Mid-winter break with my wife and daughter We flew in from Memphis and my daughter joined from DC. The property was ideal. My daughter had to do some remote work and the dining room was a wonderful place for her to work. The bedrooms were both comfortable. The location is ideal and the facilities at ICON we excellent - gym, spa, etc.
Fantastic view! Great for our family! Perfect condo for our family with a phenomenal view of the water and the city. Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Well-equipped, clean and well appointed, we’ll absolutely book here again.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé en plein cœur de Brickell ! L’emplacement est parfait : proche des restaurants, des boutiques, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre commercial Brickell City Centre. L’appartement était propre, moderne et très bien équipé, avec une vue superbe depuis le balcon. Le check-in s’est fait facilement et l’hôte a été très réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour à Miami, que ce soit pour le travail ou les vacances. Merci encore !
Working Spring Break Excellent

Birthday vacation My stay at this property was the highlight of my birthday celebration. Clean and great accommodations. Only problem is the parking, passes should be given to guests staying at the property. In and out parking charges really doesn't make any sense.

Good location. Photos and description does not match the extent of the construction. Can’t use balcony or see anything from the windows. It’s loud every morning. No access to pool during week. Don’t go if it’s a bachelorette.
Nice place
Our stay was very disappointing. The listing photos were misleading because the advertised views were completely blocked by construction screens, ropes, and workers constantly passing by and looking into the apartment. The balcony doors were blocked with wooden supports, so we had no access to the balconies. The unit was extremely noisy due to ongoing construction, with drilling and hammering starting early every morning. The pool and gym were also closed during weekdays (only open on weekends), which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. I requested a partial refund or compensation, but only received apologies and was told it was mentioned in the notes. The notes were misleading and failed to disclose the blocked views, inaccessible balcony, construction noise, and limited amenities. Future guests should confirm construction status, amenity availability, and noise levels before booking (you can hear all the revving of all the sport cars day & night).

The place was great. Easy to get in but very secure. Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do by walking. I would not rent a car next time.
Loved it
Had a rough start to getting inside the unit and the front desk staff is not very helpful. With that said the place was secure and peaceful. Felt like home away from home. The onsite restaurant staff was amazing. I would've liked for the jet tub in the apt to work but the water spa lounge made up for that.

The floor-to-ceiling glass bay view from all rooms was amazing. Great location, short walk to city center ball, bay shore markets and many other attractions. Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, living room and beds.

Me e quedado dos veces en el mismo edificio y esta última vez fue muy caro , más caro que las otras veces , el apartamento lo valía , muy limpio todo pero lo que fue fatal fue la forma de abrir la puerta, llegamos cansados de noche , en el desk front no nos ayudaron y nos decían que no sabían nada pasó casi a media noche y nosotros fuera del apartamento igual que las siguientes noches , o está dañado para colocar la clave o no lo configuran bien , lo demás todo bien.
Everything was very nice, great flat and beautiful views in the heart of Miami. Very good communication with host.

Location 10/10, Views 10/10, Space and Listing Accuracy 10/10, Service 10/10. Dishwasher was not working, someone came in right away and fixed it.Cleanliness 6/10. At first glance it was bright and clean however it was a bit dusty and could have used a dust and mop throughout. Rug in the living room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced, couches need to be cleaned. Checkout 0/10. We left the unit at 10:45 and found out that only 2 out of 6 elevators were working, right at checkout time. We waited for the elevator for about ONE HOUR and finally gave up and took the stairs 18 FLOORS down to the lobby carrying all of our luggage. That is unacceptable. What if it was someone in a wheelchair? The renters said the building was out of their control, I can understand that but it is still unforgivable that a 48 story building would have this kind of issue. Very disappointed. Could have missed our flight.
Good place to stay. Host was very responsive and nice. Location is absolute prime. there was some cleaning issues and interior damage in apartment, for this price you expect much higher level. otherwise everything was good !

We’ve stayed at other units in this building before, so kind of new what to expect. There were a few minor things we had to request ( iron not working, remotes not working) but host responded very quickly. They were great to work with!! Place was nice with beautiful views! It was a little noisy at night from outside traffic but other than that, we had a great stay.

Le tapis du salon nécessite d'être nettoyé (très important) La tersasse (le sol) nécessite également d'être nettoyé au minimum une fois par semaine Ces trois points sont uniquement pour information (rien de grave)

Beautiful VRBO in an AMAZING location!! We arrived a little early and they let us check in early which was nice. When we walked in the rug and bed sheets were still dirty but as soon as we asked for it to be cleaned they did. Clock on the wall didn’t work.. kind of annoying but not a deal breaker. Furniture is a little run down and needs a paint job….you can tell it’s a rental but still nice. Being on the 18th floor we could hear a lot of street noise … cars speeding/ honking all day and all night and music from the restaurant/club one night. We were still able to sleep though. Location was great… we did not need a car and could walk everywhere to shop or to eat or to get snacks/water at Whole Foods. Beds were on the softer side but super comfy!! Overall we had a great stay and would rent again! :)

Nice apartment. Apartment was very well maintained and everything within the apartment worked. Significant street noise despite being on 18th floor. Pool side drilling was going on most days due to hot water being routed to pool and cold water being routed to jacuzzi.

Wonderful unit! This unit is well kept and has beautiful views with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool facilities were great too. Also, nice location and surrounding areas.

Location location location This place was great for our vacation it was a few things that could have been cleaned better but overall everything was great. Not far from downtown it seemed pretty central to everything. Enjoyed my stay.
We had a terrible experience First of all, it was a hassle to get up to the room because we weren’t able to get up to our floor without the proper keys given. Second, once we did finally get access to the FOB keys, they weren’t charged so we had to deal with security. Third, the wifi was not functioning. Lastly, I had already put my card down prior to arriving to the property and I was under the impression that it was going to get charged. When I got there, they made me swipe a card. I was confused because I thought my card was already going to get charged. The place looks like the pictures, but the service was terrible.

Highlight of Our Experience This place is beyond amazing and worth the money. It was so beautiful and peaceful that at times, I didn't even want to leave the room. There were amazing amenities and our host Maria was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I, myself will reserve again in the future.
Relaxation with a view! This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures! Clean and bright with breathtaking views! We loved our stay and will definitely return to this property or others managed by this group. Great attention from managers if I needed anything. Food trucks nearby a bonus for an easy meal on the water.
Icon Brickell The condo unit itself was beautiful, the lobby gets a little wild on the weekends and it's always very crowded in the valet area. But overall a nice property and the unit was very nice!
