Great Unit in downtown Miami. The building it is in has 2 great restaurants. New building and unit is new. Very Clean stayed there for 2 weeks. The staff running the Airbnb was very helpful. Parking is 75 per day but there is another garage right next door which is 30 per day. Pool was great walking distance to many restaurants and quick uber ride to Miami Beach or Key Biscayne. I would recommend for 1 person or a couple more than that might be tight. But a great property to stay at.
Tolle Wohnung - Super für singles oder paare für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Pool Bereich kann im Dez etwas voll werden. Gym war hervorragend. Die Aussicht ist auch sehr cool! Man ist im Downtown, es ist immer was los ( kann auch was laut sein,wird viel gebaut, Fenster sind aber gut schalldicht).
Scammers who prey on travelers who don’t hire a lawyer before placing a reservation . In our case the total fees exceeded 50% of the reservation price and they also wanted a $1000 deposit for a 3 night stay. All to pay directly to them at check-in, never mind the reservation was paid upfront. Is Airbnb. Doubtless on the check out you’ll get much more fees because you dared to enter their precious condo. They have so many fees they forgot which is which - they have different rates at multiple places deep in the “Additional hours rules”. Airbnb won’t protect you, they are making money too.
We had a great week in Miami, having so much of our own space made things so much easier! We will never get over the view🌃

this is my favorite building to stay in when i'm in miami, so it was great to have such ease and convenience.
Gorgeous 1-bedroom in downtown. Can walk to so many spots from the Gale Residences. Good host, stayed in this building before and will stay in it again!
The space was stunning and most importantly comfortable; when you add in the beaitiful views its hard to imagine a better place. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
Great host. Very responsive to my needs. Ensure that I had all the information I need for easy check-in and departure. Conveniently located lots to do in and around and surrounding. I will definitely rent again.
We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more special. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell a lot of care goes into this space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay.
