We stayed here to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s birthday, and it was the perfect spot. The home was exactly as described, easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless—especially appreciated the photos showing where to park. The house was adorable, very clean, and such a fun space inside. The location made it easy to get back and forth from downtown. Our host was friendly, responsive, and great to work with. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would happily return.
I was looking for a place to relax with the family and urban stays allowed me to book it the same day. When we got there everything was ready to go. I like the fact that every room/bed had a towel for us. As soon as we walked in there was background music playing. It was truly a good place to relax outside in the jacuzzi and next to the fire pit area. Once again thank you urbanstays for allowing us to stay in your beautiful place. Can’t wait to be back in Austin. It will definitely be a place to stay at again. The vibes were awesome and it was a good place to go on a morning run along lady bird.

I visited this Airbnb for a family trip to Austin. We had never been before and it was a comfortable accommodation for 6 people. Probably good to note that the bedroom with the twin beds and the bedroom with the queen are connected. There is a door to separate but they both share a bathroom in the queen bed room. The house is on the artsy side of town and walkable to a few cafes and bars. There are also scooters and bikes everywhere and you’re very close to Rainey! Overall a great experience.

Fun Vacation spot This was the perfect fit for our family of seven. The house has a fun vibe and it was a short drive downtown.
Location is great as it’s 5min or less drive to downtown. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area too. We were a bit surprised at the room set up as you have to walk through one of the rooms to get to the room with the two twin beds so bathroom runs and nighttime was slightly tricky but overall it was perfectly fine with our group. The AC was a bit finicky. But there was a trick to it and worked fine after we figured that out. Overall I would definitely stay again

Highly recommend this place. My friends and I had a great together here and slept like babies on the comfortable beds. Great location and super cute space. Will def book again.
The house was well located, however two of the three bedrooms were a single unit, and the only way to access the bathroom was walking in and out of one bedroom. This was super awkward for a mixed-gender team trying to share a house for an event. Also, the neighbors were incredibly loud well into the late hours.

This house was fantastic!!! The location was excellent. Just a short walk to Rainy St and close to everything down town. The amenities were wonderful and the house was spotless. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We landed in Austin a few hours before check in and she allowed us an early check in no problem. She did the same thing with our departure, allowing us to stay an extra hour. Top to bottom 5 star review. Thanks for letting us stay at your home and enjoying an awesome F1 weekend!!!
Great place to stay! Rented for my husband for a few guy friends to get together and hang out. Close to downtown and easy to get around. The Texas freeze put a damper on things or they would have stayed thru Sunday! Hopefully we will be back soon.
Awesome place to host the guys! It's all you need, one living space and a place to crash. UrbanStay was quick and responsive with whatever issues that did arise. That being said it's missing the 5th star due to its preparedness. One of the touch pads to get in did not want to cooperate so it did cause a hiccup at check-in, and neither of the propane tanks were filled when we arrived and we didn't find out until after hours so it did somewhat kill the mood when we wanted to hang by the fire. Other than that it's a solid place and very well located!
At first I thought it was pricey but man when I say you get exactly what you pay for and it was more than worth it! The location, neighborhood, parking and access to the house 10/10. Looks exactly like the pictures and was everything we’d hoped for to enjoy my fiance’s birthday. So close to downtown bars, clubs, restaurants and lots to do in this area. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. Well deserved and I hope to stay here again! Thank you for the best experience and absolute amazing communication.

