Positive: The location was great for my needs. Negative: The bedsheets had stains. The bathroom had visible stains including the shower drapes. The fridge also had stains. Overall, it did not seemed well clean. Though the apartment itself did not smell cigarettes, there's an overwhelming smell of cigarettes from the back entrance to the elevator.

Extremely disappointing experience. The apartment was completely different from the Airbnb photos. None of the rooms, furniture, or amenities matched the listing. This was not a minor discrepancy; the property was fundamentally different from what had been advertised. I booked nine nights but left after just three because the reality was unacceptable. The surroundings were equally concerning. I did not feel safe in the building, with constant unfamiliar people coming and going, cars stopping in the parking lot, a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways, and people shouting and arguing. Overall, the combination of misleading photos and an uncomfortable environment made this a very negative experience. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider these issues before booking.

Amazing. Would like to know if you have properties in Oshawa or Durham region. Positive: We were very happy with the apartment. Very comfortable and clean. So much better than a hotel! Communication with the host was amazing. Negative: Everything was great. Was a bit weird that the bath tub bottom was "spongy". Felt like there was space between the bathtub bottom and the floor. Would suggest tightening the door knob for the bathroom. It is loose.

Honestly, it was well worth the money. It is a very clean place and suited our needs. The only negative I really have for our stay was the shower. During our shower, within a minute youd be standing in a few inches of water while trying to clean. If they fix this issue, we return yearly.

Good location for visiting Hamilton Positive: The location was perfect for us. 10 minute walk to visit family which was the main reason for our stay. Didn't seem to be many alternatives in that area when we looked, so I would think of staying there again. The bed was really comfortable. Negative: In need of some attention, especially the bathroom. It was originally advertised as a "Charming Newly Renovated Condo" but the description was changed after we booked.

All in all pretty decent stay but we recommend upgrading the bathroom equipment, and fixing the balcony door.

Très déçus. Le logement reçu ne correspondait pas à celui présenté lors de la réservation. Le lien de confirmation envoyé correspondait aux photos, mais nous avons finalement eu un appartement différent, beaucoup plus sombre et surtout bien moins confortable. La propreté était également insuffisante : siphon de salle de bain et four sales, entre autres. Nous avons envoyé les photos à l’hôte. Le logement était très mal isolé : nous avons entendu les voisins du dessus faire la fête pendant nos deux nuits. Une forte odeur de cannabis était également présente. Après avoir signalé ces problèmes, la seule solution proposée a été de quitter le logement et d’être remboursés pour la nuit restante. Nous avons donc dû chercher un autre logement à la dernière minute, plus cher. De plus, le remboursement reçu n’était pas du bon montant et l’hôte nous a renvoyés vers l’assistance Airbnb. Nous avons perdu du temps, de l’argent et de l’énergie. Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas ce logement.

Conviens à un court séjour Positive: Propre Negative: Pas de climatisation. L’appartement ne ressemble pas au photos : salle de bain très différente : les Robinets sont à changer

Le check-in était simple et rapide, mais notre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le logement était très chaud, sans climatisation. Les ventilateurs ne suffisaient pas, donc je ne recommande pas en été. La description parle d’un logement rénové, mais ce n’est pas l’impression ressentie : immeuble ancien, parties communes avec mauvaise odeur, et quartier peu rassurant surtout le soir. Le parking est payant en supplément, pas toujours disponible, avec un risque de remorquage si on doit se garer ailleurs. La salle de bain posait problème : douche qui fuit, évacuation lente. Pour les personnes de grande taille, le pommeau est trop bas et non réglable, rendant la douche inconfortable. Le salon était aussi sale, ce qui donne une impression générale de manque d’entretien. Enfin, devoir passer par un site externe à Airbnb pour les instructions n’est pas rassurant.Ce logement pourrait convenir en période froide, si la douche est réparée et à un prix abordable.

Great stay I recommend booking

Positive: Clean accommodations, newly renovated and hosts were available to answer questions and were very helpful. Negative: The location was a little bit iffy, there was a lot of noise from other tenants and folks smoking in the elevators. Definitely some questionable characters. Safety was a bit of a concern

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews because I know they can impact a host’s business, but I also believe guests deserve an honest experience. Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the listing. It was advertised as newly renovated, but the unit looked much older, the furniture was completely different, and even the layout didn’t match the photos. I was so confused that I contacted the host to ask if we had been placed in the wrong apartment. The bathroom was not very clean and leaked every time we used it. We also paid an extra $30 for a reserved parking space, but one night someone else was parked there, forcing us to park elsewhere and risk being towed. I recommend updating the listing with accurate photos, fixing the bathroom leak, improving cleanliness, and ensuring paid parking is actually available. Guests deserve transparency so they know exactly what they’re paying for.

Area was very ghetto place smelled like cigarettes and just pure dust all over wasn’t really comfortable do to the high police and forensics outside he was very communicative and got back to me quick but wasn’t able to give me full refund

I planed on showing my feeling online to all. I send photos but this page will not take them Positive: Nothing! Negative: We thought we were going to have a nice time away from all life's hassles. We went on a great flower tour in London first, hoping to meet a cousin in Hamilton who is here from New Zealand. But after a sleepless night, head pain, and feeling all messed up, cooking all night in the very hot apartment. Updated some, but mould on the bathroom ceiling above the tub and, most likely, on the shower curtain. Kitchen blind: one up and one down. When we tried to put it down to block out the sun, touch it just a little, and the whole thing comes down. The other one had a cord on one end; this one did not.

Our stay was regretful Positive: Toilet system flushes very well; apartment was modestly clean Negative: Lift in the building developed fault, and a child was trapped for 30 min in the lift - Not repaired throughout our stay, and other neighbours confirmed the issue has repeatedly occured over many times. I wont advise future guests to use the lift. Bedding materials were horrible - not bright colour and could easily hide dirt and jams; look and feel of the condo was deceptive on booking.com, not what I expected from the online photographs; Towels were horrible - looked like mopping towel for washroom floors - we couldnt use any of these throughout our stay.

Nice option+ for Toronto and Niagra Falls visit Positive: Very nice clean unit. Good instructions on where to park and how to get on locked doors. Negative: Only a futon to sit on in living room. It was low to the ground and lumpy. The window screens looked original and needed tending. No air conditioning, but adequate fans to have a comfy stay. The location wasn't the best in terms of safety. Fenced in parking lot was good.

Positive: Lovely space - clean, staff incredible and accommodating, good location. Negative: Elevator needs repairs.

Nice easily accessible location, shower and main entrance door into the building need upgrade. Positive: Location was great. Besides the bathroom and entrance door into the building, upgrades performed in other areas reasonably ok. Negative: 1. The shower needs upgrade...water pools in bath during and after shower; poor quality shower curtain. 2. The heaters have gaps, seem to be falling apart and concerning 3. Main entrance door into the building from the parking area could, at the very least, be painted. For a guest making initial contact with the door (worn, old fashioned) - not a good impression

Staying at Cuc-Thi & Marc’s lovely place was excellent. It was a last minute booking and everything went smoothly and quickly. The hosts were very quick to respond, friendly and took the time late to approve our sudden change in guests. The place was clean, tidy and cute. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return in the future.

The beds were very comfortable, the hosts were super active and always ready to help. There’s a good amount of natural lighting in the apartment and the parking is convenient.

The description says “Charming Newly Renovated.” This place had stains on the wall, had a smoke like? smell, the shower was very yucky. And after paying to stay there you also have to pay for parking ontop of that.
