Vista Panoramic earns its name through a broad outlook across the jungle hills and Pacific. Floor-to-ceiling glass brings the view into the open living area, while an expansive private terrace extends the property toward the horizon.

The heated plunge pool sits at the center of the outdoor space, providing a place to cool off or settle in as the light changes across the coast. The terrace offers room for coffee, conversation, and time outside without stepping away from the view.

Inside, contemporary architecture, natural finishes, and comfortable gathering spaces create a restrained backdrop for the landscape. The kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout, while the bedrooms remain separate from the main gathering space.

Vista Panoramic accommodates up to four guests:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.

Vista Panoramic is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of residents and other guests when using the property and shared areas.

Sayulita is an active beach town. Guests may hear music, celebrations, construction, or community events during their stay.