Great Unit in a very convenient location. We were no more than a 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Awesome unit for traveling with pets with a great outdoor space!
Our Airbnb experience was exceptional. The location near downtown Austin was perfect, allowing easy access to restaurants and attractions. The property itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering outstanding amenities and a stylish ambiance reminiscent of a hip New York hotel. The outdoor space with a hot tub and lawn games was a highlight. We enjoyed the patio while our pup roamed freely. Five stars! This home delivered a true retreat vibe for an employee getaway. The space worked perfectly for relaxing, connecting, and having fun. We made s’mores by the outdoor fire pit, ran a plastic duck hunt game, and built memories for a lifetime. Clean. Comfortable. Thoughtful layout. Easy to enjoy without overthinking logistics. You want a place for rest, team bonding, and good energy. This house delivers. I would recommend this home without hesitation and would stay here again.
Great stay and urban vibe was perfect. Walked to rainy street and enjoyed music , lunch and vibe. Had 18-21 year old adult children with us that were able to walk and enjoy surrounding vibe! Walked to lake for kayak tour easily for the bat site seeing! Son was able to get UT easily as well while we explored and started summer classes . Highly recommend the area!!
Urban Stay Disco Den was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect for our girls trip. Hot Tub comfy beds, washer, dryer, and a beautiful place to shower in the day time and at night! only thing needed was some extra paper towels(or for it to suggest to bring our own) and perhaps some hidden counter cleaner somewhere for common mishaps and what not. otherwise it was a dream come true!! thank you. we will be back 💕
My newlywed wife and I spent a weekend here at UrbanStays “Disco Den” and we loved the entire experience! The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was already warm and comfortable enough for us to enjoy it, the ambiance and amenities were top tier and gave the both of us a sense of peaceful harmony! The location was perfect just minutes away from the city center and very close to most of the events and places that my wife and I attended. We both loved our stay and we would definitely stay again!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful and unique style. Very clean property. That hot tub was great! With all the construction, parking is crowded during the day, but the carport is nice if you have a regular sized vehicle. I do wish there was a lock on the front gate, because I was nervous using the hot tub at night by myself. Seems like a safe enough neighborhood, but you never know. Silly me, I only know how to work a keurig, so I had to look up how to use the coffee machine, as it overflowed my mug with water. Good thing I had a plastic cup nearby to grab the excess water before spilling onto the floor!
Nice house but was listed incorrectly We rented this house for a bachelorette party weekend. We had 7 girls. The house is located in a cute neighborhood not too far from the action. We were disappointed upon arrival to find 3 bedrooms not 4. There’s one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a small bedroom a two twin beds. You have to walk through the Queen bedroom to get to the small room w no windows w the two twin beds. There was no futon. There was a couch downstairs that 1 person slept on. We hired a chef and the kitchen was stocked w minimum. No hot pads for hands to handle the hot handles. Front yard and side yard are clean spacious and private. Loved the murals. We had to contact the management team because the smaller tub bathroom was clogged. The technician/ plumber was there promptly and took care of the problem, that was nice. I feel like this house is better suited for 4 adult guests. If you have kids - the small 3rd room will accommodate.
Great location, on-trend property, some cleaning issues The property is set up for walkability to Rainey and Cesar Chavez. This turned out to be both good and bad. I only needed a car to get out to the hills for hikes, and there are scooters and e-bikes all around this neighborhood. It's also pretty clear that some groups have partied pretty hard in this house (1/2 the bathroom fixtures had clearly been ripped off and reattached at some point, the floor on my side of the bed was sticky, etc.). They provide cornhole and bocce supplies in the yard, as well as a fire table and comfy outdoor furniture. The layout is good with bedrooms upstairs and open kitchen/living down, but you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd. When I checked in, the primary bed/bath was pretty dirty (hair all over the shower, dirty floors, dirty walls and door, standing water when the shower is used). I didn't communicate this to the property manager on check-in because, for me, it's a one-shot opportunity to provide clean accommodations. I know how to clean, so I did it myself. However, I have no doubt they would've sent out someone immediately to rectify the issue, because they were attentive to my concerns when I finally contacted them. I was still charged a cleaning fee even though it wasn't clean at my arrival, but what are you gonna do?; it's a business.
Great Location cute house Great location walking distant to many things or a short uber. We had a great time. It was just 2 couples staying so we had plenty of room. It is only a 3 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room, but that was plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the fire pit on cold evenings.

PERFECT spot for a weekend in Austin! Super close to everything we wanted to do. The space is super clean and quiet. The bed was cozy and we loved the kitchen! The backyard is perfect for an evening, we definitely want to come back when its cooler to enjoy the firepit and hot tub💛

The physical location of this air bnb is pretty good. Very close to downtown- quite walkable. The pictures online do not show that it is right on a main street and backs up to an alley way so it does not feel private when you are in the backyard space. Anyone walking on the sidewalk can see you in the hot tub through the gate. We ended up not staying here because the hot tub was inoperable when we arrived which was a major amenity for us and a main criteria for us booking the home.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home just a short walk from Rainey Street! The walk does take you under an underpass — it wasn’t a big deal for us, but something to note if that’s not your thing. The beds were super comfortable, and the home is decorated beautifully — definitely a spot with tons of great photo ops! (We didn’t take nearly enough pictures, but I did grab a few )The hot tub was okay but didn’t get as hot as we’d hoped, and only one side of the jets seemed to be working. It might help if it was preheated before guests arrive. We were going to cook breakfast one morning but couldn’t find a cookie sheet for our biscuits — not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of.If I had to add one wishlist item, it would be a bigger couch or more cozy seating indoors for movie nights. Other than that, we really enjoyed the space and would consider staying again!

