Close walk to St. Joseph’s Healthcare and good restaurants downtown Hamilton. Would stay again.

Apartment on the 4th floor with no elevator, difficult access with extremely steep and narrow stairs especially since i was planning to stay the full month and had a lot of luggage to move up :extremely hectic with the parking being behind the building , poorly lit and covered with snow. Once gotten in front of the door with all my luggage, i hear loud barking behind the facing neighbor door then i receive an order to clear the passage!!! door opens immediately and 2 huge dogs ,i think bulldogs hardly held on leach by a lady, jumped on me almost knocking me down. Once inside: big disappointment: small apt ,not at all as shown in these misleading pictures on airbnb app: smaller, older, creaky wooden floor with fissures . uncomfortable sofa and old bed with terrible worn mattress, poorly heated : my wife ,son and i had to wear our coats almost the whole time. Supposed to lodge 4 persons, yet there were 2 old towels ,small shower place and water cold to lukeworm. In sum: terrible

Great place, location is decent if you are used to dealing with downtown life and most things needed near by. The price was semi reasonable. I had a good sleep. Was quite peaceful and relaxing

Keziahs place is perfect. Right downtown. I would recommend to everyone. I will definitely stay again if available.

Positive: Die Einrichtung der Wohnung und die Lage bezüglich Verkehrsanbindung und Geschäfte waren sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz kann dazugebucht werden (Aufpreis beachten). Negative: Störend war der sehr laute Verkehrslärm besonders in der Nacht sowie eine laute , uneffiziente mobile Klimaanlage, die wir daher ausgestellt haben. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und das Bett für zwei recht eng, aber im Wohnzimmer steht ein zweites Bett, welches man nutzen kann. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist nicht schön. Die Wohnung ist nur über zwei lange, zum Teil steile und enge Treppen erreichbar.

Keziah’s place was great, it was very clean & exactly as described/shown. The location of her place was also very convenient, as everything you need is within walking distance & the highway isn’t very far either. I would 100% book again!

DO NOT BOOK!! DIRTY AND SMOKEY Though the Airbnb photos look lovely, it is quite the opposite. The photos on Airbnb are not of the actual unit. Bedroom and bathroom photos are from a completely different unit. First thing you notice is the overwhelming smell of old cigarettes, we had to buy air freshener to make it bearable. We then found toenail clippings on the desk. There are numerous holes in the walls and floor of the unit in various states of repair. To top it off wifi didn’t work once the whole weekend. Would have rebooked if we could have. Save your self the headache and book elsewhere.

Positive: Location to downtown was awesome. Walking distance to everything I needed Negative: The 3rd story was a little hard to get to. No elevator meant hauling a big bag to the top. If you got a bad knee or back this might not be a good one

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as expected. Found the neighborhood very interesting. The owner was very accessible and helpful. Andy.

The host was responsive, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues with the stay. The place is very small and looks much better and more spacious in the photos than it does in person. The bedroom door did not lock, the bed was very uncomfortable, the AC was leaking water, and there were ants in the kitchen. The biggest concern was the location and parking. During the night, while my car was parked in the designated parking spot that I paid extra for, someone broke one of the car windows. There were also many homeless people in the immediate area, which made us feel uncomfortable about the location. Overall, although the host communicated well, the condition of the property, the lack of comfort, and the surrounding area made the stay disappointing.

We had high hopes for Keziah's place as the photos and location seemed very good. The first flag upon arrival was the amount of homeless people and odd characters wandering around the area and into the back parking area. The apartment itself was very clean, but doesn't quite match the vibe presented in photos and upon closer inspection some aspects seemed a bit dysfunctional. I.e., the glass table was wobbly, the burners on the stove were all crooked and the bed both too small and too soft (like landing in molasses) for my girlfriend and I to sleep comfortably. The lights were also all the bright white LED type which cause discomfort to the eyes at night. Anyway we were ready to make do until an incident manifested itself shortly after arriving, concerning our neighbour across us. We didn't feel safe and communicated with Keziah who was responsive - but felt even less safe when it was made clear our neighbour was also a guest. We decided to leave the next day. We were refunded.

This is a very comfortable apartment suitable for both single and couple. The neatness is awesome and you will love it if you live here. I will love to visit next time.

Keziah is a wonderful host, very attentive and friendly. Made sure I had everything I needed on arrive and checked in frequently to make sure everything was going well. The unit was beautifully set up and very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful place in the heart of downtown. Great neighbourhood. Unit was super clean, cozy and cool in this crazy heat. Loved that the bedroom had a little workspace. Will definitely be back in the near future.

