Casa Happy Sol - Atun

Atun turns toward the street from its upstairs balcony, bringing San Pancho's neighborhood rhythm into a colorful property for four. An enclosed Queen bedroom provides privacy, while a Double sleeping nook opens to the balcony and uses a room divider rather than a door. A full kitchen with a gas stove and oven makes meals at the property part of the stay, and Casa Happy Sol's shared pool adds another place to spend the day. Pets are welcome with prior approval.

Atun pairs an upstairs position and street-facing balcony with a flexible sleeping arrangement for up to four guests.

The enclosed bedroom has a Queen bed. A second, orange-toned sleeping nook contains a Double bed and opens to the balcony. This nook does not have a door and is separated from the kitchen by a room divider, so it provides visual separation rather than the privacy of an enclosed bedroom.

The full kitchen includes a gas stove and oven. Bohemian color and natural textures carry through the interior, while the balcony adds a place to sit outside and take in the activity along the street.

Casa Happy Sol contains four individual properties arranged around a shared pool. Atun and its balcony are private, while the pool and surrounding common areas are shared with guests staying in the other properties.

San Pancho is a coastal town shaped by its beach, local restaurants, cafes, galleries, artisan shops, and community life. Spend time along the shore, explore the town's food and creative scene, or use San Pancho as a base for discovering the Riviera Nayarit.

Nearby coastal destinations include Sayulita and Punta de Mita, while the surrounding region offers beaches, jungle trails, coastal villages, and seasonal whale watching.

Many guests explore San Pancho on foot. Taxis and golf-cart rentals are available for trips around town, while a rental car can be useful for visiting other beaches and communities along the Riviera Nayarit.

Atun is located upstairs at Casa Happy Sol. Guests should be comfortable using stairs to access the property.

Sleeping layout
The Double bed is in an open sleeping nook with balcony access. The nook has no door and is separated from the kitchen by a room divider. Guests using this bed will not have the privacy of an enclosed bedroom.

Atun is one of four private properties at Casa Happy Sol. The pool and surrounding common areas are shared with guests staying in the other properties.

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets.

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Town activity
San Pancho is an active community. Guests may hear music, celebrations, construction, animals, traffic, or neighborhood activity during their stay. The balcony faces the street.
