space did not budge. Because the couch could not be used, my two adult sons had to share a bed, which was unfortunate. I had booked this place for 2 nights for a reunion with our two adult sons. We only ended up staying one night and had to book a hotel for the second. Our communication was with the management company and it was fantastic. Very much appreciated. Location was fantastic. I would not recommend this rental.

Place was a great stay, communication with the host was incredible. The only downside which was super frustrating is that there is only one key fob, so when one person needs to get access you have to go downstairs to the lobby and let them in.

Very clean and the host was very helpful in answering any questions I had as soon as I asked them.

There was difficulty at check-in, communication is in multiple different spots and if their app isn't working at the time you don't receive the communication on time. It would be better if the most pertinent info is all in one place in order of needing it. I received the unit door code and wifi info before any of the access info. I had to keep going back and forth in and out of different emails or texts or apps to view info needed. The key wasn't at the designated spot and I had to wait for someone to come meet us. For tired travelers, it was very frustrating. They did respond quickly but the back and forth didn't need to happen. They were nice and apologetic though.When we finally got into the unit, it wasn't completely clean. Stained dishtowels, bath towels thrown in the middle of the beds, kitchen area was not clean. I know clean standard is different for everyone but "Elegant" is a term used when things are above par. This was not an "Elegant Condo".The condo building was in a great location and the city is very walkable. The views from the unit were lovely as well. This could be such a great place with a little more. The quality of the mattresses and linens are of low quality and not super comfortable. Towel bars were falling off the wall, the balcony was full of bird feathers and poop, there was just no extra care taken to make someone feel comfortable.

Great location, awesome view, tons of space, Starbucks across the street, fantastic restaurant/ bar in lobby, walking distance to BMO Centre. Ticked all the boxes then some! Many bars and restaurants and great shopping close. Indoor parking very convenient. Condo very well equipped. You won’t want leave, we didn’t!

General & Cleanliness: basic motel type, linens thread bare, towels musty, lots of long black hair on floors, towel rack in one bathrom falling down, ceiling lights burned out, one bedroom dark dingy, thin mattress, pillows musty. Kitchen OK but kettle unuseable due to thick grit at bottom, lots of opened condiments left over questionable if safe to use, fridge clean. Lots of cushions on beds and small sofa but musty and unnecessary. Bedside tables wobbly, cheap, stained, lamps wobbly. Balcony advertised as a plus but unuseable, filthy with dust and bird droppings. No need for dusty artificial plants everywhere. Air conditioning and heat and plumbing very good. Place to pick up keys musty and unwelcoming. Getting into the apartment was fairly straightforward after we figured it out. Entrance to the building unpleasant due to garbage and smell of poop. Host communication was very good, prompt at all times. Location great for walking downtown and to better Mount Royal area. Lots of bar/restaurants nearby, lots of activity on weekend evenings. Overall okay but not luxury. It would not take much to offer stable furniture and clean quality linens and to fix lighting etc.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Absolutely beautiful view and the location is fabulous! I’m sure we will be back in the future! Highly recommend!

Explanation of parking up front if u have a car u need to pay for parking garage. Another mattress on bed. I they were not comfortable for sleep is u are elderly. The view was great and the location was good

The condo is a bright, open space with lots of natural light and truly spectacular city views, especially at night. It's located in a good area, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, and it's just a short walk to walking trails along the Elbow River. The managers were easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout our stay. Note - the keys for the building had to be picked up at an alternate location about a 10 minute walk away, which we found inconvenient. The unit is also feeling tired and could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a great location.

Good for a short stay location wise, needs some work on maintenance. Good if you want a place to stay to go out and part Positive: Good location & good view of the city Negative: Not very clean & the furnishings are very cheap. Everything is bought from Costco/Ikea. It is very much an air bnb which seems to be used for parties. The cleanliness is low with large bottles of conditioner, shampoo & body wash just sitting in the shower in its original packaging. The towels are all mix match and don’t feel clean. The white face washers were covered in old makeup stains. The pillows smell like other people’s body oil.

Time for this place to get some repairs and re-do old repairs that are substandard. Negative: some uncleaned surfaces including finger prints and forehead marks on the windows, previous drywall and paint repairs were terrible with paint missing in areas and paint on the tile, trim and fixtures. Paint repairs were of the quality I would expect at a run down motel. leaking tap and toilet estimated losing 80-100 bathtubs of water down the drain each month. place was cold and would not heat up. We had to run the oven with the door open and move the bed into the living room and use duvet from both beds as the bedding is also terrible. This place is tired. There was also previous damage of a closet door off its track, also what looked like punch marks indented on 1 door, a wall and the fridge. The view was great. Not sure "luxury" is the right word for this place.