I stayed at Kenziahs this past week and had a great time! The place was super clean and super easy to locate, it’s right downtown so there was so much to do and the communication was great! Highly recommend staying here

perfect for a quick trip

I enjoyed my stay! The apartment is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, but is great for solo travellers or couples. It is an older building with lots of character, but with that comes some of the older building issues (sometimes difficulty connecting to the wifi, shower took a bit to heat up, etc). Keziah also provides lots of things that help with a good stay, such as laundry detergent, shower gel, etc. Overall, a great place to stay and was very close to lots of great restaurants!

Stayed here for a wedding weekend. The unit and building was very clean and well maintained. It was a good price and very walkable to where we were spending our time.

Spot was perfectly located. Had a bit confusion on my end with parking but responded quickly and helped get me sorted. Would book again

Keziah P was a wonderful and responsive host, and the unit was a great place to crash for a couple of days. Very clean and well-kept. Great location if you want to hop around the city.

I had a comfortable stay at 14 Duke. I was familiar with the area so I knew what to expect. Nothing major ever came up, but Keziah was very responsive over chat to general QA. I echo other comments on the place looking bigger in picture than in real life. Only things to be aware of IMO: the sofa bed was not the most comfortable (but what sofa bed is) and the AC unit/layout doesn’t have good circulation (but luckily it was late spring and the temps weren’t too bad). Would I stay there again? Probably. It was a good location for me; friends lived close and good restaurants and bars.

Co-host canceled reservation at the last minute leaving me stranded for over twenty-fours due to a complaint at one of her other buildings. Never experienced this type of treatment or behaviour in my life.

Was in Hamilton for a quick trip and this location was perfect for the time I was there. Lots of great local food and drinks in the area and easy to get to the core of downtown.

Quedé encantada con este alojamiento; la descripción realmente se queda corta, ya que fue incluso mejor de lo esperado. Está muy bien ubicado, céntrico y con fácil acceso a supermercados, transporte público, restaurantes, farmacias, museos y hospital. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Keziah es un anfitrión excelente, con reglas claras y muy buena comunicación. The location was very close to the bus station, very useful. There is a market super close to it open 24/7, also a plus. The check in was very quick. The apartment is exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Only remark is that the bathroom sink is quite small and what you cannot see in the pictures is that the floors are slanted and the stairs are steep specially for the second floor. We would choose it again, Keziah is an excellent host!

had another greta stay at the building, unit was a bit smaller then last time but was still enough for 2 people, we had an issue where the fridge didn't work, Keziah offer d solutions, got maintenance to look into and when it was deemed a bigger issue she made to take care of us without any questions. Beautiful place and will definitely go again, Keziah is responsive and a great host

We had a really good stay at this place in Hamilton. Even though our own day was a bit challenging, the host was super considerate and accommodating, especially with our late checkout. We really appreciated the hospitality. Thanks again!

The apartment is small but comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a lot of stairs and halls are narrow but it’s was fine. Check-in was easy, host was great and we loved the area. Parking is extra but was well worth it.

Honestly the place was not as described.didn’t match the photos the sofa was not comfortable at all the bathroom was so much small. but it was an adorable building for whoever likes the old buildings, and the location was really amazing walking distance to great restaurants and there is 24/7 store beside the building. And the Keziah was an amazing host always responded very nicely and quickly I enjoyed staying there.

Really nice cozy spot to get away

The stay was pleasant and the location was excellent, but there are areas that could be improved. Positive: The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transit and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was decent, and the host made an effort to provide everything we needed. The host was also kind and responsive. Negative: I would like to mention a few areas for improvement: The carpet in the living area was not clean, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. This may have been due to the carpet or another source. While the bed was comfortable, it made a squeaking noise whenever I turned, which was quite disruptive and led us to use the sofa bed for the second night. There was no mirror in the bedroom, which felt like a significant omission. On the morning of checkout (September 21, 2025), there was an unexpected power outage, which caused some inconvenience.

Nice location but I wouldn’t book again. Positive: Nice location Negative: I wasn’t aware it was on the 3rd floor and I had a few pieces of luggage with me. I wouldn’t have booked had I known this as there was no elevator. Narrow set of stairs too so not ideal lugging heavy bags after a long day of travel. No ac - there was a portable unit in the closet not hooked up. One chair had a broken leg that would have been bad had someone sat in it. I never thought that I’d have to take out the garbage upon leaving which I found strange.

Keziah’s was very responsive and the place match its description, kitchen is clean and i will gladly recommend Keziah’s place but the bathroom bath is really small, wish something can be done about it
