I had a great 4-day stay at this Airbnb in downtown Hamilton. The location is excellent, everything works as expected, and the place is clean, functional, and well maintained. Everything was just as it should be. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Had a work trip in Hamilton and this was perfect for the weekend! Bed was comfy, there is a nice ice cream place and restaurants nearby, also close to the GO station which was so convenient. The heat is building controlled so they provided me with a space heater which did the trick.

Had a super comfortable stay with smooth check-in and check-out process. Kitchen very well equipped and unit was clean overall. Arthur and Lexi were very kind and responsive. Would stay again!

Arthur & Lexi were great hosts and super accommodating & helpful with our last minute stay in Canada. Their friendliness & local recommendations were super useful. As mentioned in their listing, there are quite a few stairs into the apartment so if you are not very mobile or have lots of luggage make sure you are aware of this!

The location on James Street South is unbeatable. Having secure, onsite parking was a massive bonus for downtown Hamilton. I highly recommend this studio for couples or anyone traveling for business.

I had such a great time at this place! The hosts were very responsive and checked in with me to see how everything was going. Their instructions were very clear. The room was beautiful and felt very home-like. The bed was extremely comfortable! The location was great, I felt safe, and once I parked I didn't have to drive again until I checked out as there was so much to do within walking distance (restaurants, bars, local shops, weekend markets, etc.)! If I come to Hamilton again I will definitely stay here!

The hosts were incredible - excellent communication, but not intrusive. And the unit was dreamy. Felt like a European vacation, surrounded by beautiful old architecture, but with a quiet, immaculately kept unit to yourself. Highly recommend!

Had a nice stay here. It was a Walkable area, great eats around. Easy to find and the place was spotless for being in an older building.

Had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Very clean and matched the description and photos. The hosts were wonderful, they followed up on the stay and were easy to reach out to in case there was anything wrong. 10/10 would recommend staying here. :) Side note: lovely location very close to GO station and local watering holes!

J'ai vraiment aimé les hôtes et l'appartement. Très propre, convivial mais bruyant a l'extérieur vue que c'est situé dans le centre ville. J'ai seulement deux choses qui me dérangeait, il faut s'attendre a voir des sans abris dans la ville et dans l'appartement on peut entendre assez bien les gens qui parlent pour n'importe quoi du genre. Les nuits reste très calme, les locataires son très respectueux. Au sinon tout est vraiment parfait! La cuisine était très propre, la salle de bain aussi, etc. Donc vraiment, cela reste un très bon Airbnb pour le prix et la qualité!😁

I had some specific accommodation requests relating to the availability of the check-in information well ahead of the normal time. The hosts were quick to acknowledge my request and fully provided the check-in information many hours early. The hosts were quick to reply to all questions. Very clean and I will stay again.

I enjoyed staying in this unit. The place is not big but has everything you need. It was very comfortable. The hosts were super helpful.

Greta location near lots of good spots

Nice building, nice location. Change the mattress. Make sure the a/c is out of the closet for use. Positive: Breakfast was never included, as this was more of an apartment with a full kitchen. This was totally fine but...here's the but, even in a motel, they usually provide some creamer ( powdered creamer is what I'm referring to) and this unit only had the coffee pods and sugar but NO CREAMER. So, I should say what I liked in this unit: nicely spaced furniture and a lovely T.V. Spotless bathroom! Nice towels! Pretty decor! Clean pretty blinds above the sleeping area. Heavy, secure door! Windows that opened! Negative: The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the room: The temperature was a lot warmer than the hallway. No air conditioning in sight. I sent a message to the host and told him in this kind of weather, summer weather, it was unacceptable to not have a/c. Later, I was messaged back that a portable a/c unit was in the closet. The next thing was the poor mattress! It was like a foam mattress, super soft and I sunk into it. Felt not right. I almost rolled off several times too. There was no side table beside my bed and there should be one. When I was relaxing on the bed to watch t.v., there was no place to put my hot cup of tea. Turning on the shower the next morning from cold to warm, it took forever. I actually thought there was no hot water left for me. Oh, I should have initially mentioned that I was located on level 4. I had to walk up many steep stairs with my suitcase. No elevator. I'm 68 years old with one blocked artery.

Perfect location! Easy to find and close to nearby restaurants and stores, also go train station. Very friendly and responsive host, clear instructions on check in. The room is very tidy and smells good, look exactly like pictures. Everything is function well, overall I enjoyed stay in here.

Really rate this place. Had everything I needed for my weeks stay and allowed me to feel comfortable and relaxed during the working week. It’s well located downtown. Walking distance to everything you need but not on a main road so it’s quiet enough during the night. Place was clean and secure. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Thanks for an enjoyable week.

Very nice little place in a great neighbourhood with lots to do. I would recommend Run Coffee Co which is less than a 2 minute walk away from the apartment.

Always a great time. Clean & private. Booked a few times. Couldn't recommend enough for those who appreciate downtown night life!

Comfortable and cozy space to unwind after busy days of exploring the areas around. Positive: The kitchen was nice, we were able to make a good breakfast and if we would have needed it we could also use the stove for cooking. It was nice having the posibilities. The living/bedroom was really spacious, granting us enough room for all our belongings without feeling cramped. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly which made this an even better experience. Negative: No complaints!

My second stay at this building - perfect for a couple day getaway. Apt was as pictured and clean. Hosts are responsive and friendly.

Hosts were great, easy check in and the place itself was really nice for 1-2 people. The location is nice because it’s downtown, but the parking at the airbnb isn’t all that safe and I would consider other options to park my car.

Excellent. Very nice people. I forgot some food in the fridge when I left but they didn’t complain. Steep stairs could be an issue to unit 4c. Otherwise, exemplary.

Positive: It was close and convenient to downtown Negative: Parking wasn’t very available. In the ad it said it was, but you have to use a separate link to pay the parking fee. Very annoying. I had to park a block away.
