Amazing stay! Comfortable, cozy and very clean. They thought of everything that would be needed including extra pillows. Very clean and beautiful inside. They even put a happy birthday sign for my boyfriend as we celebrated his birthday there! Would recommend and would go back

The space was very nice, clean and welcoming. The host Ryan was also extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, which helped make my stay very peaceful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! 😊

Our stay at the Gerrard was well worth it! The room was tastefully designed, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed! Ryan was an incredible host and was available to assist whenever needed. Parking was conveniently located across the street (clean lot, not a parking garage) and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Only a 15 minute drive from the main downtown attractions. We highly recommend the Gerrard for your next stay!
This is a delightful apartment, easy to reach, clean, nicely furnished, with everything I needed. I will stay here again. The instructions from Ryan were clear and friendly.

Perfect to stay in downtown Toronto! Positive: Really nice brand new apartment! Fully equipment! Very affordable compared to a good hotel. Located near by a park to have the best view for the sunset and the city skyline. This accommodation Leaves no wishes open. And, if you like Vietnamese food, you‘re at the right spot. Great Pho places in walking distance. The co-host takes care without bothering you!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Gerrard! It felt very home-y and the pillows were so nice! It was really spacious, clean, and accommodating!! The fact that the host filled up a Brita and an ice tray for us and the Netflix was logged in already! The place isn’t too far from everything and although there was parking available for free, the convience of the paid parking across the street was great. The host was really kind and overall we had a great experience here! Highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The place was cozy, very clean, and located in a really nice neighborhood. The co-host was incredibly kind and checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. My flight was originally scheduled for 8:30 a.m. but was unexpectedly rescheduled to 8:00 p.m. Since I also wasn’t feeling well, he was very understanding and helped accommodate a late checkout, which allowed me to get some much-needed extra sleep before heading to the airport. I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility! I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay and a great find. I rented this Airbnb for my mom and myself while she came to the city to visit me. As a local it was nice to explore and get to show her different parts of Toronto. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The only thing I will say, the shower is very small. We’re both on the smaller side so it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but if you already deal with standup showers being a tight fit this might not be for you. Overall a great stay and a great location.
I enjoyed my stay with Gerrard! The accommodations were new and fresh, exactly as posted. Ryan, the co-host was attentive and responded quickly. They anticipated every thing needed for a great adventure in the city. Accessing the market and bakery with some awesome pho near by as well. Thank you 5*****
This was a very nice apartment to stay in Toronto. Everything was new and clean and it is situated on a major street on the east side of Toronto with close access to public transport and shops, parks, and restaurants. The host is very responsive and attentive to making sure that everything is taken care of.
The room was very clean when we walked in. The host was very responsive when I had a question before during and after the stay. They are a great team, they are welcoming and the cleaners also do a great job. It is not too far from downtown. It was an easy uber ride to downtown. I also walked to downtown from the hotel. I highly recommend.
Great stay, felt right at home. Cool location with a spectacular view of downtown Toronto 10min walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