Alert: You will have to walk 10 minutes to pick up the keys at a specific time. Unfreindly pick up! Positive: It was awful. I had to take a taxi to a distance far location. I arrived too early so I could not recuperate my keys. The guy where I picked up the key could not help me: claiming he had nothing to do with this. He did not want to call the company dealing with the rental. He said: "I only get a dollar per key" on the pick up. The taxi had to wait so much that I had at the end to pay 42$. The pick up system is just anti customer oriented. Negative: Nice corner appartment in a niche sector downtown.

even tho we were there for a single night, we enjoyed the location very much. It was easy to walk into downtown, concert/stampede area, and enjoy the vibrant food/nightlife of 17th. If the destination is a bit farther, there are scooters everywhere, and the c train station a short walk away. as for our king bed with stunning views.... let's just say we would come back without hesitation.

Dirty Positive: Location. Great location close to all the good restaurants and lounges. Negative: This place was not clean at all. Found curly black hair all over both beds. Makeup and eyelashes on pillows. Bath tub was not clean. My socks became black after only walking 2 minutes on the floors. Bread crumbs on counter top. I really hope the owners find new cleaners for the future. Iron was leaking, so could not iron clothes.

We were impressed and amazed at the pristine view, condition, facilities, and apartment layout. It was the best place we stayed in our travels around Canada. I would definitely recommend.

The condo offered a fantastic view and was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. However, the check-in process was frustrating: the key pickup spot wasn’t clearly identified as a convenience store, parking wasn’t included (and came with an extra fee), the garage was hard to find, and the owner’s contact number couldn’t provide basic details—such as where the parking garage was located. If the check-in process went smoother, this would have been an absolute 10/10 experience if not for the poor check-in.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, would definitely stay again in a pinch. Positive: Great location, spacious layout, amazing views, and complete kitchen amenities. Property was clean and as advertised. Negative: Maintenance and upkeep could be improved, for example door handles were broken. Also short notice on water outage.

Not luxury accommodation and badly maintained. Positive: It was clean enough, the kitchen was well provisioned Negative: This accommodation was seriously misrepresented. Firstly, NOT a luxury accommodation. I received over 25 emails and most were unnecessary as registration and check in in process should have been streamlined hugely. Keyless pad on door is outdated.No notification about parking stall number, until hours after check in, had to park in a pay lot. Advertised as 2 bedroom, were notified prior to check in the king bed was broken, so one person had to sleep on a pull out bed, which we couldn’t pull out. No bedding available for person who used sofa as bed. Main bedroom toilet flusher was broke, and constantly running, so every time you wanted to flush you had to take tank lid off. Other bathroom flusher button partially broken.Pillows were lumpy and probably about 20 years old and. Quite unsanitary and unusable. No lightbulbs in hallway, nor ensuite bathroom. Curled area rug in living is a safety hazard. Plastic covering smoke detector. This paints the picture of what this accommodation entails. On only positive note, kitchen/bathrooms were clean.but this unit needs maintenance badly. I should be compensated for this misrepresentation.

Honestly was really worth the stay the place was pretty big with a really nice amount of space and super clean and tidy the view was perfect I definitely would recommend renting a spot from them.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Host was very responsive, We had a small issue with one of the rooms and they had someone there asap to fix the issue. The view is amazing, beds were comfortable We rented a parking spot in the garage and that worked well, but just remember to keep the key fob to get out of the garage then run it back up to the condo when checking out We enjoyed our stay

Great location - not luxury The communication was great. The place was nice and clean. The view and location was great!It is not a luxury property. The couch is extremely uncomfortable; we couldn’t sit through a whole movie. The beds were stiff but ok. The sliding doors to the large bedroom didn’t close, so the city lights blared in all night. If this place is going to keep the title of luxury, it’s needs to up its game in the furniture department.

C'etait une bon sejour Positive: Nous avons apprecie le cafe, le petit dejeuner (2 personnes, nous etions 3 :( ) L'emplacement, la belle vue du centre ville, l'arrivee autonome. Negative: Le drain de la douche (a l'interieur de la chambre) etait bouche et la lumiere du miroir seule 1/3 ampoule fonctionne. Les oreillers ont ete de mauvaise qualite. Il y avait de la poussiere sur les lamps, les rideaux, la proprete en general.

Just like the picture Host was great, quick to respond and everything was just like the pictures. Easy to access the building even though in an apartment building. The beds were not comfortable and the couch and pillows had some stains. It had a beautiful view and great little kitchen area.

Positive: It’s very close to the city center, with an excellent location! The amenities are complete, there is a parking lot (paid), and the room is spacious and comfortable. They even provide small snacks, which is very thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Calgary. Negative: The bed is a bit too hard, and there are too few power outlets in the living room.

Excellent Downtown Location & Views Excellent Stay. HVAC was not working so was very warm the entire time. Otherwise great property and location.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful views! Very convenient location, easy to get in and out, had everything you would need there, dishes, laundry, sheets and extra blankets, even some snacks! If you have people sleeping on the pullout couch I would recommend a sleep mask, not all the windows have blinds. Was slow on communication with getting in and out & prepaid parking directions.

Lovely place, terrible check in 1.5 hours to check in due to key not being where it was supposed to be and no spare key available for entry.
