Ardoe House Hotel & Spa in Aberdeen Sold to UK-Based Company

The four-star Ardoe House Hotel & Spa, located three miles from Aberdeen city centre and set on 30 acres with one of the city’s largest conference spaces, has been sold for an undisclosed sum. The buyer, MSB Admiral—a UK company founded by Malaysian businessmen Wai Hin Choy and Wai Ceong Choy, which also owns Mercure Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa—acquired the 120-room property. The sale was handled by property agent JLL on behalf of hotel investor Amaris Hospitality. JLL noted that investor confidence in Aberdeen’s hotel market remains strong despite short-term volatility from oil price fluctuations.
