07H00 to 10H00 weekdays 08H00 to 11H00 weekends.
What leisure facilities are on offer?
Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
Do you recommend pre booking all dining and leisure prior to arrival?
Yes.
Can I use the Spa facilities?
Spa treatments to be pre-booked. No booking required for leisure facilities.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Dogs are welcome but there is a limited number of dog friendly rooms available. Max 2 dogs in each dog friendly room.
Can I use the Swim and Gym space?
All guests have free access to leisure facilities. Non-guests £15 per adult/ £6 per child for day pass.
Can you arrange tee times at near by Golf Courses?
We can if given prior notice.
What Golf Courses are close proximity to the hotel?
Paul Lawrie Golf Course 5 minutes away.
What is the dress code for the golf courses?
Golf Attire.
Do you have car parking facilities?
Yes, we space for up to 200 vehicles.
Which Airport is closest to Ardoe?
Aberdeen International Airport 20 minutes away.
Do you arrange airport / train transfers? And is this service complimentary?
We can book taxis with advance notice, it is chargeable.
How can you travel from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen Airport?
Taxis, train or road.
Do you arrange babysitters?
This is not a service we provide.
Do you have wifi?
Yes, details on guest welcome letter.
Do you have Sky TV?
No, but we do have free to air channels.
What facilities are provided in the room?
We provide kettles, irons, ironing boards, hairdryer & mini fridges.
What payment methods do you accept?
All credit cards are accepted, cash and Bacs transfers.
Can I arrange a gift voucher?

Can I smoke on the hotel balconies?
No.
Do you have a service charge?
Yes, an 8% service charge is added to the F&B bill.
