The house had a great location, close to everything we needed, in a safe neighborhood. Porsha was also responsive to our inquiries and quick to send help when needed. However, there were some issues. Upon arrival, the house was not properly cleaned: the floors were dusty, the inside of the fridge was dirty, and the upstairs toilet had pee in it. The ventilation was also poor. During our stay, all of our clothes and belongings smelled like food. Even when we used the kitchen extractor and opened the windows when possible, the smell stayed. We couldn’t always leave the windows open bc flies and bees would get inside. After a couple of weeks of staying there, the food smell became quite nauseating tbh. Given the price of the Airbnb and the cleaning fees we paid, I expected a lot more. I hope the host addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
