Casa Mercurio lets the jungle in through warm natural textures, an open living space, and a private terrace with an outdoor jetted tub. Set within San Pancho Soho, the home gives four guests a King suite and a second room with two beds: a Queen and a Twin. Bicycles put the beach and town within easy reach, while air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a shared pool make staying in part of the vacation rather than a pause between plans.

Casa Mercurio brings contemporary design and tropical surroundings together within San Pancho Soho. The open kitchen, dining area, and living room connect to a private terrace, allowing the gathering space to continue outdoors.

The terrace includes an outdoor jetted tub for time outside after the beach or town. Upstairs, the primary suite opens to a private balcony, while the second bedroom includes Queen and Twin beds with a small workspace.

Casa Mercurio accommodates up to four guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite full bathroom, and private balcony
Second bedroom: Queen bed, Twin bed, and workspace
Bathrooms: Second full bathroom and one half bathroom

The property also includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bicycles are provided for trips to the beach and town.

Casa Mercurio is one of six homes in the gated San Pancho Soho community. The community pool and tropical grounds are shared with guests and residents staying in the other homes.

San Pancho Soho is located near the entrance to San Pancho, less than a 10-minute walk or a short bicycle ride from the beach and town.

San Pancho is shaped by its beach, restaurants, cafes, galleries, artisan shops, markets, and community life. Nearby coastal destinations include Sayulita and Punta de Mita, while the surrounding Riviera Nayarit offers beaches, jungle trails, coastal villages, and seasonal whale watching.

Guests can walk or bicycle between Casa Mercurio, central San Pancho, and the beach. The community sits across the river from the center of town, and a car can be useful for arrivals with luggage or exploring the surrounding region.

Occupancy
Casa Mercurio accommodates no more than four registered guests. The Queen and Twin beds in the second bedroom provide sleeping flexibility but do not increase the maximum occupancy.

Casa Mercurio is one of six homes in San Pancho Soho. The pool and tropical grounds are shared with guests and residents staying in the other homes.

Private outdoor spaces
The terrace, outdoor jetted tub, and primary-bedroom balcony are private to Casa Mercurio.

Bicycles
Bicycles are provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for securing them when away from the property.

Pets
Pets are not permitted at this property.

Shared pool
The community pool and surrounding areas are shared. Please be considerate of other guests and residents when using these spaces.

Community setting
Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Town and natural sounds
Guests may hear music, celebrations, construction, animals, traffic, or neighborhood activity during their stay. Tropical landscaping also brings insects and wildlife into the surrounding environment.