We loved staying at the electric disco den. It was in a very nice neighborhood that was waking distance to lady bird lake, downtown Austin and coffee. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. I look forward to staying here again soon :)

Blood stains on bedding and drapes, citation for the owners business practices on the front door when we got there- let them know and they never came to get it. No hot water the last day- I was told they would check into it but never heard back

Awesome location. Easy walk to Rainey and close to East Austin restaurants. Very vibey decor made for a fun environment. Offered all the basics like towels (just not many), plates, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryers and keyless entry. Nice hot tub, grill and fire pit although we didn’t use them. There were some nice to haves that were missing like kitchen towels, and some upkeep misses like broken/dented furniture; the beds were super loud every time anyone turned over, slow tub/sink drains and the water filter needed to be replaced. And a couple unexpected cons like the connected 2nd and 3rd bedrooms where you had to walk through another bedroom. Also of note, there was a creepy woman who slept in her parked car right outside the entrance to the house. The hosts were very responsive though so would still recommend! Just a couple of things to be aware of for anyone booking.
This was our 3rd or 4th time at this property and it delivers every time. Close to Rainey St and secure property. When we travel to Austin, this is always our 1st choice.

Well decorated and great location! Only there one night and slept in one bed but it was comfy. Can tell that it’s definitely a home rented to party and has had its fair share of damage. While mostly repaired, the wear and tear is noticeable. Driveway is very narrow and not suitable for large vehicles but can park on roads around area. Would stay again

Overall this was a very good place. Great location within walking distance to Rainey and other nearby places. House was as described in the pictures and check-in / check-out were a breeze. A couple of minor nits led to the four stars: - beds are the squeakiest ones I've ever slept in. If you moved at all, others would hear you, even through doors / walls - some homier touches were missing. The kitchen didn't include many supplies (from plastic wrap to tupperware, it was pretty barren) and we had a busted cornhole bag

The place was extremely modern with very good decor throughout the house. The house had everything you needed to stay for a few days. All of the little stuff that we typically bring with us at an Airbnb, was provided down to coffee, trash, bags, dishwasher pods, etc.. It is literally a five minute walk to Rainey Street and a short Uber away from everything else. I will definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! It does feel slightly like extreme IoT technology surveillance, with IP noise detectors and multiple external cameras everywhere. Translation: you’re not getting in the hot tub in your underwater. But I can't say if I were running an Airbnb, I would do it any differently—maybe just add a few extra outlets by the couch; that would be helpful. Everything else is exactly as pictured and first class.

The place is very well stocked with everything that you need and has nice decor. It’s also a quick car ride to everywhere that you would want to visit. I would not recommend walking though as the surrounding area isn’t the safest. The one thing to be aware of is that the third bedroom that has two beds in it is actually through the 2nd bedroom. This means that people need to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd or when they are using the restroom. This wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for some people so just be aware of it. Only issue we had with our stay is that the A/C would always “reset” from A/C to heat every night in the middle of the night. Given how hot Austin is in August, this made sleeping very difficult. Should be an easy fix, but something to be aware of for sure.

This was advertised incorrectly. It is a three bedroom not a four bedroom. This house was nice and a great location but we were very disappointed to find that it is a three bedroom and not a four bedroom. We did not have room for all of us and the communication with the property manager was not good. They still have not offered any sort of refund. Also to get to the third bedroom you have to walk through the second bedroom which does not provide much privacy at all. The house is in a good location and is decorated in a fun way.
Funky East ATX house! Loved this place! Check in was a breeze, the hosts were highly responsive and the property was as described. The decor matched the “Keep Austin Weird” ethos which we really enjoyed! Great location in ATX with Rainey Street being a quick stroll away along with East Austin bars, cafes and restaurants all nearby. Highly recommended!
