We loved our stay at the The Gerrard! It was easy to find, in a great walkable location near beautiful parks for seeing the leaves. Ryan was super responsive and helpful. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we could need including Nespresso coffee. Mimi's restaurant is right next door and is amazing Vietnamese-go try it! The furniture was all very comfortable and the whole place was pristine and felt brand new. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay — highly recommend!We had an excellent stay at The Gerrard. The suite was beautiful, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, and we had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay.The location was fantastic — a great neighborhood with cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, and very convenient for getting around Toronto. We really enjoyed being able to experience the neighborhood rather than feeling like we were staying in a tourist area.Our host was welcoming, helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience easy from beginning to end. We felt very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again.A wonderful Toronto find and an easy five stars. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Gerrard By Casa Hotel for 2 weeks visiting our family. The unit is brand new, beautiful decor, exactly as described with clear check-in instructions. The location is very good, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks. The communication is first class. Ryan, the co-host was quick to respond to our requests. During our stay, we briefly experienced a power outage and were without internet for close to 2days due to a storm in Toronto, Ryan kept us updated on the situation and offered to credit us a small amount as compensation. The apartment is small; the shower, in particular, could be uncomfortable for larger people. Kitchen furnishing is well furnished. If you’re looking for a short stay, I definitely recommend it.
Great place and location!
Excellent place to stay. Walkable to many locations and public transit, close to many parks and food markets. Place was as described and very clean. Of note, however, the shower stall is very small so may be uncomfortable for visitors who are larger/taller. Unfortunately the main a/c wasn’t working properly and was leaking but Ryan was VERY proactive in getting it fixed right away. He had an extremely fast response time and even visited to check how we were doing….amazing host! Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice for what little time we spent there other than to sleep. Would stay again and recommend to anyone staying in the area. Only problem was there was an air quality flag in the apartment when we werent even there, didnt cook and are not smokers. Not sure why that happened but it did, but didnt cause any issues on our end.
The place is right in the middle of Chinatown, it was clean and super easy to find!

Très bon séjour. L’hôte a été très rapide à répondre à mes questions. L’endroit était très propre et accueillant. J’ai même eu des collations qui m’attendaient, à mon arrivée. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter!

Great place very comfortable, very new and looks exactly like pictures. There’s a very nice park right a couple blocks away.
I had a lovely stay at Casa Hotel. The place was clean, very neat and beautifully presented. Ryan is a lovely cohost, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
He was super helpful and kept my luggage for me so I could go sightseeing without worrying about my bags. Really appreciated the kindness and convenience! I’ll stay there again when I go back to Toronto.
