Check-in is available from 4PM. Check-out is by 12PM.

Does the hotel provide early check-in?

Early check-in is available for DISCOVERY Black and Red Tier Members. See doylecollection.com/loyalty for more information.

Does the hotel provide late check-out?

Late check-out is available until 1PM on request but is subject to availability. Late check-out is available until 5PM subject to availability. Please note there is a 50% charge of your room rate for this facility.

Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?

The Guest Relations Team would be more than willing to arrange or offer amenities for your stay. Please notify the hotel in advance of your arrival.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

We have six rooms, that are wheelchair accessible. Please book these in advance due to availability.

Do you have cribs for children?

Yes, cribs are available on request. Please advise the hotel in advance of your arrival regarding the need for a crib.

Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

Yes, these are available from Reception, subject to availability.

What parking options are available?

We offer overnight valet parking, priced at $65 per night before tax. Valet parking for just the day is priced at $32 before tax.

Are you a pet friendly hotel?

We do welcome dogs weighing less than 50 pounds, only one per room. There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 required.

The property offers 15 specially designed guest rooms – 2 rooms on each floor, and 1 suite on our exclusive Penthouse Level – that are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Each accessible room includes wider doorway for easier access, lowered bathroom sink, roll-in showers with built-in bench, handrails inside and outside the shower, handheld shower with hose, lowered wardrobe rails and safe, and additional space to accommodate a wheelchair.
