Positive: New, well appointed building in central location. Building is safe and secure. Condo met expectations. Walking distance to transit options and local restaurants. Negative: Be aware of loud barking dog in neighboring unit. Dog barked for a couple of hours on my first night, reported to host, and dog quieted down. On subsequent nights, dog would bark for a few minutes at a time whenever someone would open a door or the elevator arrived on the floor. Not the host's fault, but it diminished the overall experience.
