The location is close to amenities such as restaurants and coffee shops; also, it is very accessible to public transportation…street cars and the subway. We had several issues during our stay: • Main door access is very confusing. We could not get into the building for over 4 hours one day, and the host took a long time to respond. A lockbox should be set up so that if the digital keypad doesn’t work, there is another way into the building. • Beds – All beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses are thin, and pillows and pillowcases are nylon and very thin. • WiFi – The Wi-Fi is very slow, and several times, we would get an error message stating the Wi-Fi channels are used by several nearby networks and we could not access it. • Noise - We were on the 3rd floor, and we could hear the footsteps of the tenant above us at all hours of the night.

Good location but not worth the money. Inferior quality beds, linen, towels and furniture. Sofa was filthy with stains Positive: Location was reasonably good, although got taxis everywhere. Negative: The cleanliness and the quality of the furniture, beds, bed linen and towels.

Pros: good location on Bloor Street. 5 minute walk to UP Express train station and great pizza and Indian food across the street. Walkable to High Park. Cons: advertised as luxury and well stocked with amenities. However, there was only one drinking glass, limited cutlery for group of 4, and no laundry detergent provided. At first glance, it looked clean but the floor and couch were actually not. We paid extra for some baby equipment (pack n play crib and high chair) but they were not provided. We had to go and buy equipment after realizing it wasn't there, and we had not heard back from the host, so that our baby had somewhere safe to sleep. I was led to believe I would be reimbursed for the equipment as well as refunded the original fee, but I received a partial "inconvenience" fee and the original fee refunded. Better than nothing but a frustrating experience. Beds were not that comfortable and noticed the furnace leaking (which we informed the host about).

Right where we wanted to be. Positive: It's a great location, close to some cool little shops and cafes; close to the subway and street cars (were there is inexpensive overnight parking). Two well appointed bathrooms, and a decent little kitchen. Negative: The beds are doubles and pretty inexpensive, linens where also a bit cheap. Not terrible, but not a crisp hotel bed.

We look forward to staying here again! Thank you so much for the flexible entry time since we arrived about an hour before official check-in time. The keypad can be a little touchy and it sometimes took (patience to wait for the next instruction and) several tries to enter the building. The location near the UPtrain is unbeatable (it was about 3 stops from the airport). And, the metro downtown was just around the next corner! So convenient! The restaurants within walking distance were superb (Indian, Thai, Italian, etc.) with lots of veg. options. Appreciated the cozy and comfortable stay at your place! Suggestions - Great as is! We could have used a few more pieces of silverware and perhaps some dishwasher detergent. Bottom line - We will stay again!

Great place

My colleagues and I were visiting Toronto to work for 3 days and had an excellent stay. The location was walking distance to all transport options including train to the airport. The place was very clean and well maintained.
