Frequently asked questions
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Early arrival is available from noon to 3pm for £10 per hour, and late departure until 2pm costs £10 per hour.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis for £15 per night. If you'd like guaranteed reserved parking, this costs £20 per night.
Do hotel guests get free access to the leisure facilities?
Yes! All hotel guests receive complimentary access to our Life@Whitehouse leisure club, which includes an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, whirlpool spa, sauna, and steam room.
What leisure club opening hours do you have?
Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-10pm, Friday: 6:30am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday: 8am-8pm. Last admittance is 45 minutes before closing time.
What dining options are available at the hotel?
We have two venues: Foregate's Brasserie serving British and international cuisine daily, and the Star Bar offering light meals, sandwiches, and Starbucks coffee (Monday-Thursday, 6pm-9pm).
Can you host weddings at the hotel?
Yes! We're fully licensed for civil ceremonies and host one exclusive wedding per day. We can accommodate 10-100 ceremony guests, 120 sit-down meals, and up to 150 evening reception guests. Wedding packages start from £3,500.
Do you have any current special offers?
Yes! We're currently offering "Getaway to Worcester" with 20% off stays, weekend breaks from £99, and our Christmas 2025 programme featuring party nights, ABBA-themed evenings, and murder mystery events throughout December.
How many rooms do you have and what types are available?
We have 84 en-suite rooms including standard rooms, executive rooms, two four-poster bedrooms in our original 16th-century building, superior rooms with separate seating areas, and adapted rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
Is there a loyalty programme I can join?
Yes! Our Whitehouse Rewards programme is free to join. You'll earn 1 point per £1 spent on accommodation and 2 points per £1 on food and beverage. Each point is worth 5 pence and can be redeemed through monthly statements and member-only offers.
