Very responsive and accommodating. I had to check in early with a lot of things because we are in between renovations and they were really helpful. Great location too!

Me and my family feel very disappointed about choosing this location, for our family vacation. The place has all the services that we need. Water, ac, heat, etc. but this place should not be allowed to be on Airbnb. Host never mentioned that the place is so hard to get inside, they send you a message after telling you that you have to go two floors up on the stairs,and then cross a long hall and then another stairs down to find the apartment. And be ready for a bit of workout. (Seriously guys?) after a long flight the less thing you want to do is going with 3 suitcases, bag packs, babies and strollers and going up and down. Is ok having an Airbnb on the fourth floor. But the way you guys have those stairs so high and then another one all the way down is insane. My daughter almost falls down from the second floor. This place should NOT be open for Airbnb!!

We booked Mitena’s place very last minute after having an issue with our hotel, and it genuinely turned out to be the best thing that could have happened! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, comfortable, beautifully prepared, and had everything we could possibly need. The location was also perfect - incredibly convenient and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Considering how last-minute our booking was, we were amazed at how welcoming and well-prepared everything was. Mitena was a fantastic host, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It completely turned around what had started as a stressful situation with our previous hotel. We felt right at home and would 100% stay here again. Thank you so much, Mitena!

I rented Mitena’s place for several of my crew members while we sailed a regatta at ABYC. It was exactly as described, with small, but very clean bathrooms and adequate accommodations in (3) separate sleeping spaces. Because we had such nice weather during our stay, they had the pleasant bonus of being able to walk 20 minutes between the yacht club and “home” each morning and night, so parking at the race venue after dropping off luggage saved significant parking fees & potential hassles. I would recommend this home to other sailors coming to the area who need onshore accommodations while attending an event.

With short notice for my trip, it was quite a great find. The price was absolutely amazing specially during the FIFA tournaments going on. The host are nothing but respectful and responsive. If you are looking for a great deal and a clean environment, this is a go to!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mitena’s apartment. The location was perfect for the activities we’d planned. Lots of transit available. The apartment is on the smaller side but had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable.

Positive: Staff Negative: We were 3 adults and one 7-month-old baby with a stroller and car seat. In addition, I recently had an accident and currently have back pain and knee problems, which made access to the apartment extremely difficult for me. Before booking, there was no clear mention that accessing the apartment would require carrying luggage, stroller, and baby through so many stairs. First we had to go all the way up to the 3rd floor, and then again go down to the 2nd floor. After a long and exhausting trip from Ottawa, this was honestly very stressful and much harder than we expected. If we had known about this level of difficult access in advance, we would probably have chosen another place that was more suitable for families with a baby and for someone with physical pain. I strongly believe this information should be made very clear on the Booking.com listing so future guests can properly understand the situation before booking. We will definitely leave a review on Booking.com to help other travelers be aware of this. Thank you for understanding.

Well-equipped modern little apartment in Little India! Positive: Sweet little apartment - had everything we needed. Things were a little small, but it works - adequate for myself and kids staying for a few weeks while we had our own home renovated. Not luxury but definitely comfortable and well equipped with modern touches. Great to have two bathrooms and laundry. Great location right on Gerrard St in "Little India" - shops and restaurants and coffee shops nearby, right on the streetcar line and subway was walkable (15min). But at the same time quiet and residential area. Host was super responsive when we contacted them a couple of times. Easy entry and check-in/out. Apartment was very clean and beds in the bedrooms were quite comfortable.

Mitena was very responsive during my stay and addressed all my concerns. The place was very comfortable and matched the photos. I’d happy to come back!

Overall had a great time staying here for a quick weekend trip. The stairs are something to take serious as they are quite a few steps and they are rather steep. No elevator in the building, but if you are ready for the stairs then there is no issue at all. The building and the space itself were quite nice and standard, with two comfy beds, and a comfy couch that pulls out for more sleeping space it was very good for the nights spent here. There are two bathrooms complete with sink, toilet, and shower in each, the space for them are tight but get the job done well, especially given their are small bottles of shampoo and conditioner included

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a cozy & clean apartment in a great location (so close to coffee, bakeries, restaurants, etc). The host was very communicative and helpful with all of the instructions I needed leading up to my visit. I would 100% stay again!

Honestly such a gem! The home was even better than the pictures! The home was super clean with all the amenities. The home is also located so close to everything, with a quick ride downtown and right by the highway if you want to go anywhere in the gta. Our cohosts were super communicative and were always there if we had any questions. Could not recommend this place enough!!
